Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Jedoch passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht. Es muss sogar für das parkenden Auto im Freien gezahlt werden! Zimmer werden nicht gemacht.

Das Haus sieht zwar toll aus..ist aber ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen. Haus steht irgendwie allein da. Kein Restaurantbetrieb...Personal geht um 17 Uhr. Keine Hilfe bei Fragen bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten...ich bekam als Antwort auf die Frage, wie weit es bis zur Konditorei Reber ist, das ich selber googeln soll. Unterkunft ist sehr sauber..muss aber vom Gast selbst sauber gehalten werden. Es kommt keine Reinigung während der gebuchten Zeit vorbei.

Easy after hours self check in. Breakfast was superb and had a great mountain view!!!! Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel. There were 20 to 30 police officers staying at the hotel and it seemed to be a normal thing.

Stayed at Das Rundum for 3 nights over a long weekend. We arrived outside service times, so got the keys out of the keybox, which worked well. Rooms are nice, modern and in very good shape. We had a room with a balcony, the hotels offers nice views of Bad Reichenhall and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was great, nice selection and quality of food. Service was very good and very friendly. A big plus is the possibility to rent an ebike. You have to install an app and book the bikes through that. The app could be a bit better, because its not possible to see for what days bikes are available before booking. But once that was out of the way everything was great. The bikes are very new and very powerful. There are great (and easy) bike paths around Bad Reichenhall. We rode the bikes to Salzburg, which was a very enjoyable ride, we had a great time. Overall very recommended hotel, good value for money!

Beim ankommen mussten wir erstmal sofot alles bezahlen obwohl wir noch nicht mal die Zimmer zugewiesenen bekommen hatten. Sowas haben wir noch iNIE Erlebt. Die angebliche Kühlung in unseren Zimmern war nicht gegeben. Laut der Aussage der Hotelleitung schafft die Belüftunganlage in den höheren Stockwerke es nicht die Zimmer zu kühlen. Dann darf man sowas auch nicht Anbieten............ Dieses Hotel ist nicht für den Sommer geeignet. Ausser man will in einer Sauna Urlaub machen . Die Betten waren sehr gut . Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl Der Barkeeper Max war Mega gut. Da bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen.Vielen Dank Max dafür. Lobend sei auch der Neue Junge Kollege an der Rezeption zu Erwähnen. Er war sehr Hilfsbereit und Höflich .Seine Kollegin zog es ja vor pünktlich in den Feierabend zu gehen obwohl es große Probleme gab und den Kollegen alleine zurück zu lassen . Aber der junge Mann war wirklich sehr Geduldig und hat uns sehr Geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür Die Parkplätze in der Garage sind leider sehr schmal Es ist ein Modernes und schönes Haus, allerdings wenn man eine Tägliche Reinigung möchte muss man das extra bezahlen. Wir können dieses Haus nicht weiter Empfehlen....Leider

The room was clean and comfortable with balcony view of the town and mountain. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was excellent with many health options. Parking was easy. About 1.2 km away, walking distance is towncenter shopping center with many great dining options, Vietnames food, etc. The check-in staff was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Highly recommend this hotel visiting Halstatt, Salzburg and nearby towns.

Hotel com estrutura muito nova com tudo novinho. Quarto bem grande, móveis de qualidade, cama confortável, lençol da cama cheio de bolinha, tecido desconfortável na pele. Banheiro com chuveiro delicioso e bem limpo. Precisa fixar instruções para o funcionamento do ar condicionado. Mesmo no frio, precisa de refrigeração no quarto e na nossa hospedagem só funcionou o aquecedor. Área do café da manhã e hall de entrada muito bonito e agradável.Café da manhã não combina com a estrutura do hotel, não tem frutas e tem poucas opções, no geral teve só pão, queijo, ovo, no segundo dia que era o primeiro dia do ano teve uns biscoitos e donuts. O hotel fica uns 15 minutos andando de onde passa o transporte, se você não estiver de carro, considere que isso pode ser ruim, porque não tem aplicativo de transporte e táxi é difícil conseguir, no frio, com malas, considerando uma grande subida até o hotel, isso pode ser estressante. O estacionamento do hotel, mesmo na rua é pago. A cidadezinha é linda. A o transporte de ônibus , vindo de sazlburgo é por hora. O hotel é uma delícia. Senti falta das informações de formas de acesso até a propriedade, principalmente para quem não conhece o país.

