Room was good value and everything worked and the location was excellent metres away from the beach and town centre. There was no parking and the nearest paid parking was around £15 per day so its worth factoring that in if driving. The only negative was the sash window was rotting and didn't close properly so people walking by could be clearly heard, to be fair the owner did say that the windows were going to be replaced but not sure when.

The twin room downstairs had plenty of room, good storage and clean. Very welcoming host who happily let us drop off luggage early. Helpful to have fridge. Will definitely be returning!
