Staff amazing, relaxed feeling overall. Great for fam with little kids. The waterpark slides work in a rotating manner, not all on in the same time- we travelled in August, high peak season. Conveniently located off the Main Street, you can easily walk to outside shops, local restaurants and book excursions, rent cars, 4wheelers etc Would stay there again!!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels. Good selection of food at the main restaurant.

The hotel is nice, the pools are all nice and clean. The food is actually pretty good for an all inclusive. Lots of options. The rooms however are not great. We had a family suite and having a babies cot in the room just took up so much space that we could hardly move. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and creaky. Could hear noises coming from neighbours rooms. There wasn't even any shower gel in the room. A couple of other points to note, pools towels were not available without leaving a deposit which is a bit crap really. The shuttle bus to the beach stopped running for a couple of days. Overall this is a nice all inclusive but some the rooms could do with upgrading.
