My kids loved all the play areas and seemed like no matter where you stayed on property you had some pool or play ground easily accessible. Only note I would say is the pitrate ship could use a little refresh but my kids did love that area.Staff was friendly and helpful every where we went. Rooms were comfy and roomy. We will definitely be back.

The property is beautiful. I loved walking around the grounds and seeing all the birds. The pools were well maintained and not crowded. The rooms were clean. The only thing I wish they had would be vending machines. The only place to get drinks is at the store or restaurants. If you do not have a car and need a drink when the stores are closed, you are out of luck.

This resort was a great choice for our family. The location was convenient to shopping, amusement parks, restaurants and gas stations. Some within walking distance. We left several times throughout our stay and most of the time every where we travelled was within 10 minutes. The amenities were great as we. We enjoyed all three pools during our stay. We were able to walk to them all with ease. Our favorite pool was the Bella pool. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong that were in two of the pool areas. Each pool was stocked with towels for the guest. The pool bathrooms were nice and clean. You could smim late with pool closing at 11. The layout had plenty of seating, shaded areas and room to swim. I never once felt my space was invaded, uncomfortable or that I could not find a spot for my family. I also appreciated the signs that you could not reserve a spot with your belongings and leave. I really enjoyed the beauty of the grounds. Again the layout is perfect. Beautifully manicured lawns, botanical gardens, flowers galore and palm trees everywhere. Crossing spots and paths with clear directions around every turn. The bridges to cross from each section and the water features and views were great. Many great photo opp's. The staff from check in to check out truly make this resort top notch. We were greeted with smiles and friendly gestures from every person we encountered. We appreciate all their hard work. Sheraton Vistana thanks so much for an amazing vacation.

We had a great stay at Sheraton Vistana in Orlando! The resort is beautiful, spacious, and full of amenities that make it perfect for families. We especially loved the games and activities at the pool — such a fun way to relax and keep everyone entertained. The property felt very well-maintained. The only downside was the $25 per night parking fee, which felt a bit on the expensive side. Still, overall the resort provided a wonderful experience and we would definitely consider staying here again for a future Orlando trip

So the pool area and outdoor area was very nice except for a tired pool table and ping pong table. Our room was adequate with the exception of somewhat tired looking furniture. The mattress was verrrry sad and lumpy. The extra bedding for the pullout couch was questionable. Last day we saw a cockroach crawling along wall, not unheard of in Florida but not something we wanted to bring home in our luggage! Staff was very nice and helpful. Could have done without the early morning call for our Welcome Packet!

room was pretty gross - the couch was filthy and stained, the shower was disgusting, the dining room table was dirty. the carpet was disgusting and smelled. we sat down for the dinner the first night and our hands were BLACK from touching the table. they also shoved us in a corner room with no lights in the hallway, was so sketchy when arriving at night. parking is also 25$ a night which is listed no where on the listing. i will say, the property itself is beautiful and the pool was amazing, but yeah.. room was awful.

Dirty corridors, used laundry and bags of rubbish left in hallways as we arrived and when we checked out at 10am the next morning. Late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am) isn’t very customer friendly. Our room was a 15 minute walk from the reception which was a hassle with 4 items of luggage and no car. The access corridor to our room had a leak and a yellow warning cone which remained throughout our stay. There were coffee cup marks on the table in the room from previous guests. The TV colour contract was very low and with no option to adjust it. The local shop was extremely overpriced (with nowhere else nearby). For example $15 for a microwave meal and $29 for a 6 pack of beer (small can size). I left a review of my poor check in experience - but heard nothing back. Definitely would not stay here again.

We were assigned a room that smelled horribly of mildew. The staff and team worked immediately to rectify the situation which ended up with them giving us a new room. We were very pleased with the new room and the outcome of how they handled everything. The service was prompt, the staff members were ALL friendly, the main pool was fun and large, and we had an overall wonderful stay minus the room hiccup. I know they have some buildings that are renovated, but ours (building 10) was not so while it was clean the wear was beginning to show. Expedia did not include information about the kitchenette, so we assumed we were booking a room with a regular kitchen but it was a half-sized full refrigerator/freezer and a two burner stove (no oven) so be mindful of that when you book here in case you need to plan more cooking.

Stayed in bella section which has not been updated, but closer to the main pool & restaurant. 1 Br with balcony apt. Apt was clean, provided the essentials, but definitely dated. Bed wasnt very comfortable. Main pool area is great, large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, smaller quiet pool. Went to restaurant for dinner & breakfast. Dinner was worth it, basic burger, wings, sandwiches etc. Fair price. Breakfast was over priced. $34 before tip for 2 small pancakes w/ 2 slices bacon, 2 small pancakes w/ 1 sausage patty, 1 coffee, 1 milk, 1 oj. Honestly get better pancakes at mcdonalds for less money, but it was convenient not leaving the resort. Convenient market place to buy a few essentials, but prices are insane! $5 for 2 hostess cupcakes lol! Very convenient having washer/dryer in the unit.

