The hotel itself is dated but kept fairly clean. However, even though we had a non smoking room that didn’t smell, the hallway stunk of cigarettes. The staff in general didn’t speak well English and were not the friendliest people we encountered on our trip. The animators by the pool though, were great at entertaining adults and kids! We didn’t have breakfast or any meal included and everything had a price including the safe that was already in our room! The only positive thing was the location.

I arrived to find out that my mobility needs were not met. Too far to walk from the elevator. I needed a walk in shower. The second room was okay but had a bathtub that I couldn't use. The next day they found a very nice room with a view close to the elevator and a shower. I am back to the hotel at around 11.00 in the evening. There was nothing to eat at all. I tried to book the sauna for the next day and they said that the charge is 16€ for one hour. I said that it doesn't list charges in the hotels. Com discription. I opened the app and showed it to him. In the meantime a man showed up and said that he was given a dirty room. The sheets were not changed and he was definitely not happy. The next day I went for my sauna and it was cold. I was told that the wrong time was given. This hotel caters to Spanish clientale. The front desk clerks barely were proficient in English. I told them that I was not happy and would be leaving one day early. They said that they will refund my money for one day. The money hasn't come to my account yet. I would not stay here again due to how isolated the hotel is, the lack of food after a certain hour, and the overall lack of consistency in customer service.
