Wonderful hotel. This is a huge hotel with a lavish parking, big lobby area and right by the beach. The hotel boasts of a big swimming pool and private beach. Breakfast is tasty and is a big spread with a lot of options. We had a balcony room with a partial sea view. The partial sea view rooms also had a great view of the sea, and the balcony was spacious to easily accommodate 2 guests. Rooms are large and spacious with a big bathroom, separate area for storage, a couch and comfortable beds. Hotel was a 25 min drive away from Sorrento. It has secured parking for a mere 5€ a day which is very reasonable.

Beautiful Resort on the Sea! We had the full terrace suite with the sea view. We highly recommend. Everyone was so friendly. They spoke various languages and we had no issues communicating. The bed was comfortable and we had excellent water pressure. Beautiful pool and beach access on the property. Amazing sunset views as well.

Absolutely gorgeous property with a beautiful view. The pool is not heated and nothing is really walkable from the hotel, but it’s quite a gem! They had parking on site which was wonderful. The spa was lovely as well. Very friendly staff and delicious food, especially at Blue Stone, next door to the property.

Luxury hotel with both private beach and large pool, both with very good supply of shaded sunbeds. Stunning views across the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius, from balcony, bar, pool, beach and restaurant. Excellent dining and spa facilities. Hotel is isolated but has a regular shuttle to nearby Vico Equense.

the property is not near anything, very nice property with large rooms, would have been better if warm enough to use outdoor areas which looked very nice, spa and gym have limited hours, staff is very pleasant, the bar had a welcoming vibe, the breakfast has many options, overall it was nice but disappointed I could only access gym when spa was open

Overall an amazing stay!! They allowed us to leave our luggages so we can go to our Capri Tour for the day, I thought that was really nice!! Upon check in, we were greeted warmly by all of the staff and since we were leaving at 5:30am to catch our flight back to US; they fixed us breakfast to go! That’s definitely going above and beyond!! Front Desk spoke English extremely well!! The pool area is amazing and nice with fresh towels! The room was clean and bed was comfortable! Will stay again!

Hotel room was OK, bathroom was terrible. Washbasin was OK as toilet washbasin not for a bathroom. Bathroom is outdated. Showering in a bath is not what you expect of a 4 star accomodation.

Room was as advertised. Great views. One bottle of water upon arrival then was not stocked again. Maid service: room not thoroughly cleaned as I dropped a chip beside my bed which stayed there the entire week, coffee spoon appeared to be wiped but not cleaned or exchanged. Complimentary breakfast was nice however restaurant overpriced. $8 for a glass of wine in Italy? I bought a bottle at grocery store for $6. Hotel is very secluded and shuttle service stopped at 6:10pm so taxi.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights and would absolutely stay here again. Our room was amazing, well kept, with great air conditioning and a decently comfortable bed. The views from this hotel are unreal, and there is a private beach on the property where you can swim. The bar was amazing, as well the complimentary breakfast buffet every morning and the hotel restaurant for dinner. The staff is very friendly and the parking garage is so convenient.

The place was ok. I was travelling with my teenage son. If you are someone who works in the morning or evening while on vacation, I’d suggest perhaps another hotel since the wifi was awful. Since I was with my son (missing school) we do homework and study most evenings. The first night after check in I called the front desk since my son was doing homework and the wifi was cutting out every few minutes. I was told there wasn’t maintenance but they’d have someone call me the next day. No call was received so I called back again (in the meantime I added considerable data to my eSIM so we were paying for our own data). They came and spoke with me and said they had restarted the modem, but nothing again had changed. I called back after a hour of the modem being restated, and was told someone would call me back. Nobody did. The third night was the same. One staff gentleman was very nice but the rest of the staff I spoke with I felt just wanted me to go away. Thank goodness for eSIMs. If you depend on wifi, this isn’t your hotel. My staff service rating was a reflection of how the staff spoke to me.

Everyone was very very friendly, specially the girls at the front desk. The staff at the bar next to the front desk was Excellente too. I would not change anything about this hotel. Will definitely recommend and stay again if visiting the area again.

Dette gjør hotellet lite anvennelig om man ikke tilhører en gruppe som har egen buss.

The stuff were horrible. Worst customer service. I had to speak to the manager who was very nice. Everyone aside from her and one of the bartenders were absolutely terrible. Don’t recommend and would never come back.

