Our family stayed here for our daughter’s soccer tournament. It is a nice little neighborhood that is located close to major roadways allowing for quick access to the mountains, downtown Denver and Commerce City(soccer fields). Access to a kitchen and laundry made the trip so much easier. I have back problems and the king bed was amazing! I did not have a sore back all week. Hopefully we will be back to stay next year!

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Parking out back was very convenient and easy to get in/out. There was no odor in the home. It was very quiet at night (I’m a light sleeper and never woke up) despite being on the corner of a busier street. The host was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The home is in a great location; close to food and shopping. The neighborhood was also quiet all times of the day/night. Would definitely stay here again!

Great duplex close in to downtown, and walking distance to Sloan’s lake and the shopping/dining there. House was clean and fully stocked for our needs. We had a great time, easy access to Denver and the freeways, and would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable beds everything we needed from home was at the residence. Owner was very receptive when we reached out she went out of her way to answer our questions and help us. Great location very close to Sloane Lake and Edgewater market which is an eatery. Had parking around the back, which was nice not to park on the street. Overall, we would go back again.

This was a lovely small house very close to Edgewater Public Market and Sloan Lake. It's also close to Odell Brewery and Patio (which is a nice indoor/outdoor bar & grill). There was a dedicated parking space behind house, which is nice. We had a great stay.

Wohnung war sauber, Betten sehr bequem. Trotz angrenzender Straße war es ruhig. Küche gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Trockner, gemeinsam genutzt, befindet sich im Keller, der einer Baustelle glich. Von der Wohnung kommt man schnell in die Downtown sowie in alle Richtungen. Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden

We only stayed one night and chose this location because it is very close to Casa Bonita where we had dinner plans. Expect to hear a little road noise in the bedrooms as it is on a busy road, but earplugs easily block that out. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed here with my girlfriend and mom for a long weekend in Denver. The check-in/out process was very easy and the home was very clean. However, the home had an unusual order (assuming that’s because it is 420 friendly?). That and it is right on a very busy street. It was impossible for all 3 of us to sleep with constant loud noises from cars until about 1/2am it died down. Ultimately we just got a hotel and stayed there the weekend. If I had to do it again I’d save time and money and just get a hotel in Denver, same price and way better location.

The place was fine. It was within a good distance to downtown Denver as well as Red Rocks, which was the main purpose of our trip. The floors were a bit dirty (hair and dust built up). The TV wasn’t hooked up to the internet, so you couldn’t stream anything (there are cable channels, but … ) The main problem was the noise from the traffic, which is obviously no fault of the owner, but if you are looking for a quite place to sleep or if you are a light sleeper, this isn’t the place for you.

We stayed 2 nights and had zero problems!! Everything is as it’s stated in the listing. The bedrooms get warm overnight while the living room is COLD!! lol Also, no tv’s in bedrooms. There is quite a bit of road traffic. Great neighborhood, felt very safe!! We would 100% stay again.

This home is conveniently located just West of Denver in the Edgewater neighborhood. It is a part of a house amongst other similar houses, convenient parking, clean and comfy. The beds were awesome! The only concern, and this is something the hosts cannot control, is the busy street and bedrooms facing that busy street - so bring ear plugs. Thank you for a safe and convenient stay!
