Many guests describe the hotel and rooms as very clean. However, several noted smells, stained or unclean areas, unrefilled toiletries, and a pool that sometimes needed better cleaning.

Suites are spacious, modern, and well equipped with kitchenettes and work space, making them good for longer stays. Some guests reported thin walls and noise from neighbors, plus intermittent maintenance or TV issues and occasionally uncomfortable beds or pillows.

Convenient for the interstate, Bourbon Trail distilleries (including Buffalo Trace), and walkable dining and shopping. A few guests mentioned a hard-to-find entrance or an area that felt less appealing.

Breakfast is generally considered good with a decent selection, waffles, and even real plates; some reviews called it excellent. Others found it limited or bland, noted occasional early closing, and wanted more hot options.
