Coffee Fellows Hotel Puchheim

Fantastiskt bekvämt hotell. Fina rum, väl städat, sköna sängar inklusive bedsoffan. Bra frukost (vi betalade extra för frukost till 4pers och parkerings plats i garaget 40eur). Garaget är max 2meter ifall du har takbox. Det går att parkera i närheten men ganska långt borta. Bra wifi, trevlig personal. Lugnt område nära motorvägen.

Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar. Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis erhältlich.

Das Hotel liegt vor den Toren Münchens ca. 15 min von der Autobahn entfernt. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind wegen Wohngebieten fast nicht vorhanden. Aber der Preis für die Tiefgarage ist sehr moderat.

Fint værelse og simpelt hotel. God service fra personale. Bemærk at der er begrænset højde i p-kælder så hvis du har tagboks kan det være en udfordring. Lækker morgenmad.

Very clean hotel, in a nice neighborhood. Close to bus and train station and approximately 35 min drive to the airport. Good selection for breakfast and free coffee/ tea in lobby. Reasonable parking fee compared to other hotels.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Seidl, aber zum ersten Mal, seit es ein Coffee Fellows Hotel ist. Das hat mich überrascht, da ich dies im gesamten Buchungsprozess nicht erkennen konnte. Umso erfreuter war ich als genussvoller Kaffeetrinker, dass es Kaffee (in 5 Variationen) praktisch den ganzen Tag kostenlos am Automaten neben der Rezeption gibt. Dazu ab dem Nachmittag Zitronenwasser und leckere Kekse und vegane Weingummies. Tolle Sache! Es kann so einfach sein, Kunden (wie mich) zufrieden zu stellen. Überrascht war ich auch, dass man erstens doch noch immer einen "Meldezettel" ausfüllen muss (sollte das nicht ab 2025 wegfallen??) und dass dies zweitens vor Ort auch ohne das Scannen des Ausweisdokuments ging (was online erforderlich gewesen wäre). Komisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Check-in ging reibungslos vonstatten und das Zimmer war am Ende des Flures ruhig gelegen wie gewünscht. Die Internetverbindung war immer stabil, der Fernseher hatte jedoch zeitweise äußerst und programmunabhängig schlechten Empfang. Das Bett war bequem, der Schreibtisch groß genug um mit Laptop zu arbeiten und zwei kostenlose Wasserflaschen haben mich gefreut. Ein großer Tresor ist auch vorhanden und das Badezimmer war recht sauber und ordentlich. Warum allerdings das Zimmer nach der ersten von zwei Nächten nicht gereinigt wurde, ist mir nicht ersichtlich. Ich komme in jedem Fall gerne wieder!

Quiet, comfortable, good breakfast. Parked in the underground garage (there was an extra fee to park) which was safe and convenient. Looked like you'd have a very difficult time finding any parking on the street.

Hotel war gut. Leider werden auch hier die Preise gewürfelt, wenn eine Messe zugegen ist. Zudem war die Tiefgarage überbucht. Sodass ich, trotz kostenpflichtiger Buchung und Bestätigung dieser, abends keinen freien Platz mehr vorfand. Eine Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption löste dann das Problem, aber insgesamt eher ärgerlich nach einem langen Tag.

Pleasant enough. It’s convenient for my work, but fairly inconvenient if trying to visit Munich. They are renovating now. Lobby and breakfast area are nice. The rooms (at least mine) was a little worn.

Suite 223: Duschstange lose, Halter für Duschkopf lose, Dusche verspritzt das gesamte Bad. Nur eine angefangene Toilettenpapierrolle auf dem Zimmer. Fernbedienung TV leer (neue Batterien an der Rezeption geholt). Einzelbett war eine Ausziehcouch, leider sehr durchgelegen und quietscht. Minikühlschrank schmutzig, noch reste von den vorherigen Bewohnern drin. Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer.

Sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal

Fast alles gut bis sehr gut. Schöne große Zimmer, modernes Duschbad, nettes Personal. Hinter den Heizkörpern könnte allerdings mal jemand mit einem Staubwedel aktiv werden ... das ist aber auch schon alles, was es zu meckern gibt.

Ok hotel til en enkelt overnatning. Værelset kunne godt være renere, der var spindelsvæv, og køleskabet var muggent. Derudover bliver det lidt oversolgt, da de f.eks reklamerer med aircondition, hvilket der ikke var på vores værelse.

Quarto não muito grande mas bem localizado. Barulho do ar condicionado a noite no quarto não é muito agradável.

Never again, i don't know why you put a bed in the room, its so noisy from the street i could not sleep

Check-in was easy and the staff was helpful in giving me directions to the nearest supermarket and directions for using public transportation. Breakfast was excellent. However, I don't recommend this hotel. Room was small and had no phone, no ice bucket and no refrigerator.. There are no ice or vending machines in the hotel at all. Hotel is about a 30 minute drive from the city center and is some distance from the airport as well. Wi-Fi was good and bed was comfortable and room was clean

It stated it was AC in the room. But no ac was found

Przy rezerwacji nie zauważyłem, że nie ma klimatyzacji i lodówki w pokoju. Na szczęście nie było gorąco. Latem może być niekomfortowo, ale na Oktoberfest jest OK.

