Beautiful, restored hotel. Loved the location in the center of Ubeda. Near good restaurants. Good bed. Quick in-and-out valet parking. We only had one issue ....cold to lukewarm water in the shower. The hotel offered to move us to another room. We declined the offer, but they were very accommodating.

Desde mi punto de vista el hotel no cumple el estándar GL. En mi habitación había cabellos por algunas partes. La bañera gigante lo mejor. El servicio de termas sugiero esté permanentemente abierto y no por reserva. Por cierto tuve un problema con mi reserva y muy amablemente no me cobraron. La situación es magnífica para visitar Úbeda. Si eres de los que buscas hotel con spa, yo no incluiría a este en tu lista.

El hotel está muy bien, pero no es un Gran Lujo, le falta mano para los detalles. El recepcionista nos acompañó a la habitación, y cuando le pedimos el código wifi, nos dijo que no sabía exactamente si eran mayúsculas, minúsculas, junto o separado... 10 minutos intentando conectarnos. Las habitaciones deluxe dan a un patio, que está muy bonito, si no fuese por unos maceteros, la mitad secos, descuidado y varios vacios, una pena pues el sitio es precioso. El desayuno, los curasanes estaban todavía congelados... eso sí, el personal muy amable. La piscina vacía con 30 grados, el 25 de mayo... una pena. El edificio es precioso, pero alguien debería de controlar las humedades en el techo de la habitación, zona lavabos, así como los acabados de silicona en la ducha. En general muy bien, pero hay que pulir los detalles, sobre todo si te publicitas como gran lujo y en un edificio tan emblemático. El camino ya está empezado, solo falta pulirlo. MUCHAS GRACIAS

El hotel está muy limpio y bien ubicado, pero le falta para ser 5*. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y la Habitación era amplia (aunque me daba pena que no mantuviera el estilismo del edificio histórico) pero la cena en la Taberna fue terrible y el desayuno deja mucho que desear.

Service fra personalet i receptionen var ok. Vi havde halvpension og her var maden elendig og serveringen inkompetent. Morgenmaden var middel kvalitet. vi skulle rykke personalet tre gange for kaffe og to gange for en yoghurt. Det er lidt anstrengende i betragtning af at hotellet har fem stjerner. Vi kommer ikke igen, værelset var stort og fint, men vil ikke fungere optimalt ved flere dages ophold.

Beautiful, restored hotel. Loved the location in the center of Ubeda. Near good restaurants. Good bed. Quick in-and-out valet parking. We only had one issue ....cold to lukewarm water in the shower. The hotel offered to move us to another room. We declined the offer, but they were very accommodating.

El hotel está muy limpio y bien ubicado, pero le falta para ser 5*. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y la Habitación era amplia (aunque me daba pena que no mantuviera el estilismo del edificio histórico) pero la cena en la Taberna fue terrible y el desayuno deja mucho que desear.

Morgenmaden var middel kvalitet. vi skulle rykke personalet tre gange for kaffe og to gange for en yoghurt. Det er lidt anstrengende i betragtning af at hotellet har fem stjerner. Vi kommer ikke igen, værelset var stort og fint, men vil ikke fungere optimalt ved flere dages ophold.

Prachtige lokatie, ruime kamer. Enigzins gedateerd, via klapdeuren naar andere vleugels, vloerbedekking in gangen niet schoon. Ontbijt keuze matig voor 5 sterren. Geen terras om even een drankje te doen. Geen warm water na herhaaldelijk aangeven personeel. Uiteindelijk opgelost door te douchen andere kamer.

Stayed one night as travelling north. Didi’t use the pool. In house restaurant was empty but lots of choice of good food close by. Reception personnel were excellent, knowledgeable about the history of olive oil. Would stay again.

Fantastic stay in Úbeda! The location was perfect - within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and local advice. A wonderful base for exploring this beautiful city. Highly recommended!

A sold 8/10, good size rooms, mine was a roof room, I could imagine this would get very warm during the summer months, the bed and bedding were excellent, the room was a little tired, the velux blinds frayed around the edges, as a result they let light in. The outdoor roof pool is unusable, wonderful veiws from up there, but the space really needs a make over. I didn't use the spa. The location is amazing, the staff wonderfull, the parking is problematic, the Bar is great, I didn't use the resteraunt. I honestly would sray here again, it represents good value for money. In fact I'm very much looking forward to going back to Ubeda! Amazing part of the world.
