Der Poolbereich ist wirklich sehr schön und auch die Außenanlagen und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche des Hotels machen einen guten gepflegten Eindruck. Zimmer sind nicht in einem Zustand für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Betten sind allerdings bequem und das Zimmer ist sauber. Im Bad gibt es Ecken da sollte man lieber nicht hinsehen. Die Liegen im Poolbereich sind leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Aber am schlimmsten fanden wir den Service. Auf zwei schriftliche Anfragen im Vorfeld bezüglich des Zimmers wurde überhaupt nicht reagiert. Beim Einchecken bestand man darauf ,dass wir erst Punkt 14 Uhr das Zimmer betreten dürfen. Eine Rechnung für das Zimmer konnte man uns angeblich nicht ausstellen. Auf unseren Zimmerwunsch wurde überhaupt nicht eingegangen, ganz im Gegenteil wir bekamen ein Zimmer zur lauten Hauptstraße hin. Sämtliche Getränkewünsche am Abend konnten nicht erfüllt werden obwohl sie in der Speisekarte standen weil angeblich im Moment so viele Gäste da sind.

The invoice was incorrect (and I had to email and call about 8 times the receptionists to get the refund) the sauna was out of order, the bed was terrible, the food was completely tasteless… I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Udefra er hotellet velholdt, men savner en kærlig hånd på værelset. Der mangler mere oprydning og hurtigere afrydning af brugt service. Aften buffet var meget skuffende og ikke de 50 euro værd for to personer.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the reception always smelt wonderful. The piped music was lovely and the seated areas very beautiful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and all very fresh. Dinner was not good though, with chewy/fatty meat sometimes but there was always lots of fresh pasta, chips and bread. The dinner option does not include drinks, which was a surprise as we thought one drink per person would be included.

The bathroom odour was overpowering..the furniture dilapidated…and the TV system need a complete reinstall…the control broken….However...the breakfast was good and the personal friendly…they did offer to change the room but after 10 hours travel we were to tired…and felt there would have been little point….the location lovely ..all above needs attention

Clean and cozy place. We had no sleep though, as there were a wedding party going on, and they had an afterparty in the isle just outside our room. The rooms were not soundproof, so it felt like the party was going on inside our room. We got told that the hotel manager would contact us after our stay for a solution, but 2 weeks later we never heard anything.

Room 222 is very outdated and needs complete remodel - noisy room. Property common areas and ground are well maintained and staff is attentive some how it compensates the room not be updated . Bed was firm but comfortable to me . Main issue is not a good sleep. Not Recommeded

Hotellet er slidt. Der er ikke ordentligt rent selv efter ekstra rengøring var det tydeligts snavset på gulv. Der var store huller i væggene og både vinduer og døre var ikke lydisolerede. Der er meget trafik på hotellet da der virkede til at være mange enkeltovernatninger. Aircondition kunne ikke indstilles på temperatur - men blæste varm luft ud.

First of all it's a shame Mijas is a wonderful place. Bare in mind the outside temperature reached as high as 39 degrees at some stages, our air conditioning didn't work very well and never came below 24.we reported it every day for the 8 days we were there. We got told is never goes lower than that, this was BS as we spoke to other couples and there's was lower. Everyday was another excuse, don't have 329. We didn't sleep very well for 7 nights and they refused to move us. Most of the staff seemed a little rude. We had lunch one day took 1 hour to be served, then after a complaint they served me and not my wife, I ate alone, then they charged me twice. There was rubbish all over the lower grounds which took 4 days to be cleared. I would recommend TRH Mijas over this hotel. Will be complaining to Hotels. Com

Unfortunately the receptionist was not friendly They gave only one room card so my wife waited me 2 hours ın front pf the door. The receptionist informed us that is the hotel rule - giving only 1 card for 2 people It will be really good to change this hotel rule or receptionist mindset! Beside that there were a lot of dirties and there was no napkin ın the box :(

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. Illunion seem to use it for training staff and, as a result, they try to do their best to help always. The hotel was running on limited staff, though, as it was in November this time and guests were warned that the food service would be limited. No problem, however in keeping some snack food in your room and making use of the copious number of restaurants in Mijas Pueblo just up the hill.

Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber. Leider hat uns das Essen so gar nicht zu gesagt. Man erwartet ja kein High-Class-Essen, aber die Halbpension in diesem Hotel war einfach schlecht. Das Frühstück war noch okay, damit konnten wir uns arrangieren. Aber auch hier kam das Personal gar nicht mit dem Abräumen der Tische und dem Nachlegen auf dem Buffet nach. Auch die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs war nicht gut, wenn denn welches vorhanden war. Die Auswahl war okay, aber die Qualität ließ zu Wünschen übrig, z.B. schmeckten die Brotwaren überwiegend alt. Das Abendessen war eine Katastrophe. Das haben wir uns nur einmal gegeben. Danach waren wir immer auswärts essen. Ein so liebloses Buffet haben wir selten gesehen. Einfach nur Massenware und teilweise sogar kalt. Auch gab es zwar ein Salatbuffet, aber kein Dressing. Als Vegetarier konnte man sich eigentlich nur an den Salat und das Obst halten. Große Auswahl hatte man da nicht. Wer ordentliche Mahlzeiten möchte, sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Overall the hotel was lovely. Great staff. Buffet lunch started at 1:30, we arrived at 2:30 and a lot of the food looked old and dry. The room was spacious with lots of storage, but it was rather dark. The bed was reasonably comfortable and had extra pillows. We had two issues with the room. One was that the bed was on wheels that did not lock. So, if one tried to sit up in bed, for example to watch tv or read, and leaned against the headboard, the bed would roll away from the wall, causing pillows and person to get stuck in the gap. The other issue was an enormous amount of mosquitoes in the room at night. We had to sleep with the sheets over our heads because they were buzzing and biting incessantly. The staff acknowledged that there are lot of mosquitoes and said there was nothing they could do as we are in the countryside. Otherwise, the room, bathroom, shower were very nice. The grounds were lovely and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The public areas of the hotel were very clean and well maintained. Despite the minor issues, would certainly recommend this hotel for future stay, but would bring mosquito repellent.
