Compared to city centre prices some of which were ridiculous this was a very good value hotel. You should expect to have to pay taxi fares, if like us travelling without a car, of around 12 to 18 euros to get in and out of the city. But this hotel was around 300 euros cheaper than city centre ones we checked. The bar was excellent and the 3.95 euro breakfast was more than enough for breakfast and fine food with great coffee.

Very good restaurant if you don’t feel like going out . Beware though they allow dogs and I was unlucky to have one in a room near me who barked every time someone opened a door . The bathroom drainage does leave an unpleasant smell

Das Hotel war im vorigen Jahr komplett überflutet. Bewohnbare Zimmer gibt es nur im 1. und 2. stock. Nur über Treppen erreichbar. Erdgeschoss und große Teile des Parkplatzes sind Baustelle. Der parkraum ist sehr beengt. Eine notdürftige Rezeption ist eingerichtet. Restaurant und Bar nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist ein notbehelf und besteht aus Wasser oder Saft, einem Stück Gebäck und Kaffee aus dem Automat zur Selbstbedienung. Dafür kostenlos und auf den zimmerpreis gibt’s einen kleinen Rabatt. Hätten wir das alles bei der Buchung gewusst, ganz sicher hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gewählt.

Expedia me engañó: Valoro el esfuerzo que el hotel está haciendo por mantenerse en funcionamiento después de los graves daños ocasionados por la DANA de hace un año. Incluso han habilitado una sección para poder recibir a clientes como yo, lo cual demuestra compromiso por parte de la administración. Sin embargo, la experiencia no corresponde con lo que se muestra en las fotos al momento de hacer la reserva. Allí se publicitan instalaciones modernas, de un IBIS nuevo y en perfectas condiciones, pero lo que uno encuentra es distinto: habitaciones viejas y en mal estado (al menos la que me tocó), con baños y sistemas de aire acondicionado apenas funcionando. Además, la recepción está ubicada en un contenedor y muchos de los servicios habituales no están disponibles, algo que no se advierte claramente al momento de reservar. Creo que sería mucho más justo informar con transparencia a los clientes sobre esta situación. Personalmente, yo hubiera estado dispuesto a apoyar quedándome en condiciones precarias, siempre y cuando hubiera estado preparado y bien informado desde el inicio. Reconozco el esfuerzo del personal, que hace lo mejor posible en un contexto complicado, mientras continúan los trabajos de reparación en el edificio principal.

Muy lindo el hotel y su decoración , habitación de buen tamaño , moderna y cómoda. Limpieza muy bien en general. Lo único que no tenía refrigerador aunque fuera uno pequeño , y el agua en recepción era bastante cara, siendo pleno verano con temperaturas muy altas, o pongan refri y ofrezcan agua de cortesía. Luego me había olvidado pasta de dientes y no tenían nada para ofrecer. Olia bastante a tabaco en los pasillos y en la habitación un poco menos. Desayuno rico y variado, con leche veggie lo cual agradezco

O local é bem perto das cidades das artes e das ciencias ( 10 min carro ). Fomos para a maratona de valencia e não tivemos problemas para chegar. A recepcionista foi sempre atenciosa conosco e nos reservou um taxi que foi pontual e nos levou para a largada. Tem muitos restaurantes próximos da para andar até eles. O quarto e pequeno mas bem moderno e organizado. O banheiro é uma espécie de cápsula, não tivemos problemas. A Equipe é muito atenciosa. Voltaria.

Really lovely hotel and such friendly staff. They went out their way to help us whenever we needed anything. Rooms were kept lovely and clean. The main bus going into town took a while to get the hang of as the stops weren't clear and a lot of the stops were missed but the train into the city is about a 25 minute walk.

Muy mal en general. En las habitaciones hacía mucho calor, cuando lo comenté en recepción me dijeron que ya habían puesto las máquinas en modo calefacción y que por eso no iba el Aire Acondicionado (pero ellas en recepción sí que tenían aire frío). La sensación personal ... habían apagado los aparatos de refrigeración en las habitaciones para ahorrarse el gasto. Hacía mucho calor y no daban soluciones. Dormir en valencia con calor y la humedad que hay es imposible. Yo no volveré!

