Die Suiten sind alle sehr groß, sauber und schön eingerichtet. Es ist ruhig und die Stadtmitte ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es sollte jedoch erwähnt werden, das der "Spa-Bereich" sehr sehr klein ist und nicht vom Hotel betrieben wird. Die Sauna ist eher wie eine Privatsauna für zu Hause zu sehen und man muß sich an der Rezeption dafür anmelden. Es gibt im Zimmer auch keine Bademäntel und keine Saunahandtücher.

An der Qualität des Zimmers und des Frühstücks gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Was mich allerdings ziemlich aufgeregt hat war dass das Besteck der Küche war leider noch dreckig, es hingen Essensreste daran. Nachdem ich die Rezeption informiert hatte wurde zwar versprochen es zu reinigen , dies ist aber leider nicht passiert . Erst nachdem ich es zur Rezeption gebracht hatte haben sauberes Besteck. Das Personal war sehr Freundlich, solch ein Umgang mit der Sauberkeit sind für mich aber definitiv ein NoGo. Die Parkgebühr empfinde ich als recht teuer, auch wenn es mir als Geschäftskunde eigentlich egal sein kann .

The hotel is very charming and unique in an historic cigar factory. Big rooms and very close to the festival concert house. So perfect for me. Friendly staff. Would always chose this place in Baden-Baden!!

The Batschari Palais was a wonderful place to stay in Baden-Baden. It has onsite outdoor parking for a small fee or a parking garage for a fee. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to the center of Baden-Baden. The hotel has an on-site spa, which was super convenient and affordable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and willing to help answer all inquiries about the area.

Palais in Neo-klassizistischen Stil. Große Junior Suite mit hohen Decken, was man nicht alle Tage hat. Es war sauber und die Empfangsdame sehr freundlich. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Man konnte direkt vor der Tür parken. Direkt um die Ecke liegt das Festspielhaus und in die Innenstadt muss man 15 Minuten laufen. Aber es ist noch alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar

Very pleasant, relaxed, huge amount of space and kitchen facility. Great for a longer stay for people who enjoy hiking.Extremely good value for money. No Air Conditioning so do not book during a Heatwave. Staff are very lovely.

Room was nicer than the photos and bigger than it looked. AMAZING location, just a short walk from the start of the hiking trails in to the Black Forest and a short walk to the city centre with plenty of options for shopping, spas, and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will gladly come back here again!

Wir waren über Silvester im Hotel und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr herzlich und angenehm. Die Parksituation ist etwas kompliziert, haben aber dennoch einen Parkplatz direkt vorm Eingang zugewiesen bekommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für einen besuch in Baden Baden, alles in Laufnähe. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und üppig, für jeden Geschmack was vorhanden. Unser Zimmer selbst, war sehr groß und ruhig gelegen, uns störten lediglich die Hundehaare, die die Reinigungskraft wohl übersehen hat.

Charming old building, huge, lovely room with kitchenette, big bathroom, everything very clean, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, not too long a walk from the old town / city centre. We could check in well before the check-in time, it was raining, so big thank you for that.

The Batschari Palais was a wonderful place to stay in Baden-Baden. It has onsite outdoor parking for a small fee or a parking garage for a fee. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to the center of Baden-Baden. The hotel has an on-site spa, which was super convenient and affordable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and willing to help answer all inquiries about the area.

Very pleasant, relaxed, huge amount of space and kitchen facility. Great for a longer stay for people who enjoy hiking.Extremely good value for money. No Air Conditioning so do not book during a Heatwave. Staff are very lovely.

Room was nicer than the photos and bigger than it looked. AMAZING location, just a short walk from the start of the hiking trails in to the Black Forest and a short walk to the city centre with plenty of options for shopping, spas, and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will gladly come back here again!

I would say the experience was so-so. THere are minor tings which the hotel needs to work on e.g 1. only 1 kinder chair (baby chair) in the restaurant - with a capacity of more than 15 tables and mostly families visiting, at least 4 chair should be available 2. Restaurant staff could be more friendly and welcoming 3. Breakfast was okayish with limited options. WIth the ratings of the hotel (4*) I was expecting a lot more 4. Location is a bit far from the city. 20 min walk. 5. All in all the feeling of being welcomed was missing Good things 1. rooms are big and well maintained

Very nice, quiet and clean property, within walking distance to everything in Baden Baden, with easy access to the bus route to the train station. No air conditioning available, though it was not needed when I stayed.

Palais in Neo-klassizistischen Stil. Große Junior Suite mit hohen Decken, was man nicht alle Tage hat. Es war sauber und die Empfangsdame sehr freundlich. Frühstück hatten wir nicht. Man konnte direkt vor der Tür parken. Direkt um die Ecke liegt das Festspielhaus und in die Innenstadt muss man 15 Minuten laufen. Aber es ist noch alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar

An der Qualität des Zimmers und des Frühstücks gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Was mich allerdings ziemlich aufgeregt hat war dass das Besteck der Küche war leider noch dreckig, es hingen Essensreste daran. Nachdem ich die Rezeption informiert hatte wurde zwar versprochen es zu reinigen , dies ist aber leider nicht passiert . Erst nachdem ich es zur Rezeption gebracht hatte haben sauberes Besteck. Das Personal war sehr Freundlich, solch ein Umgang mit der Sauberkeit sind für mich aber definitiv ein NoGo. Die Parkgebühr empfinde ich als recht teuer, auch wenn es mir als Geschäftskunde eigentlich egal sein kann .

Nowhere on the outside of the property was the name of the Hotel we’d booked. The sign said Hotel Likestay. So we wasted ages and temper looking A tight turn in and no signage to car park led us going down a steep narrow drive to a private park which we had to reverse out We witnessed other guests doing the same Use of the Hotel parking had to be paid for using an App. The hotels wifi was so feeble that it was very problematic The hotel reception staff though charming were no help
