A forgettable experince staying at Radisson Zirakpur. Checked in at 10.45 PM. Kitchen and bar closed at 11.00 PM. Tandoor wasnt working. No one was answering at reception or on the "one touch service" button. There were mosquitoes in the room. And if that was not enough there were people partying in rooms opposite to our room. Drunk people were screaming and shouting in the corridor, drunk girls were ringing our room-bell repeatedly. On informing the reception they just gave an excuse that tgere is a marriage party staying at tge hotel and they have some issues. All this at 3.30 am in the night. A waiter was also manhandled by those partying drunks! Defi itely not a radisson experience and definitely not a hotel for a Family stay.

Originally booked room was not given to us as it was overbooked. Bill also wasn't adjusted to reflect the one night during which lower tier room was given to us. Airport shuttle was not available. Overall food quality and cleanliness was good. Once actual room was assigned, it was more comfortable.

Washroom ! Water was dripping near toilet seat, had to call maintenance, they cleaned but again they didn’t stopped water. Small flies in shower area . Room service , very very slow. Not recommended

Cannot recommend this hotel simply because the rooms and halls smell terribly as mold. The rooms are so freaking damp it is ridiculous. The bedding feels moist, the air is stale and moldy. This IS NOT Radisson quality, it’s a 2 star motor inn level hotel as far as room quality. Only upside is the breakfast was decent, but that’s all. Stay away!

First, when I entered, the building was smelly. when I went to the room, it had heavy Mold smell in room. I requested to change, they didn't, instead they sprayed the room. The bathroom was third class. floor was 30 years old floor. Bed didn't seem to be clean. overall, it was nightmare. Oh yes, The TV was hanging on one side. Looks like this is abandoned property

Checkin was rushed. Had to find our own way to the room. The key didn’t work in the elevator allowing us to press the floor number. Had to get a new key and combined at which time the front desk employee insisted to take us to our room. That was nice of him. The bed was lifeless from bother sides. Had to sleep in the middle. Bathroom sink was struggling with drainage. Had dinner at the restaurant. The food was good but the service wasn’t. Took too long for someone to check on us. Took thirty minutes to get our desert.

I really liked the room, however, the AC appears to need servicing. While it did cool the space, it couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature. Additionally, installing an exhaust fan in the washroom would be a great improvement

The property itself was great, staff were helpful, rooms fantastic and choice of food was wonderful! Area around the property did not feel super safe at night but it was in close location to attractions so catching a taxi was easy enough!

I booked a deluxe room which is supposed to be slightly bigger than superior room. I stayed in their superior room previously. But to my shock, their deluxe room is smaller. When I asked the front desk, they told me that deluxe room near the lifts are smaller. This is disappointing as they never said anything like that on their hotel page. And they charged a higher rate even though the room was smaller. I have stayed at this hotel previously also. And the level of cleanliness and amenities provided has declined over a period.

It was raining outside and water came inside on second floor. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Food is good and staff in dining area are awesome very nice staff and service.
