The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything needed. The pool was clean, but lacked shade, making it warm and crowded. Clear check-in instructions provided.

A few days in Port Douglas and this was a great place to stay. Just off McCrossan St and a short walk to everything in town. My room had a small private garden too. Would definitely stay here again when im next up here

We stay for 3 weeks The only down fall was that we were on the middle level and we could hear the people that were above us Kids running around Chairs scraping on the floor which happened to be above our bedroom

We were informed of a water leak in the kids bedrooms upon checkin via a letter. From the water stains, it is not recent & could have been disclosed weeks ago. We had no choice but to put up with the leak with beach towels to absorb it. We were then slugged with an extra fifty bucks on checkout even though we left the kitchen clean and even ran the diswasher. The host hung up on me when I asked for photo evidence of her claim of a “filthy kitchen”. The operators are dodgy so be very careful booking this place.
