I loved all the staff. All the employees were so very helpful kind respectful! The only thing I could see where there was room for improvement was the laundry room. The dryers didn’t drive very well and they were very loud where they can improve. I would suggest they get frontloading new washers and dryers in there. And the other thing would be related to the free breakfast in the morning they should extend the time till 10 AM rather than 9:30 AM and serve eggs and bacon also.

It was clean, smelled clean, spacious, and had increased security measures which I appreciate. The gym was also clean and smelled nice, was well stocked with towels and sanitizer wipes. Staff (Blake and Isabel especially) were very friendly and will accommodate your stay to make it pleasant and comfortable. The laundry room is an extra amenity that is nice if you are staying days at a time, but the washer and dryers need to be upgraded. Fair price $1.50 for wash and dry, $3.00 for one load. Unfortunately, dryers have to be ran 2-3 times before your load is dry. All in all we will stay here again if needed.

Staff was great and very accommodating! The front desk, when asked where I could fill my travel cup with ice water, offered and filled it for me! The only thing that I didn’t like was there was a very strong food/onion smell in my room.

The most excellent breakfast, shout out to the amazing cook-Ms.Francisca…sweetest lady ever! It meant a lot to have her checking up on my 5 year old to see how he rated the food, which needless to say, he gave it a 2 thumps up! Cleanliness and comfort were 10/10!

This hotel is really nice and clean! Not one speck in my room and that’s extremely rare!! Plus staff was super helpful and friendly. We are deaf and they really accommodated us. Love this place. It’s a must for those who prefer clean and nice.

Breakfast staff was helpful and attentive. The refrigerator in our kitchenette wasn't running when we checked in (breaker was off), but was remedied within 20 minutes of notifying the front desk. The next morning when we discovered the shower head wasn't functioning properly, maintenance replaced it within 20 minutes. Things happen, but a company's response to mishaps is what sets them apart and this company's response was awesome! Will definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Five stars for the front desk. The Pros: the staff at check in was great, the shower was hot with great water pressure, the layout of the room was efficient and well arranged, one of the better uses of space in a hotel room. The Cons: the walls were paper-thin. I could hear the people talking and watching tv in the adjacent room. I knew exactly when they went to sleep, went to the bathroom, and when they woke up and checked out. I could hear their conversations. They were not being excessively loud, just normal daily activities. It's just that the walls were SO THIN. I could also hear the person in the above room walking, showering, and every time the toilet flushed. Again, that person was not being loud, just doing normal activities. It's just that the walls have NO SOUND PROOFING. I stayed on a Monday night, so not a loud weekend. Just beware, bring earplugs -- or you will hear everything that your neighbors are doing at this hotel, and they will hear you!

The manager and assistant manager along with 2 other employees were very nice and worked with me the best they could. Hotels.com had misleading pictures on the room I had paid for. But the hotel staff were able to fix it and I appreciate them.

We stayed for a weekend soccer tournament and I must say this place was excellent. The service was fantastic the front desk was so polite and we called at 10pm for extra pillows and the brought them to the room immediately. The breakfast was very good , good variety and attendant was very on top of keeping everything clean and restocked. Would highly recommended

I've stayed at many of the properties in the Round Rock 35/45 area for work, and so far this one seemed to have the best room for the price, and safest parking lot. The front desk person Gem was very professional and helpful.

This motel was the best motel I’ve ever stayed in. From friendly staff and management to soft comfortable beds. Clean and I felt safe and welcome. Great service! We found a small issue and reported it and it was resolved in a few hours. Never have I had that care and thoughtfulness. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Juan Lupe and Gema!

I knew exactly when they went to sleep, went to the bathroom, and when they woke up and checked out. I could hear their conversations. They were not being excessively loud, just normal daily activities. It's just that the walls were SO THIN. I could also hear the person in the above room walking, showering, and every time the toilet flushed. Again, that person was not being loud, just doing normal activities. It's just that the walls have NO SOUND PROOFING. I stayed on a Monday night, so not a loud weekend. Just beware, bring earplugs -- or you will hear everything that your neighbors are doing at this hotel, and they will hear you!

I was given the wrong room, and checked out at 6pm but the hotel didn’t check me out until the next day. They also have poor customer service, and blamed Expedia. No receipt was given when I checked out. Terrible experience!

Property was very clean, room was spacious and well appointed, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, but not many options so it was repetitive after four nights. Breakfast staff was helpful and attentive. The refrigerator in our kitchenette wasn't running when we checked in (breaker was off), but was remedied within 20 minutes of notifying the front desk. The next morning when we discovered the shower head wasn't functioning properly, maintenance replaced it within 20 minutes. Things happen, but a company's response to mishaps is what sets them apart and this company's response was awesome! Will definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at many of the properties in the Round Rock 35/45 area for work, and so far this one seemed to have the best room for the price, and safest parking lot. The front desk person Gem was very professional and helpful.

We stayed for a weekend soccer tournament and I must say this place was excellent. The service was fantastic the front desk was so polite and we called at 10pm for extra pillows and the brought them to the room immediately. The breakfast was very good , good variety and attendant was very on top of keeping everything clean and restocked. Would highly recommended

The most excellent breakfast, shout out to the amazing cook-Ms.Francisca…sweetest lady ever! It meant a lot to have her checking up on my 5 year old to see how he rated the food, which needless to say, he gave it a 2 thumps up! Cleanliness and comfort were 10/10!

The room was nice and accomodating. I found it surprising, however, that the room only had two USB ports in the entire room, and those were on the wall directly between the two beds...not very accomodating for someone needing to use a computer at the table. Additionally, of those two USB ports, only one was working; the other was clearly damaged and you couldn't even plug a USB device into the port. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told, "I didn't think those even worked. I guess I'll let maintenance know and see if they can do anything." (Hint: They couldn't.) We had to continue swapping out phones since we could only charge one device at a time. Also, my hearing aids are charged via USB but of course the trickle charge was insufficient. In today's world of business travelers, and heck, just people who need to charge multiple devices, it was kind of a big deal. Since my wife is disabled, I went to the lobby each morning to get our coffees. Since those hotel coffee cups are significantly smaller than the 14-oz mugs we use at home, I generally make 4 cups at a time but there was no serving tray in the room to carry them on. Again, I asked the front desk and the answer was even shorter (and more rude): "Nope. Don't have those." Not even an insincere "Sorry!" to go along with it. The staff's cavalier attitude did little to improve the hotel's standing and at this point I'm not sure I'd stay there again. Your mileage may vary (I hope it does) but we'll go elsewhere.