Wir waren zu einem Fest in der Gegend. Das Hotel ist sehr nett, sauber und modern. Die Zimmer sind aber arg klein, daher war es nicht ideal.

It's not a bad place but the room has no frills. There was no fridge and the hotel will not provide ice. The room, although it didn't feel old in any way, just seemed a little cheap. For example, sound from the hallway was unmuffled. Most of the staff were outwardly friendly; one who seemed more reserved was likely so because her English isn't as strong as that of her co-workers. I can't fault her for not being fluent in a foreign language, especially when my German is non-existent. I applaud the hotel for not going crazy with their rates during Oktoberfest. While the price higher was higher than the room is worth, it wasn't through the roof like almost every other option around Munich during this event. Book this place right now if you plan to attend Oktoberfest next year. As others have said, the breakfast is great. There wasn't a huge amount of options but there should be enough to satisfy almost anyone. I really appreciated the attention to detail. There was one staff member I saw there more than anyone else. At one point, I noticed her inspecting a lemon wedge. It passed her inspection and so she carefully placed it onto the tray with perfectly in line with the others. This simple act told me that she takes pride in her work and that nothing subpar will be served to any guest.

We had a family room which was very spacious. Hotel was easily accessible. Nice parking lot, which was closed at night

Prima accommodatie, ruime kamer en goed ontbijt. Airco op de kamer zou een goede aanvulling zijn.

We stayed here for 2 nights. We had a late flight in and the reception was closed therefore we used the self check in. We had 2 rooms and managed to get into the first fine but couldn’t locate the email with the second rooms reservation code. After 15 minutes of looking we called the emergency number on the reception for assistance when it’s closed. The person on the other end of the phone was almost angry that we called him, basically yelled at me down the phone for ‘making his life harder’ and apparently not understanding how difficult his job is. Once we managed to check in the stay was very pleasant, rooms were clean and well equipped, they offer free coffee in reception which was a lovely touch and the staff we spoke to were very helpful. The only other downside was the location - it’s in almost a residential area and not within walking distance of much. We were trying to get into Munich city centre and Uber doesn’t seem to work around the hotel and found it hard to get one so used public transport instead which took a bit longer but got where we needed to go.

I have to give 1 star for incompetence on the hotel staff. The actual stay itself was fine, breakfast was good, room was clean, but the 1 star comes from the fact that I specifically booked the rooms as "Pay at the property," and somewhere along the lines that was misunderstood. I personally paid my portion and had 2 other rooms under my name who would be paying the next day. Instead accepting that payment, the hotel attempted to charge my credit card multiple times for different amounts. That would be ok, however, the name under the charge was different from the actual hotel name... This meant it was flagged as a fraudulent charge and I had to cancel my card thinking it was fraud because the charged name was not the hotel name. After a Google search I found no apparent relation. For someone living in Germany or Europe that may not be a big deal, however, for someone who doesn't live there with a bank in America things became quite tricky, especially because I need my card to book other hotels while I'm here. Now I have no credit card, and potentially the inability to receive one from abroad. I've already spent 5 hours dealing with the fraud and trying to get a new card, and at this point am unsure if it will happen. So the actual stay itself was good, besides the horrible Wifi. But messing up things like payment is lack of training or a clear system. I always thought the Germans love their systems, but this one in this case seemed to be broken.

お部屋は綺麗で清潔でした。Puchheimの駅は、ミュンヘンの中央駅(Muenchen Hbf)から列車で20くらいかかります。Puchheimの駅からは歩いて10〜15分くらいです。街は静かですが、ホテルのすぐ前がサークルの交差点の為、車の音は結構していました。私の時のスタッフの対応はよくなかったです。ホテルの予約を早くしたので、ネット上でのチェックインを求めるメールが何度も来ていましたが、それをしなかった為かもしれません。このネット上でのチェックインは、私にとっては結構ストレスに感じられました。ホテル選びの段階でこの事がわかれば問題ないのですが、予約が完了してからなので、面倒でした。

Gutes Hotel, mit schönem Zimmer. Wir waren nur eine Nacht waren aber voll zufrieden. Sehr gutes Frühstück! München Innenstadt in ca 40 min.erreichbar

Auf Probleme wurde umgehend und lösungsorientiert reagiert. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer waren von der Größe noch in Ordnung, Einrichtung gut! Lage ist halt nicht was touristisches oder Natur, sondern pragmatisch. Aber alles gut mit dem ÖPNV zu erreichen!

Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, ruhig gelegen, nicht allzu weit von der S Bahn Station entfernt. Empfehlenswert.

Esxwar ein gelungener Abend und eine schöne Nacht. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche übrig.

Excellent stay, friendly staff, food available in the area. Only negative would be that there was no cooked breakfast- I am English and that’s my own personal opinion. The continental option is more than accommodating for 99% of people.
