Best Western Elkhart Inn & Suites

This is our go to hotel every time we are going to Wyoming. The staff, rooms, breakfast and hotel in general are wonderful and clean!

I'm a stickler for clean and from the lobby to our room to the breakfast area perfectly clean. Breakfast was great. Parking easy. We stay here when we travel to Wyoming because we know we'll get a quality, consistent stay.

One of the main reasons we booked was to get into the pool. We heard ppl in the pool throughout the day. By the time we went to get into the pool it was disgusting and too still looking 😳. I had to go get the staff on duty and ask if their filter system working and if they would personally get into that water. Realistically, if they would or would not have I wasn't regardless, nor my kids who were absolutely bummed about the whole ordeal😡 They were even asking me what was in the water. Yea, very disappointed at that. The stay was fine but getting in the pool was a highlight of our trip that did not get to happen.
