Je pense que cet hôtel va passer des moments difficiles, piscine qui se delabre peu d’activité et le fait de payer 15% en plus pour manger sur la terrasse cela n’est pas passable pour un 4*

A lovely hotel situated in the mountains. Great views. Beds very comfortable, and good amenities. Pool and area around it are great for relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was of good quality and well priced. Only one small negative is that the room air conditioner was a little bit loud on automatic and you couldn’t switch to manual. I will definitely return however as it’s super relaxing

Hôtel confortable avec chambre spacieuse, nous avions une vue piscine. Service à l’accueil inexistant, petit déjeuner industriel (à fuir) si possible. Nous avons pris egalement un dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, la nourriture est industrielle et de mauvaise qualite, les serveurs sont lents et pensent à jouer sur leur téléphone. Spa (30 euros par personne) de bonne qualité.

Es un buen hotel, paredes de papel de fumar, sí, pero como la gran mayoría. Buen Spa, buena piscina, olvidaos de golf en el hotel, debe ser algo concertado y menú reiterativo. Si te quedas varios días puedes ir a plato a plato probando. Cerca de Jaca, 10 km más o menos y entorno muy, muy tranquilo. Recomendable

We arrived and because of the location decided to stay another day, the cost was more for the extra day than we had paid for the first day but it was convienant so we paid it, upon leaving the person paying next to us paid less than we paid for one extra night for two nights! so feel ripped off. With regard to the hotel the electric charging points were just 2kw, and there were supposed to me 3 point, of these one had wires bare and loos, the other did not work and the one that did work had thesame car plugged in for the two days, so impossible to use, the carpark was partially flooded with stagnant water which was never cleaned up, also soap and shampoo were not added to our room on the second day, there was no plug in the bath and we had to wait 90 min to get one, the food was limited and very expensive and it cost more if you wanted to sit on the terrace! so basically very disappointed, feel that we were overcharged, and the place feels like it is being run down.

El aseo necesita una reforma, no hay nada alrededor para comer, entrenamiento etc. el campo de golf esta cerrado hace 4 años, es una urbanización a 6 km. De algo de vida.

Et ok hotel, men beliggenhed absolut ikke som forventet. Det ligger 15 min bilkørsel fra selve Jaca. I selve Badaguas er der hotellet, masser af ferielejligheder og 1 aktivitetcenter der kun hører til lejlighederne og en udtørret golfbane. Selve hotellet er stille, værelset stort og dejligt, fint stort fitness med koldt drikkevand, pool også fin, ikke så ren, men ingen poolhåndklæder og der trænger meget til rengøring omkring pool og på trapper på hele hotellet. Morgenmaden var ganske ok, spiste ikke i restauranten men fik øl og vin på terrassen, det koster så ekstra end hvis det var bestilt i baren. Receptionisten der tjekkede også ind, havde meget svært ved at tale og forstå engelsk. Jeg synes hotellet er dyrt i forhold til det man får.

Excepto el personal que fué amable, las instalaciones de la habitación deplorables, tuvieron que llamar a mantenimiento porque no se podía abrir la puerta del baño nada mas llegat y la de entrada solo cerraba con un gran portazo, limpieza mal y mal conservado en general.

Lovely property. Was great for a transit stop after getting the ferry into Santander. It’s a little tired in places, but with cost effective secure car storage this was ideal for us.

Correcto sólo. Esperaba más, la verdad: en el baño podia mejorar la limpieza pasando simplemente el trapo del polvo y la habitación podia tener mejor mantenimiento. La persona que nos atendio en recepción se equivoco al cobrar las habitaciones dos veces y suerte q al reclamar la recepcionista de la mañana, muy amable, lo solucionó pero ya no deja muchas ganas de volver, la verdad.

The room was fine but there was not air conditioning and it was warm for October. It was explained that the room can only have AC or heating, not both. And since the weather was supposed to change to cool the had already switched the system to heat. Unfortunately when you turned on the AC it blew hot air. They gave us a fan but it was still very uncomfortable.

