The room and bathroom were in dire need of refurb. The bathroom drains were clean but poor. The bedroom furniture needed replacement. The air conditioning did not cool the room so we had to keep the window open all the time. The outside bar was not available nor the pool. Photos of the hotel carefully omit the giant metal building next door which ruins the view of the Rock

It’s full of what appear to be wholesale businesses selling stuff from the container ships. There were a lot of interesting places to eat, mostly chain restaurants, but interesting ones we’d never been to before.

Todo perfecto, comodidad, limpieza, amabilidad,... pero..... Ducharse es una tortura. El agua caliente va y viene según abren el grifo en otras habitaciones. En un viaje, que al despertar y querer darte una ducha sufras de agua-fría agua-quemando agua-fría.... es una tortura. Lástima, pues el hotel está fantástico, pero el problema del agua para mí fué atroz. Comprendo que a las 7:30-8:00 de la mañana mucha gente coincida duchándose, pero debe haber formas de arreglarlo.

Todo perfecto, comodidad, limpieza, amabilidad,... pero..... Ducharse es una tortura. El agua caliente va y viene según abren el grifo en otras habitaciones. Intrusion de 3 personnes dans notre chambre à 2h du matin alors que nous dormions. Gros soucis de sécurité alors que notre porte été verrouillée. Par crainte d’une nouvelle intrusion, pas dormi le reste de la nuit…. Personnel le matin complément paniqué d’apprendre cela mais aucune réponse ni compensation…

I had to change the room because of odour, I took a bed room with twin bed the bed had tyres that was moving such that you cannot sit on the bed with pillow the bed keep on moving, the breakfast was ok and the front desk was so supportive, I asked for a tax to Gibraltar it was so quick , serving with smile

Amazing service, friendly and helpful staff even if some if them don’t speak English they make the effort to understand and help you. The rooms are spacious, clean and airy. The only thing is that it would’ve been nice to have a different breakfast every morning as its gets a bit boring if you are staying there for over two days. However I would definitely be recommending this place.

J ai eu un problème dés le premier jour, ils n’ont pas fait la chambre et tard le soir j’ai du réclamer les serviettes et le nécessaire de toilette.j ai fait une réclamation et la cerise sur le gâteau, la deuxième nuit idem, on rentre et la chambre n’était pas faites donc deux jours de suite. Je réclame de nouveau et la on me change de chambre à 23h30 avec toutes nos affaires pour retrouver enfin une chambre propre. À la fin du séjour j ai demandé un rabais ou un geste et ils m’ont dit que cela n’était pas possible car je n’avais pas réservé directement avec eux mais avec Hotels.com Personnel à l’accueil aimable mais un problème pour le ménage des chambres. J estime que l’on paie pour un service pour tous les jours du séjour Cordialement

The room and bathroom were in dire need of refurb. The bathroom drains were clean but poor. The bedroom furniture needed replacement. The air conditioning did not cool the room so we had to keep the window open all the time. The outside bar was not available nor the pool. Photos of the hotel carefully omit the giant metal building next door which ruins the view of the Rock

Not very walkable. Near factories and very noisy at night. The building itself is huge but the hotel only goes up to 3rd floor. It was very loud above us I don’t know what’s going on.

Hemos estado muy cómodas en el hotel. Está muy limpio y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno fue bastante completo y variado. Nos dejaron un regalo de bienvenida en la habitación y un spray para la almohada, un gesto bonito que no suele tener ningún hotel. Volveré si necesito volver a alojarme por la zona

I had to change the room because of odour, I took a bed room with twin bed the bed had tyres that was moving such that you cannot sit on the bed with pillow the bed keep on moving, the breakfast was ok and the front desk was so supportive, I asked for a tax to Gibraltar it was so quick , serving with smile

Amazing service, friendly and helpful staff even if some if them don’t speak English they make the effort to understand and help you. The rooms are spacious, clean and airy. The only thing is that it would’ve been nice to have a different breakfast every morning as its gets a bit boring if you are staying there for over two days. However I would definitely be recommending this place.