We had a great time here. Stayed a week with our baby in a larger room. We found the staff to be very nice and welcoming. The hotel had easy parking for a small nightly fee. They provided us with a local guest pass for train and discounts at restaurants. We frequently went to Salzburg which was a short 20 min drive. The breakfast was good and also had a nice view. Like others have said there were regularly police here and they were kind and helped us feel more safe as tourists. The hotel was actually very empty and it was a little eerie but ultimately we enjoyed the quiet especially woth a baby. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities for a week stay. Highly recommend

Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. Delicious breakfast when we woke up. Really this would be 5 stars of the air conditioning in our room worked. Everything else was great! Would recommend 👍.

This hotel was outstanding, from the time we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who were able to answer every question we had, the place was immaculate, and the best shower we’ve had in the past two weeks. Breakfast was the best. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und auch am Ende der Frühstückszeit noch sehr umfangreich. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse war irritierend, dass die Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts (5 Nächte) nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher nur einmal auf mehrfache Aufforderung hin gewechselt wurden.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und auch am Ende der Frühstückszeit noch sehr umfangreich. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse war irritierend, dass die Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts (5 Nächte) nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher nur einmal auf mehrfache Aufforderung hin gewechselt wurden.

Vorsicht - Versteckte Kosten. Auf hotels.com ist zwar angegeben, dass es eine Reinigungsgebühr gibt die nach ab 3 Nächten anfällt. Allerdings steht nirgendwo wie hoch diese ausfällt. Auf der Abrechnung von hotels.com gab es keinen Hinweis dass wir eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 19€ bezahlen müssen. Deshalb sind wir davon ausgegangen dass diese Gebühr in dem Pauschalpreis inbegriffen ist. Stayed at Das Rundum for 3 nights over a long weekend. We arrived outside service times, so got the keys out of the keybox, which worked well. Rooms are nice, modern and in very good shape. We had a room with a balcony, the hotels offers nice views of Bad Reichenhall and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was great, nice selection and quality of food. Service was very good and very friendly. A big plus is the possibility to rent an ebike. You have to install an app and book the bikes through that. The app could be a bit better, because its not possible to see for what days bikes are available before booking. But once that was out of the way everything was great. The bikes are very new and very powerful. There are great (and easy) bike paths around Bad Reichenhall. We rode the bikes to Salzburg, which was a very enjoyable ride, we had a great time. Overall very recommended hotel, good value for money!