I believe there is a newly renovated area of this hotel and a dated area. We were in building 2, room 106 which was very dated. Ugly old rug etc. Bed was comfortable and staff were friendly.

Absolutely beautiful. The room was so clean and homey. The staff was super friendly. Food and drinks were great.The bella pool was amazing. Parking wasn't the best, and wifi was constantly in and out. But overall i just loved this hotel and i will definitely be staying here again.

Without a car this trip I wish this part of international drive was more walkable but this resort is very nice and there is a restaurant on site. The room was quiet and it’s very nice having a small kitchen and laundry in the room!

Overall I had an amazing stay. Before staying on the property, I did not have a good opinion because of a female night audit that was kind of rude on the phone when I just asked simple questions. I work at a hotel as well, so when I heard her tone and the way she spoke, it sounded like she didn’t want to be there and it ruined my initial reaction. However, once on property, everyone was so sweet and accommodating. They helped me with check in and check out, as well as bringing me extra towels when I asked. The hotel is beautiful with multiple swimming pools. Rooms were nice and clean and they had everything you would need set up. Whenever there’s a weather issue, the hotel messaged us in a timely manner of what they need to close and when they reopened it. Staying on property actually changed my initial thoughts and I’m super glad that I booked this hotel.

Upon my arrival, even though my stay was prepaid right during the check-in I was told that I HAVE TO PAY $25.00 FOR PARKING PER NIGHT (MY FAMILY WAS IN TWO CARS) SO $50.00 PER NIGHT ON PARKING. I ASKED TO TALK WITH THE MANEGER AND AFTER WAITING 30 MIN MS TIARA HERNANDEZ CAME OUT WITH A CHASSING ME OUT ATITUDE, BEEN VERY DISRESPECTFULL, the parking lot was very empty that day and i stayed there two months ago never charged for parking. BEWARE THEY COME OUT WITH UNDISCLAIMED CHARGES. NEVER AGAIN.

I called on the same day my reservation started to inform them that I would be arriving late and that I needed the sofa bed to be set up and ready. When I arrived at midnight, it was not ready. I called the Housekeeping department and requested that they prepare the sofa bed, but they told me they did not provide that service and that I should make the bed myself. I told them that was strange, considering it’s a hotel chain and a resort, and they then told me they would send someone to do it. When the Housekeeping staff member arrived, she didn’t say a word and did the job reluctantly. I practically had to hand her everything so she would make the sofa bed. Another thing is that, at the time of check-in, they told me that if I got the towels dirty and requested a new one, they would charge me, the same as if I dirtied the bed sheets. They told me I had to wash them myself in my room, to which I replied to the front desk clerk that if he wanted, he could send me his uniform and the housekeeping uniforms and I would wash those for them as well. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Our bathtub broke down, and we had a service technician in the room all morning trying to fix it. Because of this, nobody in our family was able to shower, and we lost the entire day we had planned to spend at the Disney parks. I went to the lobby to speak with a manager regarding a later checkout due to the situation. I spoke with Meyaka Marba (Operations Supervisor), who only offered a 30-minute extension despite the inconvenience to our family of five, including three children. Unfortunately, she spoke to me in a condescending tone and showed no concern for our situation or how she could assist us. I ultimately had to escalate the matter to Marriott Bonvoy, as I am a member. While the hotel itself was nice, my experience with this supervisor—and her lack of empathy for our circumstances—was deeply frustrating and left us feeling very disappointed.

Beautiful resort and accommodation and swevice on the main was good. However, forced process through 'sales' desks and subsequent sales pitch was a detractor and spoiled the overall feel and enjoyment of the resort. Shopping / groceries provisions were poor nearby and only one, small and very expensive marketn onsite. Bars/ restaurant facilities felt unwelcoming and were also very expensive.

Our family has been staying here for about 8 years. We aren’t interested in the 90 min. presentation b/c we don’t have money or time to invest in such a venture. While I appreciate that there’s not a ton of pressure it does feel like you suddenly become less important as a guest. Upon arriving at the gate we were asked if we had a reservation, our name and ID etc, that’s pretty usual. Upon entering the lobby for check-in, there was a group of employees waiting with clipboards. It’s not immediately clear why they are there b/c instead of greeting guests in a normal fashion as you walk up to OBVIOUSLY check-in, they run you down asking you if you have a reservation. It’s super annoying - obviously I do, I had to tell the gate station guard to even enter the property. Check-in employees were nice. I understand when it’s busy at check in that waits are to be expected. We waited over an hr. to get a room. For the amount of money I paid this time to spend a mere 3 nights, rooms should absolutely be ready when guests arrive by 4pm check-in. Your property should be able to handle the guest volume and provide enough employees to cover the property. An international chain in a city known for its constant busyness has no excuse for delaying guests. We were not the only ones delayed or run down like we were trespassing. I saw it happen to multiple guests. Paid parking is just greedy since the nightly rate is now higher than ever. And that all access? Access to what? Never explained!

