Quality Inn & Suites Lexington

The good: the room was clean and looked nice. The staff was nice. The cons : the pool was not open and the blanket on the bed was ripped, the faucet on the sink was loose and the breakfast was ok.

very disappointed that it was advertised as having a pool and I checked and they said yes they had a pool however they forgot to tell me that it was not open until the end of May. Also, the room itself needed repairs. The bathroom was terrible. The tub had the enamel worn off and water was bubbling up from the drain. The Wi-Fi did not work well I don't know if it worked, but they were unable to connect me. I went and talked to the front desk person, and she could not figure out how to do it very disappointed in the condition of the hotel but the staff were very helpful and at least they tried.

Breakfast was ok. My sons bathroom had mold in it and we had homeless people outside our rooms for hours.

Everything was good or acceptable. Our only problem we experienced was the room door wouldnt lock, but there was a privacy door lock that was an okay alternative. I wouldnt have gelt very safe, had I been alone. The room and property were both very clean, comfortable and in good repair, especially considering the age of the building. A good deal for the price.

It's not a super-luxury hotel... ... but it always suits my needs.