Beim ankommen mussten wir erstmal sofot alles bezahlen obwohl wir noch nicht mal die Zimmer zugewiesenen bekommen hatten. Sowas haben wir noch iNIE Erlebt. Die angebliche Kühlung in unseren Zimmern war nicht gegeben. Laut der Aussage der Hotelleitung schafft die Belüftunganlage in den höheren Stockwerke es nicht die Zimmer zu kühlen. Dann darf man sowas auch nicht Anbieten............ Dieses Hotel ist nicht für den Sommer geeignet. Ausser man will in einer Sauna Urlaub machen . Die Betten waren sehr gut . Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine gute Auswahl Der Barkeeper Max war Mega gut. Da bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen.Vielen Dank Max dafür. Lobend sei auch der Neue Junge Kollege an der Rezeption zu Erwähnen. Er war sehr Hilfsbereit und Höflich .Seine Kollegin zog es ja vor pünktlich in den Feierabend zu gehen obwohl es große Probleme gab und den Kollegen alleine zurück zu lassen . Aber der junge Mann war wirklich sehr Geduldig und hat uns sehr Geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür Die Parkplätze in der Garage sind leider sehr schmal Es ist ein Modernes und schönes Haus, allerdings wenn man eine Tägliche Reinigung möchte muss man das extra bezahlen. Hotel com estrutura muito nova com tudo novinho. Quarto bem grande, móveis de qualidade, cama confortável, lençol da cama cheio de bolinha, tecido desconfortável na pele. Banheiro com chuveiro delicioso e bem limpo. Precisa fixar instruções para o funcionamento do ar condicionado. Mesmo no frio, precisa de refrigeração no quarto e na nossa hospedagem só funcionou o aquecedor. Área do café da manhã e hall de entrada muito bonito e agradável.Café da manhã não combina com a estrutura do hotel, não tem frutas e tem poucas opções, no geral teve só pão, queijo, ovo, no segundo dia que era o primeiro dia do ano teve uns biscoitos e donuts. O hotel fica uns 15 minutos andando de onde passa o transporte, se você não estiver de carro, considere que isso pode ser ruim, porque não tem aplicativo de transporte e táxi é difícil conseguir, no frio, com malas, considerando uma grande subida até o hotel, isso pode ser estressante. O estacionamento do hotel, mesmo na rua é pago. A cidadezinha é linda. A o transporte de ônibus , vindo de sazlburgo é por hora. O hotel é uma delícia. Senti falta das informações de formas de acesso até a propriedade, principalmente para quem não conhece o país.

The room was advertised as sleeps three. Husband and I barely fit in the double bed (think US double). The room is great for one person or two small. The staff are very friendly, the surroundings beautiful. Highly recommend but check bed situation for sure. Also no air conditioning, just chilled air. Was very warm till outside cooled off and we could open windows.

Perfect hotel for our family if four. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette. Daily breakfast room was lovely and tons of quality choices. The scrambled eggs were amazing. There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner. I think it’s been newly renovated as everything seems new and in great condition

The hotel looks lovely. The room was a good size with balcony. We arrived late but they provided clear instructions how to get into the building and collect our room key. They provided tea bags but no kettle to boil some water but there was a coffee machine but no capsules. So that was a little disappointment. Part from that all was good.

Die Kommunikation an der Rezeption war hervorragend - wir durften 3! Stunden früher ins Zimmer, das sauber und gut ausgestattet war. Der Frühstückt war auch gut: genügende Auswahl vom Essen, viel Platz im Raum. Die Lage des Hotels finden wir auch sehr gut - da wir mit Bus und Bahn unterwegs waren - die Nähe des Bahnhofs war wichtig.

Das Haus sieht zwar toll aus..ist aber ohne Auto schlecht zu erreichen. Haus steht irgendwie allein da. Kein Restaurantbetrieb...Personal geht um 17 Uhr. Keine Hilfe bei Fragen bezüglich Sehenswürdigkeiten...ich bekam als Antwort auf die Frage, wie weit es bis zur Konditorei Reber ist, das ich selber googeln soll. Unterkunft ist sehr sauber..muss aber vom Gast selbst sauber gehalten werden. Es kommt keine Reinigung während der gebuchten Zeit vorbei.

After 5pm, late check-in is required and we have just done that. You just have to contact the hotel (I did it via email) and they will send you instructions on how to perform the late check-in. No issues, it was quick and easy. The main part of the city can be reachable in walking distance (5-7 min). The room was clean and had everything I needed. My room had a great mountain view which was a plus. The breakfast was excellent, enjoyed very well and the dining room was looking over the mountain as well. And friendly staffs, we would definitely visit here again.

I was supposed to travel with my father who unfortunately died the same morning. Despite of requesting for the refund, the property refused as if i am making an excuse. No human values and would never prefer to ever book this property even if at all i go to Bad reichenhall anytime in future.