We were traveling all day with a baby and arrive at our Check-in time, which clearly says on the website and confirmation email, that is at 4pm to ve met with a rude employee whom states“your room is not available, we dont have an estimate time it will be available, it can be anytime between 5 min to 2hrs” What?!?!? We had very low expectations based on how little we paid but this place was great and we will be coming back. We had all sorts of amenities that we hadn’t expected which made the stay so much more enjoyable. The pool was gorgeous and everything was really well organised. The food by the pool was delicious, too! It’s so handy to get to the parks or to the conference centre with a bus stop right outside the hotel and there are restaurants/shops within walking distance. Lovely visit, actually sad to leave!

My niece and I stayed at the Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas for 5 nights in May. We had a fantastic stay! The resort is huge spanning many blocks. We loved the large villa with a spacious living room, dining space, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom which contained a huge shower, whirlpool and two sinks . The balcony was a nice touch too though the beautiful view was slightly obscured by the fencing, which I assume was there to protect residents from the various flying and crawling creatures that reside in Florida! The villa was clean, contained a microwave, filter coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and cooking utensils. There were smart TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. Overall the villa was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed utilising the various pools and jacuzzi which were open until 11pm, great for a late night dip after a day out. During the day there were multiple poolside activities and sports sessions around the site. At night they showed movies. We used the onsite restaurant for breakfast and drinks. There was also a Starbucks onsite with a convenience store attached. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cleaners visited twice during our stay. The property is beautiful with multiple areas to do a morning/evening walk and just enjoy the grounds. The nearest supermarket is a 20-minute walk. You can take the I-Drive trolley from right outside the resort and we used it frequently to visit the attractions. I highly recommend the Sheraton!

We stayed in the Key West section of the resort and it was great! There was construction going on nearby but only during the day time and we spent those at the parks. The area was quiet with plenty of close parking. The elevator went out one of the days which was a challenge, but it was repaired by that evening. The room was perfect... clean, plenty of space, everything we could need was there. The pools were great. The main pool was more crowded but still not unreasonably so. The pool in Key West was quiet and mostly adults, which was perfect for us. Great location for the parks. Very close to Disney and not too far from Universal. Highly recommend and can't wait to stay here again!

Without a car this trip I wish this part of international drive was more walkable but this resort is very nice and there is a restaurant on site. The room was quiet and it’s very nice having a small kitchen and laundry in the room!

The Jacuzzi in my room was not operating. I was only there for a short stay so by the time they would have fixed it, I would have been checking out. Also the restaurant seemed to be short staffed and had limited food options for such a large resort you would think there would’ve been more.

Other than a clunky way of ordering food at restaurant our stay was pretty much flawless. We just thought it was weird to order through an app even though we chose to sit inside at a table. The excellent staff helped us through it but took more time doing that than a server would have to just take the order.

Stayed in bella section which has not been updated, but closer to the main pool & restaurant. 1 Br with balcony apt. Apt was clean, provided the essentials, but definitely dated. Bed wasnt very comfortable. Main pool area is great, large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, smaller quiet pool. Went to restaurant for dinner & breakfast. Dinner was worth it, basic burger, wings, sandwiches etc. Fair price. Breakfast was over priced. $34 before tip for 2 small pancakes w/ 2 slices bacon, 2 small pancakes w/ 1 sausage patty, 1 coffee, 1 milk, 1 oj. Honestly get better pancakes at mcdonalds for less money, but it was convenient not leaving the resort. Convenient market place to buy a few essentials, but prices are insane! $5 for 2 hostess cupcakes lol! Very convenient having washer/dryer in the unit.

The property is beautiful. I loved walking around the grounds and seeing all the birds. The pools were well maintained and not crowded. The rooms were clean. The only thing I wish they had would be vending machines. The only place to get drinks is at the store or restaurants. If you do not have a car and need a drink when the stores are closed, you are out of luck.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Everything on the property was very clean. The drinks are reasonable for a resort. The pool and hot tubs were clean and well kept. The only small suggestion I would make is non stick cookware for the kitchen. Still would say 5 stars

Everything was perfect! Although I booked a one bedroom villa we were upgraded to a two room villa. Plus one star The resort landscaping is immaculate! Plus one star Check in and check out was a breeze. Maria checked us in and Josayh checked us out. Plus one star The restaurant Chontails, well small hut was not open during our stay :( Minus a half star The restaurant Breeze Bar and Grill... The service was great. Although we didn't enjoy the pizza on our first night. But the next day for lunch, the chicken wrap and my acai fruit bowl was super tasty! Plus one star Overall this place is worthy of 5 stars but 4.5 it is! We highly recommend you stay here. The Amelia wing was our home for 3 days and it did not disappoint. We are looking forward to returning soon.
