The room was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was wiped out before 6:45 and nobody brought out more . The pool was not opened still had the cover over it and gym was non existent. Thankfully we only needed a place to sleep and it did satisfy that. I’d probably stay again if I just needed a bed and shower.

When we arrived to check in, we were told we had to leave a $50 CASH deposit with the front desk for any damages or missing items from our stay. We did receive this back upon checkout but I normally don’t carry cash on me so it was just pure luck I had that on me. When we pulled around back to park & go to our room, another guest was sitting in his car smoking weed. It was all you could smell. And he unfortunately had the room next to us. Throughout our entire weekend stay you could smell weed on the property & occasionally in the room. There was no marked signs or anything directing you to the ice machine. I happened to find it on the last night of our stay. The breakfast area was very unkept & the “hot” portion of the breakfast was gone by 7:30am. They serve breakfast from 6am-9am. The room was decent but did find hairs on the bedspread & in the bathroom floor. It could have been cleaned a little better. I didn’t feel exceptionally safe as the door didn’t feel like it closed all the way. We will never stay here again & I would NOT recommend anyone else to stay here either. The only good thing was the convenience of the location & the staff was actually friendly.

Staff was not very knowledgeable and not vwry responsive when asking questions. Tub was dirtt, ice machine did not work and beds are not very good. Will not stay at this property the next time we are in town.

Homeless on the property over night, cockroaches on stairs, auto care on property, could see light all arourd the door wasn't sealed room appeared clean, but wasn't. Rooms need some extra care

Well i wanted to go swimming" and then i looked at and the color of the pooleas dark algae green, so we drove to a nearby lake.

The pool has been closed for over a year! The only guy who seems to work there tried to tell me it’s been down for a couple of months but they were going to open it soon. Total lie. The room smelled bad. The breakfast was a joke!! And they only had 3 towels for the room. It was not a pleasant experience. I would not recommend Quality Inn.

The absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The pool is closed even though it was advertised open, the property is falling apart. The rooms are disgusting It has a smell of mold, in the bathroom the ceiling falling apart, AC units not working asked if we could switch rooms or bring a fan, we were told no fans and the AC unit would work if we left it on (which we had turned it on left for over 4 hours came back still hot and all kids sweating after an hour being back so we demanded another room and that AC was somewhat better but kept cutting off through the night and they even put someone else in the other room we left that the unit didn't work without fixing it. If there were any other hotels in the area that had availability I would have paid to have another hotel room but more likely wouldn't allow us to have our money back. Absolutely do not recommend.

This hotel was under construction so at 600 am they were toofing right above our room. There was nails and debris on our vehicles and all through the walkways and parking lots. The management did not make any attempt to clean up the wall ways.

Room was dirty, the air was not turned on before my check in arrival even though I tried to check in earlier. They knew I was coming back at 2 for check in. Room was hot and took forever to cool off. Door did not lock properly I had to prop a chair up against the door for security! People running in and out all night long! Every time they slammed the doors it made my bed shake. Terrible place! Will NEVER stay there again or recommend this place. I had know place to stay and it was only one night!

This is a nice little clean hotel. Staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great. Gravy biscuits, fresh waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, muffins. I highly recommend staying here!

Curtains wouldn't close all of the way - had to use the pants hangar to clip them together. The room was not clean. HVAC was super loud and didn't work - cranked it all the way down to 65° and the room temp never got below 75°. Person in the room next door decided to smoke right outside my HVAC unit which sucked the smoke into my room. Breakfast was a few pieces of fruit and some toast. Would not ever stay there again!

When i checked into my room the lady at the front desk was very nice. When i got into my room i noticed light bulbs missing and not working. The tv had no single and after telling the front desk they said it would get fixed. When i got back to my room a few hours later the card reader on the door would not work and the tv still had no signal. I went to take a shower and there was no clean towels and hair all in the bath tube. The people working there are very nice but the hotel could really use some work.

I’m not picky and the room was clean enough, felt safe, but needs repairs and new linens. Cigarette burn on the comforter, stained shower curtain, bathtub handle came off in my hand.

The Toilet was clogged. No WIFI. Tv didn't work. The refrigerator fell out of the cabinet it was in when we opened the door. Deadbolt on the door wouldn't lock. Sheets had stains on them. The pillows were super small.

Hard beds, pillows with no support, bedspreads that were as thin as a tablecloth, stains on the sheets, room was 88 degrees when we arrived and took forever to cool down, tiny bathroom that was extremely hot, the bath vent fan didn't work, nasty debris on walls, baseboards and corner areas, thin walls, you can hear all conversations outside, raggedy door that has a large space where you can see daylight on the lock side, the curtains leave large gaps even when closed so the bright outside lights shine into the room at night, the breakfast was a joke, it was supposed to be served from 6 to 9 but apparently once they run out, there's no restocking of any food, milk or juice because we tried at various times. The pool was locked and was green all 4 days while the temps outside were in the 90s in mid June even though the pool was listed in the hotel listing. We booked 4 people in our room and only received 3 towels/washcloths. We asked housekeeping for an extra towel/ washcloth and was advised that she can only give us 3. I ended up going to the front desk to complain just to get another towel/ washcloth. This hotel is way overpriced and I do not recommend. I tried to find a room at another hotel but there was a baseball tournament so everywhere in the 20 mile radius was already booked up.

Desk clerk was friendly. Bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were horrible, the stoppers for the sink and tub were not the right ones so neither could be filled with water, missing baseboards and huge cracks under the door.

This stay was very underwhelming. The room was very warm when we entered and took a while to cool down with the AC going full blast. The TV in the room kept glitching to an extent that it was unwatchable. The overall quality of the room was low but about what would be expected for the price.

Our stay was "okay" I would say. The room was fine, other than there being no baseboards and showing mold on the bottom of the walls in the room. The biggest issue was the constant badgering before check out. We stayed on a Friday night with checkout being at 11am Saturday morning. We received a call to our room phone at 7:15 Saturday morning saying "we was just seeing if yall were still here". I verified 11am check out and they proceeded to call again at 8:25am and as soon as I answered they hung up. THEN at 9:40am housekeeping knocked on the door REPEATEDLY until I opened the door and she said "oh okay I was just seeing if yall were still here." I dont understand that at all. Especially since we were not there past the check out time. Very dissatisfied after this.

They tried to charge 111.03 again once I check in... Then a 50.00 deposit understand.. it's refundable but I already pre paid...

I booked this hotel for my 18 year olds to go to a concert. It was 850 miles from home. I booked here specifically because their website said that you only needed to be 18 to check in. When my kids arrived there after 13 hours and 850 miles of driving, the lady at the front desk refused to check them in because they weren’t 21. She refused to provide a number for management or corporate when asked. I ended up having to find another hotel last minute for them after getting nowhere with the front desk lady. Refusing to honor what your website says, is poor business. Ended up being a blessing in disguise as we got a nicer hotel with less noise, garbage and dirtiness. If you’re looking for a hotel in this area, go to the Microtel. They have better staff and are cleaner.

Economical property. Breakfast was HORRIBLE! Nothing but bread, waffle maker, juice, and cerai.

A coat of paint (sloppily applied) does not constitute a remodel at least not to warrent the high room rate. No butter, katsup or sausage is not a full breakfast. Broken dispenser in shower.

The room was nice, the check in girl was nice but I look for breakfast wherever I stay. Although they claimed to have breakfast on the website there was not coffee or anything in the morning. I was extremely disappointed. The quality of the shower left a lot to be desired also.
