The whole experience with staff was amazing, quiet, pretty. The only thing I would say is if the manager offers to help with luggage, say yes, as it’s about 150 steps up hill 😂but well worth it.

We loved staying here so much and would recommend it to anyone. Absolutely LOVED staying in Ravello and this hotel was perfect- simple, clean rooms, amazing views, very well maintained. The staff was fantastic and we appreciated the breakfast and bar as well. Highly recommend taking advantage of the luggage service.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend paying for the luggage service to the hotel, definitely worth the money. Special shout out to Salvatore, very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay!

Great hotel, wonderful location in Ravello and great views. The staff was great and very helpful with any request. The only negative is that there is no pool and it is a hike to get to the sea from Ravello.

We LOVED our stay here. Ines and Salvatore were so friendly and welcoming. You cannot beat the views from the breakfast /lunch terrace. Our room had a sea facing balcony which especially we loved for sunrise. Pretty rooms. Good AC. Comfortable beds. Nice shower- they have multi use Dove soap- bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was very nice. If you want a bit of peace and beauty, Ravello is a great option compared to the bustle of Amalfi and Positano. And it’s nice to be up above the sea. We are hikers and Ines gave us personalized options of her favorites. We loved the views of Amalfi and Atrani from inside the tower on the Torre Del Ziro hike. Try Tre Calle for really spectacular views. Of course, the Path of the Gods is great. Highly recommend this place. Outstanding customer service.

The property is wonderful, the view from the suites are unbeatable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. If you drive just know the parking lot is about a mile away and you have to take a shuttled back and forth. Make sure you bring a good pair of sneakers because you are going to need them, it’s a pretty good hike (at least 1/4 mile) up the hill to get Villa Amore - the views are worth it. Make sure you plan for dinner, the town square shuts food service down after 4:00 pm, most places only served snacks and drinks after 4:00 pm.

Recommend! Excellent view and beautiful terrace. You can get the perfect Amalfi coast sea view from the room. The room was clean and staffs are super nice and friendly. The town - Ravello is also very beautiful, it’s close to Amalfi but less people comparing to Amalfi so it’s quiet at night. There was some small hiccups when we checked in, the door lock and the toilet seat was broken, but after notifying the staff he ran to the shop and able to fix the door lock for us. The toilet seats were not fixed at the end but it’s not an urgent issue comparing to the door so I guess it’s okay. But it would be better if the room has no issues to start with. A couple small fact to notice 1) since the hotel is in Ravello which is a town on a hill and it doesn’t allow cars inside, you have to walk about 10 minutes to the meeting point if you want to get taxi/bus/or you own car from the parking. We used the parking and there will be shuttle service to bring you to the parking lot from the meeting point. Also highly recommend purchasing the luggage service since the 10 minute uphill walk is going to be very difficult when carrying a bag, 2) you get a bit less privacy since the terrace is shared across 5 rooms and also the restaurant guests, but we are okay with this. Despite all those little things we still thinks this is a great place to stay since the sea view is just so wonderful and staffs are super friendly. It’s a great deal for this price range IMO. I would recommend this property

Wow! Talk about amazing everything. I only have great things to say. Warm friendly Italian services by the staff. Greetings to Antonio, Ines and Salvatore they where so warm and welcoming amazing customer service above and beyond everything. Breathe stopping views ,get your cameras ready you will take pictures from dusk till dawn. Rooms ,lobby, pristine ,immaculately. Ravello area is a disney dream quiet friendly amazing food, close enough to all tourist highlights far enough from the chaos. Bravo!amazing highly recommend!

We loved it. The view is amazing from the hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and AC worked great. It is very well maintained. And rooms have new modern bathrooms. it is close to restaurants and shopping as well. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning, and the staff were friendly. However, the location made it a bit inconvenient to get around, with limited transportation and few nearby dining options. Overall, decent for a short stay but not ideal without a car.

Great hotel with beautiful view. The staff was super friendly, the cleaning lady came everyday once we left the room (no matter when we decided to leave). Absolutely great. This is a 4 star hotel in my eyes. It was much better than the other 4 star hotels we stayed at during our Italy trip. I will go back here next time.

Villa Amore was the perfect place for our stay in Ravello! The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We stayed in the Amore Room with a sea view, and it was absolutely breathtaking—the view was stunning, and the room felt very private with its own balcony area. It was the ideal spot to relax and take in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. The breakfast each morning was delicious and just what we needed to start our day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This hotel has one of the best views in the world. No exaggeration. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The location in car-free Ravello is a 10 minute hike with lots of steps, which would be a challenge for elderly guests. The rooms where wall-to-wall marble, but the furnishings were worn-out and sparse. A couple thousand euros per room for new functional hotel furniture, mattresses and adding shelving in the bathrooms and closets would make this hotel a hidden gem.

We enjoyed the lovely staff who were so helpful and gracious. Inez was a wonderful host and provided ideas for where to go, including convincing us that we must return for Springtime in Ravello. The room was beautiful with the best view of my life! Breakfast offered homemade selections, personalized coffee and stunning views. Inez also arranged our transfer (including luggage service) to the airport. Thank you Villa Amore for a beautiful experience in Ravello.

