No one staffed front desk. Tried check in for 2 hours. Never got checked in Found another motel 30 miles out of my way. If I was charged for no stay it was done fraudugently I will look into retaianing a lawyer. My charge should not been charged

The sheets were stained. The carpet was stained and dirty. Hair in the shower. Overall room 102 needed attention. Room 122 was in much better condition.

It's cold so the heat was magnificent never had to turn it past 65 degress.

They didn't have the room I booked while it seemed I was one of very few people there. The room was nasty. The floor was sticky. There were burn holes in my blankets. The shower barely worked. The toilet would only flush if you held down the lever for about 20 seconds. When I checked in the front desk people claimed I had only booked 2 nights when I had 3 booked. On day 3 I come back to motel to relax for the day before my flight out only to find the door to my room wide open. When I bring this to the attention of the front staff, they informed me that it was them who had went into my room and just left the door open. No reason or explanation just the someone else telling them to be sure to close the doors. They shouldve never have been in my room. I left earlier than planned because I felt safer just sitting in a car on the side of the road.
