Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful. Accessible room very clean although walk-in shower/wet room needs upgrading as traces of dark mould on tiles and shower seat. Restaurant and bar very nicely decorated. Delicious food with generous servings.

Clean place to sleep, helpful staff and the fan was really appreciated since we visited in peak summer heat. Also great with a kettle and bottles of water in the room and that the rooms were in a separate builing from the pub. We also really liked the breakfast (would however be great to be able to choose a yoghurt bowl as well for us with digestive issues in the morning). Some things can be improved though. The toilet was very hard to flush, the mirror in the bathroom had a big discolouration running along the bottom of it, there was dead bugs in the room, the shower kept turning hotter by itself and the toilet roll holder was coming out of the wall. It really could be a 10 out of 10 place with some small modifications.

Great staff, excellent bedroom, shower, bed etc. The breakfast was exceptional, good choice and cooked to order. Evening meals (starters, mains and desserts) were all superb, personal favourite was the prawn linguine. Good choice of beers, wines and spirits. Great location, easy to find and a large car park. Would definitely stay here again
