The hotel wasn’t the high end, but had a pool, breakfast. It was within walking distance to various restaurants & the amphitheater.

Stayed 2 nights

From my check-in experience, I should have known to just go somewhere else. The woman who checked us in never got off the phone while helping us. She asked for my card and when I gave her my credit card, she said it came back expired. I had just activated it, so that was weird, but maybe caused an issue. So, I have her a second credit card, which she said was declined. Again, weird because I had just used it elsewhere and knew I was well under the credit limit. So, I ended up using my debit card and not even an hour later was notified that someone was attempting to change my passwords. Strange, but maybe a coincidence? Regardless, the room was okay, seemed not so clean, but we were just tired from traveling and aren't fussy. That is until the next day when we were sitting in the room talking and saw a bunch of small cockroaches running in and out of the trim around the door. We were so disturbed we left the room soon after and didn't even stay there the second night. Just left. I didn't inform the front desk because I didn't have a ton of confidence that it would be helpful. Also, one of the reasons I booked this place was because this property has an outdoor pool. It was shut down the whole time. I was so confused because this place had 7 stars. But after reading reviews, I'm not sure how reliable they are. One person also complained about cockroaches and still gave it 6 stars! Are you kidding me? This place is a joke.

You really don’t want me to review this place. Pictures are SO DECEIVING!! Beware of the construction workers who camp out over night in their trucks in the parking lot.

It was clean inside and out. Didn't like the housekeeper trying to come in at 9.