Wir waren schon das dritte Mal da. Die ersten Male waren wir begeistert, aber mit jeder Reise nimmt die Begeisterung ab. Das Personal beim Frühstück wird jedes mal etwas unaufmerksam, die Auswahl lässt etwas nach. Es sind alles Kleinigkeiten, sie nehmen aber zu. Insgesamt immer noch gut. Ob wir hier das nächste Mal buchen wissen wir nicht, die Konkurrenz hier ist groß.
Wir waren schon das dritte Mal da. Die ersten Male waren wir begeistert, aber mit jeder Reise nimmt die Begeisterung ab. Das Personal beim Frühstück wird jedes mal etwas unaufmerksam, die Auswahl lässt etwas nach. Es sind alles Kleinigkeiten, sie nehmen aber zu. Insgesamt immer noch gut. Ob wir hier das nächste Mal buchen wissen wir nicht, die Konkurrenz hier ist groß.

Die Unterkunft selbst war in Ordnung. Das Personal, egal wer, hat leider den Servicegedanken nicht verstanden. Man kam sich eher als Störfaktor vor, sobald man es ansprach. Da sollte dringend dran gearbeitet werden. Wünschenswert ist es auch, dass Frühstück zu optimieren. Bei der Höhe der Zimmerpreise erwartet man nicht das Aufbackbrötchen und leere Teller ohne Aufschnitt und sonstigem.

Das Check-in war hervorragend. Die Dame an der Rezeption war äußerst freundlich und professionell. Sie gab uns wertvolle Informationen und zeigte sich sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist schön zu sehen, wie engagiert die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind und ihr Bestes geben. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.

My room had a great mountain view which was a plus. The breakfast was excellent, enjoyed very well and the dining room was looking over the mountain as well. Hotel com estrutura muito nova com tudo novinho. Quarto bem grande, móveis de qualidade, cama confortável, lençol da cama cheio de bolinha, tecido desconfortável na pele. We had a great time here. Stayed a week with our baby in a larger room. We found the staff to be very nice and welcoming. The hotel had easy parking for a small nightly fee. They provided us with a local guest pass for train and discounts at restaurants. We frequently went to Salzburg which was a short 20 min drive. The breakfast was good and also had a nice view. Like others have said there were regularly police here and they were kind and helped us feel more safe as tourists. The hotel was actually very empty and it was a little eerie but ultimately we enjoyed the quiet especially woth a baby. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities for a week stay. Highly recommend

After 5pm, late check-in is required and we have just done that. You just have to contact the hotel (I did it via email) and they will send you instructions on how to perform the late check-in. Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. Delicious breakfast when we woke up. Really this would be 5 stars of the air conditioning in our room worked. Everything else was great! Would recommend 👍.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und auch am Ende der Frühstückszeit noch sehr umfangreich. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse war irritierend, dass die Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts (5 Nächte) nicht gereinigt und die Handtücher nur einmal auf mehrfache Aufforderung hin gewechselt wurden.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und auch am Ende der Frühstückszeit noch sehr umfangreich. Wir waren schon das dritte Mal da. Die ersten Male waren wir begeistert, aber mit jeder Reise nimmt die Begeisterung ab. Das Personal beim Frühstück wird jedes mal etwas unaufmerksam, die Auswahl lässt etwas nach. Es sind alles Kleinigkeiten, sie nehmen aber zu. Insgesamt immer noch gut. Ob wir hier das nächste Mal buchen wissen wir nicht, die Konkurrenz hier ist groß.

Great location, they love dogs & very welcoming, excellent staff with good local knowledge, cannot fault the FREE train service to Austria, ONLY through the hotel pass, clean, large room, with fridge & coffee machine, good breakfast choice, 10 minute walk to town & train station, 5 minute walk to pub with awesome food, but REALLY, REALLY busy pub. There has to be a negative, unfortunately we didn’t find the bar open at all and the alcoholic vending machine was CASH ONLY!!
