Great TV channels an the pool was clean

The lights outside the rooms attract a lot of flying bugs so when we opened the door to the room, 3 flew in and we had to find them and kill them. There was duct tape covering the stove. The light fixture on the ceiling had cords sticking out and the fixture was missing. The television only has local channels and is of poor quality-looks like viewing a television from the 80s. In the corner of the room there was a previously dead bug and dirt like they don’t clean that area because it’s hard to get to due to the bed being pressed up against the AC unit. Even though it was a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke. One of the wash cloths had a hair on it. Before we left, we took off all of the bed to throw it on the floor and noticed gross stains on the mattress covers See attached pics. The pool had a black tarp on it and the black tarp had dirty brown water pooled up on it.

Room was nasty and the service was horrible. the only good thing was the pool.

There were flies and water bugs in the room. There was a leak in the ceiling that dripped on the fridge. Items left in the room from previous tenants. The towels were dirty as well. The staff was friendly.

Its was horrible. The staff was friendly but the environment was nasty! Roaches everywhere, heater was not working properly, insects in shower. I really had to clean and sanitize the room

There were cockroaches in the room.

Roaches ever where and toilet would not flush Staff was rude at any question asked

Bed bugs

My check in time was after 3:00 pm and I could cancelled before 4:00 pm the day of. Well I get a email that my card was trying to be charged for the room even though I selected pay at hotel. Even spoke with front desk beforehand. But they tried to charge my card before I checked in. Once I got there to check in she said total was different than the price I had in my confirmation. So past all that, we get to the room and it’s INFESTED with flies swirling all around the room and window. So i go back to front desk to advise of the issue and she tells me there are no more available rooms and that she’ll send someone to spray (LOL) but I’m upset at this point and she ignores the fact that I said anything about a refund!! Past all that she goes to the room and spray spray spray killing the flies, then come back to clean the mess up. After she leaves I go into restroom and it smell so bad like Urine as if someone been using it on floor for months! It REAKED OF URINE SMELL and nothing I bought and sprayed helped. Tv wouldn’t stay on, bed sheets were filthy and it was just awful. So I will never go there again. They need real housekeepers to come in and fully cleaned and sanitize every room every spot!

Saw baby roaches in shower so was not comfortable there.

When we arrived the clerk showed us the room. We looked around and everything seemed okay. After we checked in and went to go to sleep, we pulled the comforter down and the sheets were extremely stained. The next morning we asked for new sheets and were told no we couldn’t have new sheets, we examined the room before check-in so it is our fault. CHECK everything before you give any money.

Spent a night here and it was a very bad experience. It was noisy most of the night mostly because of the other guests at the property. But also it is not well maintained, smelling bad and could see dirt on bed covers and blankets. The blankets also had cigarette holes in them. Entire floor felt slippery and the shower was not clean too.

No room available. Dirty grounds. Nasty staff. Horrible customer service. Bugs. It was a nightmare!

Walkeg in to tv being broken. They got us another TV but didn't set it up. Had to put my YouTube TV and Netflix info to watch anything. We had 2 babies with us. One had a accident on the bed. We cleaned it up and I went housekeeping came around. We explained to him what happened. Ask for new sheets and towels. Before they brought his seats and towels, the owner sent one of the workers to make sure the room was clean cuz if it wasn't clean they were going to kick us out because an infant haven't had an accident in a bed. The room had a kitchenette that doesn't work and then when we called and asked they said they were going to send them somebody to show us how to use it. Come to find out they had to send a hot plate because the little stove didn't work.

Safe. Quiet. Easy access to multiple food options.

We had no TV, the people were nice but that did not make up for not having a tv any better. They kept saying they would get it fixed but they didn't. A maintance man finally.came.amd "fixed it". It worked for 2 hours and then would not work any more.

Tried to ask for a first floor room but the clerk wouldn’t get off of her personal phone call long enough to listen to me. So, with a bad knee, I got an upstairs room. She told me it was one room number and I almost got jumped by someone telling me that was his room.then I found out that she gave me the wrong room number and the room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the stairs. So I had to lug stuff up stairs and across to the other end of the hotel. Then there was the wet paint on the railing that smeared all over my arm and luggage. Not even a full hotel, but I got the room that faces the busy highway with sirens and car engines all night. Then we got the next door neighbors that started banging onthe wall at 3am. they didn’t stop banging until I physically banged on the wall back at them. Wet paint on the bathroom door that wouldn’t close. No towels. Dirty appliances. Heater didn’t work. But at least I had a roof over my head.