Un hotel muy cómodo. Habitacion muy grande. Camas grandes y cómodas . Servicio de hostelería excelente. Y sobretodo el entorno y la piscina con unas vistas impresionantes.

El hotel es agradable, amplio y acogedor, está en una urbanización a unos 8 kilometros de Jaca. Es una zona bastante nueva. La habitación es amplia al igual que el baño. El desayuno es muy variado y de buena calidad. Las instalaciones están bien y la zona es muy tranquila. Hay aparcamiento público al lado del hotel.

Un sitio con un encanto y rodeado de un paraje natural maravilloso. Nos gusto mucho la tranquilidad que se respira, lo respetuosos que son los huéspedes con el descanso de los demás y el trato de todo el personal. Sin duda repetiremos!

A lovely hotel situated in the mountains. Great views. Beds very comfortable, and good amenities. Pool and area around it are great for relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was of good quality and well priced. Only one small negative is that the room air conditioner was a little bit loud on automatic and you couldn’t switch to manual. I will definitely return however as it’s super relaxing

Hôtel confortable avec chambre spacieuse, nous avions une vue piscine. Service à l’accueil inexistant, petit déjeuner industriel (à fuir) si possible. Nous avons pris egalement un dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel, la nourriture est industrielle et de mauvaise qualite, les serveurs sont lents et pensent à jouer sur leur téléphone. Spa (30 euros par personne) de bonne qualité.

Correcto sólo. Esperaba más, la verdad: en el baño podia mejorar la limpieza pasando simplemente el trapo del polvo y la habitación podia tener mejor mantenimiento. La persona que nos atendio en recepción se equivoco al cobrar las habitaciones dos veces y suerte q al reclamar la recepcionista de la mañana, muy amable, lo solucionó pero ya no deja muchas ganas de volver, la verdad.

Et ok hotel, men beliggenhed absolut ikke som forventet. Det ligger 15 min bilkørsel fra selve Jaca. I selve Badaguas er der hotellet, masser af ferielejligheder og 1 aktivitetcenter der kun hører til lejlighederne og en udtørret golfbane. Selve hotellet er stille, værelset stort og dejligt, fint stort fitness med koldt drikkevand, pool også fin, ikke så ren, men ingen poolhåndklæder og der trænger meget til rengøring omkring pool og på trapper på hele hotellet. Morgenmaden var ganske ok, spiste ikke i restauranten men fik øl og vin på terrassen, det koster så ekstra end hvis det var bestilt i baren. Receptionisten der tjekkede også ind, havde meget svært ved at tale og forstå engelsk. Jeg synes hotellet er dyrt i forhold til det man får.

El hotel es agradable, amplio y acogedor, está en una urbanización a unos 8 kilometros de Jaca. Es una zona bastante nueva. La habitación es amplia al igual que el baño. We arrived and because of the location decided to stay another day, the cost was more for the extra day than we had paid for the first day but it was convienant so we paid it, upon leaving the person paying next to us paid less than we paid for one extra night for two nights! so feel ripped off. With regard to the hotel the electric charging points were just 2kw, and there were supposed to me 3 point, of these one had wires bare and loos, the other did not work and the one that did work had thesame car plugged in for the two days, so impossible to use, the carpark was partially flooded with stagnant water which was never cleaned up, also soap and shampoo were not added to our room on the second day, there was no plug in the bath and we had to wait 90 min to get one, the food was limited and very expensive and it cost more if you wanted to sit on the terrace! so basically very disappointed, feel that we were overcharged, and the place feels like it is being run down.

Great place. We'll be back. What a shame the golf course is abandoned. But it's still worth it. Food is WAY over priced in their cafeteria/restaurant. We went into Jaca and enjoyed better food at a better price.

Lovely property. Was great for a transit stop after getting the ferry into Santander. It’s a little tired in places, but with cost effective secure car storage this was ideal for us.
