Super location but no close parking or drop off Hotel Room was super nice, with high ceilings and several hundred year old beams comfy bed and good water pressure The food at the restaurant was excellent, I had one of the best salads ever (ensalade de frutas rojas) and v tasty lamb chops. Unfortunately the wait staff was , to put it nicely, unconcerned. The next night I actually wanted to return just for the salad but they closed the kitchen probably because of just a few guests that night ):

Awesome place to stay in Morella. I got a room with a view and the morning views are a really nice even though you could get an even better view from the top of the citadel (but it's a really long climb). The location is excellent (beautiful street). But you will need to walk uphill a bit to get to the hotel from the parking lot.

A wonder little hotel on the top of the hill, just below the castle. Be forwarned, driving here is not for the faint of heart with tiny roads, many turns, no signage. But once we checked in, the gentleman at the desk showed us where to overnight park. This was an old, medieval building at on time, but nicely renovated. The breakfast was excellent! Loved it!
