Great location just off the main tourist area of Niagara Falls. Quiet and spacious suite which was comfortable and clean. Parking is plentiful and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Made use of the gym as well.

The swimming pool was really dirty. I dont thibk they change or clean the water everyday. And the staff lately hasnt been the best. The front reception is not very welcoming or friendly. I have been coming here for the past 5 yrs and the service is getting worse over time.

Great counter staff. Enjoyed the bar and restaurant. Kitchen was open late (we didn’t get back to the hotel until 10:00pm) so were able to get a late dinner.

It was a beautiful hotel, fairly clean, and comfortable. However, as we walked to our room on the 3rd floor, looking down through the glass windows to the floors below, there was thick dust on the sills and wall ornaments. It was also disappointing that we were not able to park under the canopy by the main doors to unload our vehicle, therefore all our luggage got wet. All other hotels where we have stayed allow this. Thank you.

I didn’t have a pleasant day I noticed after my trip trip I got bedbugs bite all over my legs and waist area. I wasn’t asked how my stay was or if there was any concerns which told me that they didn’t really care if I stayed there or not.

The location of this hotel is great, very convenient. The room was just clean enough, but there was a lot of mould in the shower, the mirror/vanity were not overly clean and needed wiped down etc. just small details but many of them that made the room feel less clean than I would have expected.

The carpet has a bad smell. The air con vents were not cleaned. Also there were spider webs at the base The shower pressure is too strong On the positive side, the beds are very comfortable. The washroom is good. The public washroom was very well kept

The room was very clean, but only gave room cleanliness 3 stars because they need to clean the a/c vents, especially in the bedroom. Full of dust and other particles. Not good when A/C is on, as all this gets blown in the air you breathe.

Friendly staff. Our family travelled for pleasure, and booked a 2 queen bed. Room was dark (even in daylight/ lights on), bathroom in our room was tiny. My knuckles squeezed in between toilet tank and wall to flush :( Shower walls had dark dirt/ sludge running down the walls of tiles. I thought it was dried up grout that ran down tiles until i touched it and was slimy :( Dark mildew in most of the shower was off putting. The towel bar with only 2 towels on it was leaning down, not anchored into wall stud. No where else to hook up towels or toiletry bags. Otherwise clean, beds VERY COMFY.

The welcome was fine, but the room was not. There was an extremely strong smell of chlorine — I’m not sure if it was from disinfectants or something else, but it was hard to even breathe in the room. The AC was so loud that it woke us up every time it turned on during the night, so we barely slept at all. Guest service also left a lot to be desired. I asked for some extra water for tea, and after waiting for half an hour in the room, I ended up going downstairs to request it directly. The next day, I asked for a coffee sachet to use in the room, but I was told they didn’t have any and that I could buy one from their restaurant — very unprofessional. After that, I preferred not to interact much with the staff, as they were not friendly at all. Overall, not worth the price we paid.

The bedroom heater just blew cold air, and if you weren’t paying attention, the door could get sticky and not close properly, which is an obvious safety concern. You expect this sort of thing at a budget motel but not a reasonably fancy hotel.

I called ahead for an early check in and was told our room would be ready at 1:30 pm but it wasn't ready until 3 and we had to sit and wait in lobby. We ultimately got upgraded to a suite which was nice but the fire alarm malfunctioned over our bed and kept strobe flashing at random times waking us up. I went down to complain at front desk around midnight and of course when they went up to look it didn't do it. I don't think they believed me. Worst sleep in a hotel ever. I mentioned it again on check out but I was just given a "sorry to hear that. You're all paid already so have a nice day".

To say the least I was not happy with the stay. After paying a premium price for a suite I was not impressed. We were supposed to have the room cleaned once during the 4 day stay and that did not happen. Front desk on 2 occasions were supposed to send up towels, toilet paper and tissues which also did not happen. Had to return to the front desk and pick them up. Refrigerator would barley keep things cold. For being the "Presidential Suite" it left a lot to be desired.

We booked the stay last minute ahead of our trip to Niagara Falls for New Years Eve so we could get ahead of a winter storm. It ended being a highlight of the trip, my kids declared it the best breakfast ever and they loved everything about the hotel. While it’s not right in Niagara Falls, it’s very close by and equally close to many other fun attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely book this hotel again.

My whole entire stay was absolutely phenomenal! Easy check in & out. Staff were very friendly & willing to help with anything. It was very close to a Mall & other restaurants as well. The rooms were super clean and well maintained. Will definitely be coming here again!

No maid service for a 6 night stay. They are short staffed or there is some other issue. Regardless. No service beyond check in. No new towels. Zero service. Was shockingly bad and shockingly high bill. Will not risk a Sheraton stay anywhere after this. We travel extensively. Have not experienced anything like it.

I also did not receive an alert, saying my room was ready through the app as well. Luckily, she gave me a mobile key as both physical room keys that were given to us did not work. The service in the restaurant was great, but the breakfast was terrible.

Worst night ever in a hotel. Facility/building is fine, but management needs to have control of the hotel. There was a big teen convention of sone sort happening. They were all over the common areas of the lobby and denyral staircase and appeared to be doing group activities in common areas rather than dedicated conference rooms. Noise levels were consistently high and reverberated through the entire hotel due to the open lobby and hallways leading to central area. The ruckus was still going at 12:30AM when i went out to the hallway to confront one group of teens. They were clueless on the amount of noise and clearly there was no adult supervision. We had to have security shut down the gatherings which eventually resulted in some quiet after 1am. Management should have acted 3 hours earlier, but did nothing on their own Many junior athletic teams use this hotel because of proximity to sports complexes, but our team will have a rough tournament with no sleep. Whoever was on duty as manager on the night of friday november 29, 2024 should be fired or needs immediate remediation.

This was the absolute worst and most unsafe hotel stay I have ever had. We were in town for a wedding and there were youth hockey teams staying at the hotel as well. These kids were between the ages of 7-16 and it was at least 60 kids who were unattended while their parents/chaperones were drinking beer and playing loud music all night until 4:30am. These kids were running around the hotel with hockey sticks, smacking balls into hockey nets they set up in common hallways while guests were walking in the hallways. I tripped over 1 of them and a member of my family was hit in the face with a ball. The kids trashed the hotel pool, threw the pool lounge chairs into the pool and put shampoo all over the pool deck floors so people would slip. They had to shut down the pool and no guests could use it. Hospital staff did nothing but claimed they had security guards. I saw 1 security guard 1 time during my weekend stay and that was at 1am in the morning while he was hiding in the stairwell texting on his phone. This was the worst stay I have ever had in my life.

This property is close to the highway, but not much else is in within walking distance other than McDonald’s. The room and overall property was clean, but lacked sufficient lighting in the bathroom and room. It’s a quiet area next to a university student residence and business park. Lots of free onsite parking.

Everything was great, except the food. Breakfast was meh at best. We tried to have dinner the one night and they were out of 8 different menu items (half the menu). The beer was cold and servers tried their best, we appreciated that.
