Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton

I was in Colorado for three nights. And stayed here the first evening and had a great nights sleep. Night 2 I was at a different location in the state and stayed at a different chain. Hotel which was unfortunate, I did not have the same experience so night three I changed my plans for my trip so I could return here to get a great night sleep and take it vantage of all the amenities. Incredible breakfast, fantastic staff, I can’t wait to return.

Comfortable and convenient., Our stay here was very nice. From the hotel staff that was very friendly. To the breakfast and the room. Their amenities are very nice as well and upkeep. Our room was worth every penny. The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and very nice and clean. Breakfast was good, they had a variety, from hot to cold breakfast. They keep it well stocked. Front desk staff was very helpful and gave us anything we needed like extra blankets or towels. How maids come every other day so it was nice. Did not have to ask for much. The location is nice not to far from down town, and it's in a nice area. The hotel is somewhat remodeling but there making there hotel even more better and clean. Amenities, they have a really nice clean pool, fitness center, add decent sized laundry area., in a really nice outdoor a fireplace with grills. I wish I could have took more photos but we really did not stay at the hotel much. When we come back to denver we plan to stay here again. Thanks for a nice stay.

Very impressive facilities!

The only negative thing I can say is that our room was above the laundry room so it would shake our room when it was running. Didn't seem to run at night much but during the day when I was working it would shake my monitor. They also had low staff on the housekeepers so they didn't clean the room each day but that didn't bother us. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling a bit but nothing that was upsetting I just know some are more particular.

Common areas were clean and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. That being said, there were major problems. Obvious electrical issues with their elevator, BLOOD stains on a supposedly clean bedspread, and my shower handle wasn't attached. I can say for certain I won't be staying here again.

Had a very nice stay. The kitchen was a great feature as it allowed us to make food at the hotel to bring along with us for our adventures. Breakfast was nice and had staples and a bit of variety each day. My only complaints were: 1. Elevator sometimes would reset if you pressed the button for your floor before the door closed. One time this led to us standing in the elevator for a few seconds before realizing it wasn't moving. 2. Kitchen sink faucet was too close to the back of the sink which could make it hard to do dishes without splashing water onto the countertop. 3. Shower controls were a bit finicky but once we figured them out it wasn't too much of an issue. 4. Included free access to HBO Max was nice, but the app was very slow and unresponsive much of the time. Hardly an issue since we didn't spend much time watching TV, but it was a little frustrating when we tried. All in all, those were nitpicking. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well. There was minimal noise from rooms on either side or above us, and what noise we did hear was well dampened. There were a few times someone on a very loud motorcycle rode past and that was audible, but that's the riders fault, not the hotel's. Outdoor firepit area with grills available was a really nice touch as well. All in all, very happy with our stay.

The indoor pool was nice. The breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable.

4 days elevator is not working and I’m at 4th floor

There was hair in the shower and in the bed & the tv did not work

First of all, the communal (and by no means tamper-proof) shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower gross me out. Go back to the single use bottles. Second, no housekeeping. Becoming the norm, but still cheap. Third, have some decent looking bananas, not ones that look like they have cancer. They're 69 cents a pound, buy fresh ones. And finally, stop charging a 20x markup for bottled water. The sum of these things makes the place feel cheap and greedy.

There was quite a bit of mold in my shower as well as water stains on the ceiling from a possible leak.

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating. The remodeling is coming along. We found the couch to feel a bit stiff but the mattress on pullout couch was good. Mattress on bed also comfortable. The heat seemed to be struggling to keep the bedroom warm. Lots of construction dust in crevices. I don’t think it was deep cleaned after the upgrade. But basic areas cleaned. I know it’s hard to do anything now but you can hear neighbors very clearly. Thankfully the screaming kid was only on last night.

The staff was nice and professional. There were dirty towels in the hallway most of the time we were there, and it appeared that the carpet needed to be vacuumed.

Average experience this time at Residence inn by Marriott, it was not bad but not perfect at all . At first it seemed clean but if you take a better look - you see a lot of imperfections. Blanket had small stains ( not tragedy but unpleasant for me), strange sounds coming all the time from the ceiling especially in the bathroom and you can hear everything your neighbours talk about :)

Everything was so clean! Very spacious and comfortable rooms.

The individual that checked us in was very helpful! She made sure I got an oven to accommodate eating disability. When we asked for towels and garbage bags they asked if I wanted to come down and get them, or if I would rather have someone bring them. Every hotel I have stayed at brings them to you. I thought it was strange. The couch was a little dirty and appeared to have white dog hair. There was a large dip in the floor in the bedroom.

The facility was nice and clean. We had a King room with a full kitchen and the setup was efficient. We liked that the bedroom could be closed off from the kitchen / living area with a solid door. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were feather, not synthetic. There was an ample closet, as well as two large dresser drawers with a large surface on top and a mirror which was nice for organizing some of our travel necessities. The bathroom and vanity were both a good size. I do wish the bathroom light had been brighter and the shower had better water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed coffee in our room and having the refrigerator was nice to store our creamer and keep a large amount of drinking water cold. The complimentary breakfast was better than any we have experienced at any other hotel. The scrambled eggs were real and each day there was a different protein as well as biscuits and gravy and sugar waffles which were amazing. There was also a large selection of cold cereals, yogurt and fruit with several toppings options. The coffee was hot and had good flavor. They did have hot tea and juice, as well. For those of you looking for creamer options, they have half and half, as well as Coffee Mate's non-refrigerated concentrate in both French Vanilla and Hazelnut flavors. The only creamer option in the room is half and half. For sweetener, they had sugar, Stevia, Equal and Sweet & Low. No Splenda so we bought our own.

Microwave didn't work and looked new - no power to it. None of the kitchen outlets worked - no power to any of them. Couldn't use streaming services - they said it was internet provider's fault... But, for the entire stay? C'mon... It was clean and I did like the layout.

only complaint which wasnt fault of hotel was tenants of room next to us had a major fight for 2 hours and walls are paper thin. room was nice and front desk personnel were great.

We loved the layout of the room. The little suite was a square perfectly laid out in a “U” shape with everything nicely placed. One of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Not to mention all the staff was great, and everything was like new.

Large suites that are affordable. Easy check in and check out. Really great option!

I loved the location. The hotel was clean. Front desk Staff was amazing. I gave four stars for staff because our toilet broke at 11:30 at night and we had to wait till the next day for anyone to fix it As I was told, there was no maintenance After hours . I Was not excited about that. Air conditioner was very loud in the room. The pull out couch is TERRIBLE. The mattress on there looks like it was about 20 years old and about an inch thick So if you are counting on that as an extra space to sleep people…. Don’t! Overall, I would stay there again since I know the pros in the cons. The kitchenette was great to have. The outdoor grills were awesome. The fire pit was relaxing at night and it’s right by all kinds of trails for those and wanna be on the go!!

We arrived late but wish we had had more time. The room was spacious clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there again.

Very nicely furnished and clean, but surprisingly a lot of road noise at night.

This hotel has become a home away from home. We continue to come here when we visit Denver because we like the location, the room size, layout and amenities, and the breakfast. Service has always been prompt and good, and the price is reasonable.

Water was not working. Had no water and was not able to take shower or go to the bathroom. Had to leave early. Did not get discount as promised.

We asked for our room to be cleaned and beds made. We had to ask many times before this happened. Disappointing.

Clean room with full kitchen, separate bedroom and sitting area. Friendly staff and easy check in. Good price. Needed late late checkout due to husband having surgery and they were able to accomodate.