En las habitaciones hacía mucho calor, cuando lo comenté en recepción me dijeron que ya habían puesto las máquinas en modo calefacción y que por eso no iba el Aire Acondicionado (pero ellas en recepción sí que tenían aire frío). Séjour correct, reproche, une seule serviette par personne (serviette bain pas géante) en principe deux serviettes par personne (1 petite + bain). Petit déjeuner bien et varié, mais rien de chaud. Pour une prestation à + de 100€ par jour, cela en septembre. Je trouve que c'est très cher. Chambre mal conçue, quand on ouvre la porte de la salle de bain, la lumière très forte éclaire le lit et réveille l'autre personne qui dort!

L'enregistrement est très long, il y a eu des arrivées tardives très bruyantes (chambre donnant sur le parking) et le matin les deux automates ne délivraient pas de chocolat, le personnel n'a pas pris en compte les remarques en nous orientant vers les sachets de chocolat en poudre, le buffet était moins garni que lors de notre passage au voyage aller.

Stayed here for two nights. Asked for an iron for my dress but the reception said no cos rent out. I asked the reception to give me a call when people return it, but no one call. You can get a bed to sleep but dont expect any service here.
Stayed here for two nights. Asked for an iron for my dress but the reception said no cos rent out. I asked the reception to give me a call when people return it, but no one call. You can get a bed to sleep but dont expect any service here.

L'hôtel Ibis est situé dans une zone commerciale. En janvier très peu de restaurants sont ouverts. La chambre est spacieuse, confortable et bien insonorisée. Le parking est très utile. En revanche le service n'est pas bon: le peu de personnel présent fait le maximum mais c'est insuffisant. Le temps d'attente à la réception ou pour la restauration du soir est important. La restauration du soir est décevante, en revanche le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon.

O local é bem perto das cidades das artes e das ciencias ( 10 min carro ). Fomos para a maratona de valencia e não tivemos problemas para chegar. A recepcionista foi sempre atenciosa conosco e nos reservou um taxi que foi pontual e nos levou para a largada. Tem muitos restaurantes próximos da para andar até eles. O quarto e pequeno mas bem moderno e organizado. O banheiro é uma espécie de cápsula, não tivemos problemas. A Equipe é muito atenciosa. Voltaria.

Really lovely hotel and such friendly staff. They went out their way to help us whenever we needed anything. Rooms were kept lovely and clean. The main bus going into town took a while to get the hang of as the stops weren't clear and a lot of the stops were missed but the train into the city is about a 25 minute walk.

Compared to city centre prices some of which were ridiculous this was a very good value hotel. You should expect to have to pay taxi fares, if like us travelling without a car, of around 12 to 18 euros to get in and out of the city. But this hotel was around 300 euros cheaper than city centre ones we checked. The bar was excellent and the 3.95 euro breakfast was more than enough for breakfast and fine food with great coffee.
Compared to city centre prices some of which were ridiculous this was a very good value hotel. You need to have a car. Alfafar is a different city and the taxi is very expensive. The transportation to Valencia is not comfortable either. You will get problems as well if you do not speak Spanish.

Very good restaurant if you don’t feel like going out . Beware though they allow dogs and I was unlucky to have one in a room near me who barked every time someone opened a door . The bathroom drainage does leave an unpleasant smell

En la habitación no había ni una silla con una mesita para poder trabajar y estar sentado en el desayuno los dos días que estuve la máquina de café rota y siempre decían lo mismo voy a llamar inmediatamente al técnico pero el técnico no nunca llegaba y no ofrecían ninguna otra alternativa desayuno buffet pobre en cantidad de productos

Séjour correct, reproche, une seule serviette par personne (serviette bain pas géante) en principe deux serviettes par personne (1 petite + bain). Petit déjeuner bien et varié, mais rien de chaud. Pour une prestation à + de 100€ par jour, cela en septembre. Je trouve que c'est très cher. Chambre mal conçue, quand on ouvre la porte de la salle de bain, la lumière très forte éclaire le lit et réveille l'autre personne qui dort!

Budget friendly but decent hotel close to Albufera National Park. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location with super markets, restaurants and easy access to freeway, and charging station onsite. The ONLY objection is the existence of bunch of hairs on our bed sheet!!