The hotel and grounds are beautiful, with stunning views and the added bonus of a private beach, which was a real highlight. However, the location is quite remote and far from the main villages. Overall an amazing stay!! They allowed us to leave our luggages so we can go to our Capri Tour for the day, I thought that was really nice!! Upon check in, we were greeted warmly by all of the staff and since we were leaving at 5:30am to catch our flight back to US; they fixed us breakfast to go! That’s definitely going above and beyond!! Front Desk spoke English extremely well!! The pool area is amazing and nice with fresh towels! The room was clean and bed was comfortable! Will stay again!

We just returned from our honeymoon stay at Towers Hotel. We couldn't be happier with the location, the excellent food and the fantastic service staff. Their service was flawless, in particular the reception and bar staff. They will solve any problem and do anything in tjeit power to make sure your stay in perfect!

The staff was exceptional and the hotel was a wonderful reprieve from the busyness of Sorrento. The private beach was serene and the balcony was incredible with views of Mt. Vesuvius. Thank you Towers Staff for making our first night in Italy truly wonderful.

Although the property itself was lovely, it is really inconveniently located. If you want to go to Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Amalfi…. or indeed any other town, you must take a shuttle bus and then also a train!! The shuttle bus offered by the hotel only runs in the morning and late afternoon…. so you must leave by noon and cannot return later than six or so. In this way you cannot stay in Sorrento for dinner unless you take a cab back from the train station which is a costly 25 euro for a very short taxi ride. You also have to call the hotel to send a taxi there as they are not typically at that station snd one night the hotel didn’t answer so we almost got stuck at the train station but luckily met a lively local who agreed to drive us to the hotel for 20 euro. There is also only one restaurant at the property with a very limited menu. Having eaten there our first night there was no way we would consider doing so again except for breakfast. The room itself was lovely and we had a lovely balcony with a great water view but overall I would not suggest staying here as it is too isolated…. I even think it would be difficult if you had a car!

Absolutely gorgeous property with a beautiful view. The pool is not heated and nothing is really walkable from the hotel, but it’s quite a gem! They had parking on site which was wonderful. The spa was lovely as well. Very friendly staff and delicious food, especially at Blue Stone, next door to the property.

I was absolutely stunned by this property with our view of Mount Vesuvius from the room and the world class dining in the restaurant. We arrived by train without a car and had to ask the station attendant to call a taxi to get there, so I recommend arranging transport ahead of time if you don’t have a car. Once there, they have a shuttle to a nearby station which will get you to the historical sites.

The hotel itself is amazing and HUGE! Very nice. The only thing I didn't like is it is remote, and you need to have a car to get around. Not within walking distance to anything. I'll definitely stay there again though, but will have to rent a car.

This is a peaceful little slice of a dream! It’s fairly isolated in terms of walking but if you content to stay on the property or you have a car, it’s awesome! Much to my surprise, I opted to focus on the pool rather than the beach because the ocean area is rocky and the little inlets Where the ocean comes in between the rocks is a bit choppy, but it’s still glorious! The fancy restaurant food is amazing and although there isn’t a huge menu, you can still more or less satisfy yourself, but the kitchen staff through the snack bar need some work! That food is gross and undercooked so be aware of that. My son ordered a hamburger and we were shocked to see after one bite that the inside of the burger was so fire engine red it looked neon. After mentioning it to the staff at the bar, they said this is a common theme so you are warned to order your burgers well done. We got other things and they weren’t amazing so the snack bar food should be treated with caution. The bar staff and reservation staff are super friendly and very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again, but having a car a strongly suggested! Also, you should splurge for an actual balcony as anything less. It’s just a little Juliet set of bars, and you can’t sit on it. But there are plenty of seating options outside where you can take in the sea air. Overall would absolutely go back with those little carve outs in mind. Also the pool and beach close at 7 PM so go early!

Room was as advertised. Great views. One bottle of water upon arrival then was not stocked again. Maid service: room not thoroughly cleaned as I dropped a chip beside my bed which stayed there the entire week, coffee spoon appeared to be wiped but not cleaned or exchanged. Complimentary breakfast was nice however restaurant overpriced. $8 for a glass of wine in Italy? I bought a bottle at grocery store for $6. Hotel is very secluded and shuttle service stopped at 6:10pm so taxi.

This is a beautiful hotel and location! Very clean and comfortable. Would recommend they open a small store for snacks and drinks, etc. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner. They do have a very reasonably priced shuttle for areas near by. Some staff should learn to communicate better to improve customer service. Recommend checking prices if using the laundry service, it’s very expensive. Mario the pool manager/ lifeguard has exceptional customer service and was a highlight of our stay!! Thank you so much Mario!!
