Alles bestens, sehr freundlicher Empfang, saubere und zweckmäßige Zimmer in neuwertigem Zustand, ausreichend Parkplätze, tolle Aussicht auf die Berge, Terrasse mit Garten und einem Apfelbaum, sehr hilfsbereites Room Cleaning Team, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The picture of the property is misleading. It’s actually a hotel with an entrance in the fast food place! The property is also fenced off at this time for renovations! So my review is timely and might change! The actual ‘Hotel room’ was fantastic with great views of the valley from the balcony! We were in room 308, but the elevator goes actually DOWN to the third level??? I guess the EG (Mainlevel from the store and Restaurant) is on level 4. Check in was done thru the store in a very hectic manner! Parking was not explained, which we found later on our walk! It’s behind the building and you have to oppose the one way only traffic to get there! Next the entire Area is just a major Bus and Truck stop! Nearest grocery store is 7 km away!

Das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise überfordert. Hinweise zum Parken des Autos gab es nicht. Nachts hört man schon die Autobahn. Das Hotel ist auch eher ein Motel und ist Teil der Raststätte Irschenberg. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit Kaffeerösterei.

The Hotel Irschenberg Sud was a convenient stop for my daughter and myself partway between Munich and Salzburg. We arrived very late and were a little surprised to find the hotel is attached to a quick stop that includes a Burger King. Check in was at one end of the counter inside the convenience store. We stayed in a newer addition to the hotel that sits at the opposite end of the store than to the building you see in the main picture. The people in the store were very friendly and check in was easy. Unfortunately, we stayed during a heatwave and there was no air conditioning in our otherwise very nice room. There was plenty of available, free parking out front. We left the hotel early and Burger King hadn't opened yet.

Hotel is located by the motorway in a very convenient location. It is possible to walk to neaby places from the hotel. Views from the hotel room are beautiful. The property is also dog friendly and ground floor rooms have access to a large garden. We wish there was a kattle and tea or coffee in the room. Overall, strongly recommended.

We stayed overnight en route to Italy. The check in was easy and staff friendly. Initially we were given a twin room instead of a triple but this was quickly rectified. The only downer was no air-conditioning on the plus side there is a 25% discount on purchases at the shop for guests , and a great play area for kids

Wir sind spät angekommen, was aber kein Problem war. Einrichtung war super, zweckmäßig vorallem sauber. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und hatten ein Zimmer mit Terasse gebucht. Leider hatte da jemand den Fensterknauf entfernt, so dass man die Tür nicht öffnen konnte. Die super nette Mitarbeiterin hat uns problemlos ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Herzlichen Dank dafür. Umgebung haben wir erst morgens bewundern können. Also alles super, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The picture of the property is misleading. It’s actually a hotel with an entrance in the fast food place! The property is also fenced off at this time for renovations! So my review is timely and might change! The actual ‘Hotel room’ was fantastic with great views of the valley from the balcony! We were in room 308, but the elevator goes actually DOWN to the third level??? I guess the EG (Mainlevel from the store and Restaurant) is on level 4. Check in was done thru the store in a very hectic manner! Parking was not explained, which we found later on our walk! It’s behind the building and you have to oppose the one way only traffic to get there! Next the entire Area is just a major Bus and Truck stop! Nearest grocery store is 7 km away!

Das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise überfordert. Hinweise zum Parken des Autos gab es nicht. Nachts hört man schon die Autobahn. Das Hotel ist auch eher ein Motel und ist Teil der Raststätte Irschenberg. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit Kaffeerösterei.

We stayed overnight en route to Italy. The check in was easy and staff friendly. Initially we were given a twin room instead of a triple but this was quickly rectified. The only downer was no air-conditioning on the plus side there is a 25% discount on purchases at the shop for guests , and a great play area for kids

The Hotel Irschenberg Sud was a convenient stop for my daughter and myself partway between Munich and Salzburg. We arrived very late and were a little surprised to find the hotel is attached to a quick stop that includes a Burger King. Check in was at one end of the counter inside the convenience store. We stayed in a newer addition to the hotel that sits at the opposite end of the store than to the building you see in the main picture. The people in the store were very friendly and check in was easy. Unfortunately, we stayed during a heatwave and there was no air conditioning in our otherwise very nice room. There was plenty of available, free parking out front. We left the hotel early and Burger King hadn't opened yet.

The localization of the hotel/motel is OK. Even though it is located on the main road it is not noisy. But breakfast is something what is unexcpected mistake. Minimal portions, calculated for one article - embarrassment

Tolle Aussicht und eine sehr schöne Landschaft, sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr sauber, 24 Stunden Essen und Trinken verfügbar, gute Parkmöglichkeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
