Excellent experience - Althea at the front desk went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. We were here due to a hurricane and everyone treated us so kindly. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will be back - super comfortable, very clean, good breakfast, easy parking ...everything you need!

for the price charged you would think it would be perfect we stayed on 4th floor ice machine was broke on 4th and 3rd floor had to go to 2nd floor for ice told management said they were getting it fixed was not fixed when we left coffee maker in room was broke told management they said they will have maid service replace it got back to room late saturday late had to get up at 3:00 AM next morning and the old coffee maker was still there something they could have easly fixed they just did not care enough to do it or see that it was done

Every time we go visit our sister in Woodstock, we stay at this hotel. The hotel is very modern and so are the rooms. The cleanness of this hotel speaks for itself. The breakfast is very good, specially their morning cinnamon rolls. Everyday afternoon, around 5ish, they have fresh baked chocolate chips cookies by the entrance, which is a great treat after coming back from dinner. However, the most important factor is the friendly and welcoming customer service. Everyone, from the person at the front desk, to the rest of the staff they make you feel right at home. I strongly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

We stay here often have always had problems with room not really clean. Hairs all over bathroom. So I take my own cleaning supplies which sucks. Well my husband got extremely sick on way back through we had to change the date 1 night and they refused to refund the fee and they could have we have been excellent customers

Hotel is well maintained but every time we stay which is often I have to clean bathroom from hairs everywhere. They need to work on training the ladies in housekeeping on cleaning the bathroom in rooms. Also we asked to stay an extra hour my husband had hurt his arm and it took us longer to get car loaded and going and lady at front desk told us no due to hotel being booked. House keeping was not even near our door when we left. Felt she was just being rude the way she said to us. Never seen her before. I had to go out in parking lot and load

Close proximity to I575 freeway brings noise despite rooms being well insulated. Noise comes into even numbered rooms facing the freeway through the HVAC unit. Not bad but enough to notice. Rooms were very clean and well equipped with nice bedding, microwave, mini fridge, ironing board & iron, etc. Good size room and bathroom. Nice breakfast buffet with plenty of options, including take away bags for the road. All in all a delightful stay. Pick odd numbered rooms if you are sensitive to road noise.

The front desk staff was amazing! We arrived very late and Tatiana was kind enough to keep our reservation open and waited to the very latest possible moment! Over 200 flights were canceled out of my airport, so I was unable to make my trip. I called from the airport to talk with the hotel to explain the situation and was told to call back. Holiday Inn refused to waive any fees for an issue totally out of my control. They definitely lost my future business!

The staff at the holiday inn express and suites Atlanta n were extremely friendly, and knowledgeable of area! Walking distance to outlet mall and make sure to visit downtown Woodstock only a mile and a half. Quaint town with boutiques and restaurants galore. Something for everyone. Will definitely return in the near future. Definitely 5 stars!

The rooms were clean. The breakfast had good variety of food and fresh fruits (apples and bananas). The staff was friendly whenever we interacted with them, and the rooms were generally quiet. In the middle of the night, we did hear someone walking heavily in the halls, but it's not something any hotel can control. Overall, we loved the hotel and would definitely consider coming back to it. There were not many restaurants or shops at walkable distance, so that is something to consider if you're staying without a vehicle.

My daughter & I stayed here because it is very close to the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We stayed on Friday night, so there were several people at breakfast the next morning. Our only complaint is that they weren't putting out food when we got to breakfast at 9:30 (breakfast closed at 10:00). When someone asked, the lady said it would take 15 minutes to make more. We both only got a few bites of egg - there was no bacon, no biscuits, no fruit. A bit disappointing for the price we paid.