What should have been an easy and safe check in felt more uneasy than entering a prison. The "lobby" area was small with a little paned window and to try to communicate with the front desk, while the actual front desk area that is advertised is locked up. With the small window and a lack of an intercom system to make up for it, check in almost felt like a confusing shouting match through the window with having to confirm the type of room I wanted three times. During that time, the front desk attendant threatened to call the police on another guest because he had complained his rooms tv remote was not working. After finishing check in, I wasn't given clear directions to my room so we had to make a loop around the entire property to find where our room was located. The room was not as clean as advertised or stocked, but after the interaction at check in, I was afraid the front desk would threaten the same if I made a complaint as well. The shower leaked, so we were unable to shower. The microwave had no plate in it so if we had brought microwaveable items we couldn't utilize it. There were several spiders that my partner had to take care of so i could even consider sleeping and even then the bed and pillow were so uncomfortable the bed would have been better. We checked out as early as we could and didn't feel safe even with both safety latches engaged. Would not recommend.

The hotel room was not prepared for guests. The refrigerator, tv and bathroom light doesn’t work. However the front desk attendant was wonderful and brought us a light, because we were in Monroe for a funeral.

Guys next door were up all night drinking. Not sure if they were malicious, don't care, but it was annoying.

Roaches were everywhere and the shower head literally spewed water all over the bathroom and asked front desk for a new room and I was told no.

Very unprofessional, housekeeping rushing guest out their rooms, beating on the door and management deflected issues blaming guest. WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN

When we showed up the staff was rude told us we didnt have a room. Check in staff said hotel was sold and all rooms canceled but a company came in for work and booked the whole hotel. So they just overbooked and lied to us.

Booked the room then they said that I couldn’t stay there because all the rooms were rented to a company. Either hotels.com or the studio 6 need to get their crap together.

So I never make these but first day I was there my fridge did not work it tooo them 3 days to fix and would not change my room and on the 3rd day whoever put the fridge in my room stole some of my belonging that was under my nightstand the hotel staff continuously denied my claim as well as told me to leave and that I was not welcome because I was a “problem” but I paid for a room with a fridge and it did not work I was very professional with asking for replacement they are just really rude and not understanding they do not care about you or your belonging in the slightest they actually blamed me for my items being taken saying I shouldn’t leave my belongings there but I work 14 hours 7 days a week it’s just not plausible if I were you I would stay far far far away from these very rude and unprofessional people

Property refused to honor reservation, and employee was annoyed we interrupted his game on TV by walking in. Paid for a room we never got to use. Do these folks a favor and dont reserve here, that way they can watch TV without interruption.

I am disabled in a wheelchair I booked for wheelchair accessible rooms and couldn't get the property manager to move me to a room where I felt safe to shower the p.m. tells me to put a kitchen chair in the stand up shower very dangerous not simple to transfer at all I couldn't access the toilet because my wheelchair didn't fit thru the door frame I would have to get out of the chair pull it thru the door frame then get back in it to transfer to the toilet I repeatedly asked for a plunger to plunge the toilet for 3 days was never given one the employees at this place would literally stand in front my door and carry on convérsation with their coworkers that were in the opposite end of the hall and when I asked the employee to please not stand in front my door with all the yelling cause I was sleeping he called me a b* ch totally unprofessional and he was very hostile towards me on a second occasion a few days after the first incident extremely disrespectful and cursing me out so when I approached the manager drew to let him know how his employee cursed me and was disrespectful he would not allow me to say more than one sentence to him about it he cut me off and tells me I need to check out this guy is dishonest and very rude to his customers I saw more than one person having to deal with issues because of the manager being rude .he should not b allowed to have the job he has he will get reported to the ADA amenastration as well as the better business bureau

They took my money thru Expedia and then refuse me room said was going to give me refund then lied saying that I checked in when I left and went to different hotel across town they are liars and Manipulators

Did not have the rooms I reserved very sketchy area but obviously I’m not from the area but will know what to do if ever back this way