Villa Amore was the perfect place for our stay in Ravello! The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We stayed in the Amore Room with a sea view, and it was absolutely breathtaking—the view was stunning, and the room felt very private with its own balcony area. It was the ideal spot to relax and take in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. The breakfast each morning was delicious and just what we needed to start our day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Villa Amore was the perfect place for our stay in Ravello! The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We stayed in the Amore Room with a sea view, and it was absolutely breathtaking—the view was stunning, and the room felt very private with its own balcony area. It was the ideal spot to relax and take in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast. The breakfast each morning was delicious and just what we needed to start our day. We LOVED our stay here. Ines and Salvatore were so friendly and welcoming. You cannot beat the views from the breakfast /lunch terrace. Our room had a sea facing balcony which especially we loved for sunrise. Pretty rooms. Good AC. Comfortable beds. Nice shower- they have multi use Dove soap- bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was very nice. If you want a bit of peace and beauty, Ravello is a great option compared to the bustle of Amalfi and Positano. And it’s nice to be up above the sea. We are hikers and Ines gave us personalized options of her favorites. We loved the views of Amalfi and Atrani from inside the tower on the Torre Del Ziro hike. Try Tre Calle for really spectacular views. Of course, the Path of the Gods is great. Highly recommend this place. Outstanding customer service.

We came to Ravello for a wedding at Villa Ciambrone. It was an easy walk to the venue ,so we chose Villa Amore. What a treasure, property is spectacular…. The views from our patios were amazing. We were a group of 14, we took up most of the hotel. The staff treated us like family, they took care of our every need. We invited them to visit us,it was sad to leave. The rooms were spacious & clean, very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had so many nice options and was served with a beautiful smile. It truly was magical!

Wonderful hotel with amazing views! Hotel staff is amazing, friendly and informative; they make you feel very welcome and like a guest in their home. Great location to town, just a little bit of a hike up hill, however totally worth it! I would definitely come back and plan to again (with less luggage)! But they have a porter service to help with luggage.

We loved it. The view is amazing from the hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and AC worked great. It is very well maintained. And rooms have new modern bathrooms. it is close to restaurants and shopping as well. We will definitely visit again. Highly recommend it.

The property is wonderful, the view from the suites are unbeatable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. If you drive just know the parking lot is about a mile away and you have to take a shuttled back and forth. Make sure you bring a good pair of sneakers because you are going to need them, it’s a pretty good hike (at least 1/4 mile) up the hill to get Villa Amore - the views are worth it. Make sure you plan for dinner, the town square shuts food service down after 4:00 pm, most places only served snacks and drinks after 4:00 pm.

Recommend! Excellent view and beautiful terrace. You can get the perfect Amalfi coast sea view from the room. The room was clean and staffs are super nice and friendly. The town - Ravello is also very beautiful, it’s close to Amalfi but less people comparing to Amalfi so it’s quiet at night. There was some small hiccups when we checked in, the door lock and the toilet seat was broken, but after notifying the staff he ran to the shop and able to fix the door lock for us. The toilet seats were not fixed at the end but it’s not an urgent issue comparing to the door so I guess it’s okay. But it would be better if the room has no issues to start with. A couple small fact to notice 1) since the hotel is in Ravello which is a town on a hill and it doesn’t allow cars inside, you have to walk about 10 minutes to the meeting point if you want to get taxi/bus/or you own car from the parking. We used the parking and there will be shuttle service to bring you to the parking lot from the meeting point. Also highly recommend purchasing the luggage service since the 10 minute uphill walk is going to be very difficult when carrying a bag, 2) you get a bit less privacy since the terrace is shared across 5 rooms and also the restaurant guests, but we are okay with this. Amazing broad views of Amalfi coast. Book the deluxe sea view room for a roof top private experience. Staff amazing, friendly and helpful. Breakfast option also very good and drinks on the terrace lovely in the afternoon. Villa Amore is private and quiet. It is away from the main square.

The views from the terrace are a standout here and that it what you're paying for as the rest of the hotel reflects its 2 star rating. The room was very comfortable and serviced daily. The staff are friendly in the main but breakfast is poor. Its quality is inconsistent, depending on the member of staff on duty. There didn't seem to be any attention to ensure that tables were laid, coffee offered, juice refilled or food restocked meaning we had to ask for things each morning, often to be met with a begrudging look from tbe young staff member.

We kicked off our 25th wedding amniversary trip in Ravello at Villa Amore this week. Everyone was extremely hospitable. Antonio and his staff managed our arrangements and answered all of our questions with ease and positivity. He also graciously upgraded our room. Salvatore was an amazing help with luggage and served with a smile. We were so blessed and received 5 star service at Villa Amore. The views, experience, and service were a 10/10. We highly recommend Villa Amore to anyone e traveling to Ravello. Thank you for an amazing memory!
