Parfait sur toute la ligne... Accueil, service, calme, et surtout très confortable. Pous les amis motards, parking sécurisé en sous-sol, nous avons payé 9,00€ pour deux nuits, le centre est à deux pas de l'hôtel.

I really enjoyed our stay. Very useful having a secure car park available for guests under the hotel. Price was €16. Only a 5 min walk to all the restaurants and famous church/cathedral- which is spectacular! The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and dark due to the electric shutters. All in all, a good value hotel in a great location. Only negative was there was no coffee/tea facilities in the room. Friendly receptionist.

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que se le han caído 2,la habitación muy pequeña para ser una triple,el radiador mohoso y sucio,la bañera(aún tiene) oxidada y parcheada con un remiendo,la tapicería de las sillas muy sucia,el aparato del aire acondicionado detrás de la cortina por no haber más sitio para colocarlo al poner la tercera cama,la rejilla de ventilación del baño con telarañas,la puerta de la nevera descolgada, pedí una habitación bonita por ser una ocasión familiar especial y me dieron esa con esas condiciones y con vistas a una pared blanca de un patio interior

Parfait sur toute la ligne... Accueil, service, calme, et surtout très confortable. Pous les amis motards, parking sécurisé en sous-sol, nous avons payé 9,00€ pour deux nuits, le centre est à deux pas de l'hôtel.

I really enjoyed our stay. Very useful having a secure car park available for guests under the hotel. Price was €16. Only a 5 min walk to all the restaurants and famous church/cathedral- which is spectacular! The bedroom was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and dark due to the electric shutters. All in all, a good value hotel in a great location. Only negative was there was no coffee/tea facilities in the room. Friendly receptionist.

Très satisfait de notre séjour. Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre historique. Très bon accueil, personnel sympathique. Chambre très propre et lit très confortable. Possibilité de se restaurer sur place, rapport qualité/prix très correct. Petit-déjeuner très varié et copieux. Possibilité de parking public à 100 m si celui de l'hôtel est complet. Nous recommandons vivement.

We booked this hotel as part of a motorbike trip across Spain and were disappointed on arrival to find no available parking, there was only three of us and offered to park in one bay, however we were directed to another location about 200 metres up. Rooms were ok, some had a funny smell, which we assumed was due to recent refurbishment? In the morning due to the cost of the room (120 euros) we assumed we had breakfast included, (this was our most expensive accommodation for the whole week) we went to the breakfast room, gave our room numbers to the server who said ok and we were shown to our seats. Unfortunately when we came to check out we were greeted with a 16 euro each charge, with no discussion, nobody asked if everything was ok, if we were happy - nothing! Overall we did not feel the hotel was good value for money and will not be looking to stay there again,

No nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Restaurant was closed on Saturday night. Restaurant food okay. Staff at restaurant good. The bar is not open until eight p.m. I think it should open at 1200 or, at the latest, around 1600 so that guests can refresh and have a drink after touring the lovely city of Burgos.
