Great location, they love dogs & very welcoming, excellent staff with good local knowledge, cannot fault the FREE train service to Austria, ONLY through the hotel pass, clean, large room, with fridge & coffee machine, good breakfast choice, 10 minute walk to town & train station, 5 minute walk to pub with awesome food, but REALLY, REALLY busy pub. There has to be a negative, unfortunately we didn’t find the bar open at all and the alcoholic vending machine was CASH ONLY!!

Clean room with a nice mountain view, friendly staff

The room was clean and comfortable with balcony view of the town and mountain. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was excellent with many health options. Parking was easy. About 1.2 km away, walking distance is towncenter shopping center with many great dining options, Vietnames food, etc. The check-in staff was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Highly recommend this hotel visiting Halstatt, Salzburg and nearby towns.

Molds in bathroom. They started to take some breakfast items like sausages and hams away 1 hour before the breakfast end time, left us very few option. Not only me but everyone was surprised. After telling the receptionist, they brought them back to dining room from kitchen.
