Size and layout of the room left a lot to be desired - don’t know whose brilliant idea it was to have frosted glass as the bathroom / shower wall separating the bedroom. The light from the bathroom then messed up sleep whenever someone had to use the bathroom in the night. Visible mold in the lining of the shower door and caulks was unpleasant to say the least, not something that one would expect from a Radisson at this price. All in all, comfortable stay.

Stayed with my friends and booked two rooms for two nights as part of friends get together after many years and my friends flew from different Indian cities. Well maintained property and rooms, good service, great location, nice lobby and ambiance, responsive staff. One small request to the hotel group regarding the snacks they provide in the room and when you checkout they ask you what snacks have we consumed during the stay and charge exorbitant prices for those items consumed. Please mention or make it clear to the guests during checkin process that the snacks will be charged as per consumption. It seems very silly and I think its a nuisance value in terms of charging hundreds of rupees for a packet of cashew nuts or chips. And it does not make the check out process seamless. If you cannot provide the snacks as complimentary and free then please don't provide them in the first place. Or find a better way to provide the service.

Sehr angenehmes Stadthotel für Erkundungen in BLR. Etwas schade war, dass wir immer irgendwelche Handwerker hörten, schon ab den Morgenstunden. Zur Ehrenrettung des Hotels muss ich aber auch sagen, dass wir dafür großzügig spät auschecken durften. Schöne Dachterrasse mit Pool, die meinem Sohn sehr gefallen hat. Gym ausreichend gut ausgestattet.

In Principle, the stay was very comfortable, the breakfast took care of everything, the room was nice, clean and cozy. The only unpleasant thing was, that at the time of check-out I was confronted with a food bill that was not mine and it took quite some time till the matter was sorted out after it was escalated to the management. This was at a time when I was expecting a quick check-out to go to the airport. Maybe, this was an exceptional case, but this should not happen.

We had issues check in onwards. We got someone with an attitude to check us in. There was a discrepancy with the number of people in the room and the lady at the reception, instead of explaining properly, had an attitude. Later on the manager called and apologized. We ordered pizza to the room and it took over an hour. We were told that the first pizza got burnt and hence the delay. The bathrooms had black mold and didn’t feel clean. The comforter had stains on it and we got it changed twice. The staff has not been trained well and therefore they are clueless. It takes a long while to make them understand what you need. Low communication and social skills ! We booked the largest suite available since we were 3 adults. However the furntire in the living area was pathetic especially the rocking bed ( dirty and smelly, the bottom wooden pad had lots of dust) The room smelt of mold but the housekeeping staff sprayed something to minimize the smell . Quite disappointed with this experience! We paid 275 CAD $ for one night which was totally a rip off and unacceptable for this hotel , the staff and the service. Not worth even half of that. Very disappointed and scared to book at any other Radisson thanks to this experience!

I’ve stayed twice at this hotel. It’s a solid option for Bangalore Centre. Good rooms, nice views of the lake. Set back from the major road, so a bit quieter. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d stay again. I stayed in a regular room last time which was good and did get a VIP upgrade to a really unique room this time. It was spacious, nicely appointed, and overall really excellent.

A fabulous hotel, with everything you need and very attentive service. I required some medical assistance during my stay but the staff sorted everything out extremely quickly and were very kind and attentive. The service went above and beyond my expectations and I can’t recommend the hotel enough. It’s also nice to be able to walk to a metro station from the hotel and enjoy the nice surroundings, as the area is very pleasant.

In Principle, the stay was very comfortable, the breakfast took care of everything, the room was nice, clean and cozy. コンパクトだが設備は十分。お湯はほぼ安定して出ます。事前情報で室内はサンダルとあったので、使い捨てのスリッパを準備していきましたが、使い捨てスリッパありました。ボディソープ、シャンプーはDove。朝食はインド料理。カレー、ビリヤニ、チャパティ、デザート、フルーツ、パン、その他色々。生野菜、フルーツは食べてませんのでわかりません。カレー、ビリヤニは普通に美味しかった。スタッフも親切です。日本語は通じませんが、翻訳アプリ、身振りでなんとか対応していただきました。場所は中心部から少し離れたところですが、Uber使えば移動は全然苦になりませんでした。徒歩圏内にショッピングモール、スタバ、マクドナルドあり。

The cook at the egg station needs some training. My breakfast needs are very basic/limited and my only indulgence was a one egg scrambled egg which was not upto standards, there was a small pile of scrambled eggs surrounded by a lake of liquid eggs ! On our last day we requested filter coffee without sugar or jaggery and a hot chocolate with less sugar, they never came and we had to settle for take-out cups for our trip to the airport.

The staff was excellent, going out of their way with a smile. The breakfast chef prepared my daughter a special dish of waffles and fried chicken when he saw that she was not eating what was on offer. Very impressive! Friendly service! Very good buffet. Will stay there again.
