시설은 깔끔했습니다. 이용객에 비해 엘리베이터가 짝수층 홀수층 전층 다니는 세개가 있어서 붐비는 시간에는 조금 기다려야합니다. 그런데 좀 조용히 쉬려고 갔던 곳인데 잘못 선택했다는 것을 도착하고 바로 알았습니다. 밤 10시까지 수영장 풀파티 한다고 쿵짝쿵짝 하는 음악소리에 시끄러웠습니다. 그런것이 상관없으신 분들은 괜찮을듯요. 우리는 피곤해서 9시에 누웠는데 ...하하하. 10시 이후에 주무시는 분들은 좋을듯합니다. 젊은 커플들이 많이 보였습니다. 커피숍도 편의점도 있고 뭐 인프라는 좋은듯했습니다.

어버이날 기념한 부모님과의 여행이었고 트리플룸이었어요. 수영장 버블파티소음이 크다는 후기보고 망설였지만 바다뷰 객실과 테라스가 마음에 들어 선택했는데 결과는 만족스러웠습니다. 5월초여서 저녁엔 문을 닫으니 소음 전혀 없었구요, 버블파티도 구경할만 했어요. 인피니티 수영장은 물이 따뜻해서 좋았고 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 아침부터 육회와 연어로 기력보충했네요^^ 순천만정원이 메인이어서 이틀을 할애했는데 차량으로 40분정도 이동이라 괜찮았어요. 요트쿠폰을 한장 주셔서 추가요금내고 탔는데 큰 재미는 없었어요. 주간에 타서 그랬을수도 있어요. 전반적으로 만족한 숙소였습니다^^

요트선착장에서 자꾸소음이 올라옵니다. 파도치면 소음같은게 올라오는데 호텔측에서는 잘모르나봐요 그리고 헬스장 이용시간이 너무 늦어요 최소한7시부터는 이용하게해야되는데 9시부터 운영한다는게 불만입니다. 전체적으로 리셉션 직원들 친절도가 개판입니다 유탑이라는 회사에 직원 서비스교육이 이정도일줄 몰랐습니다. 다음에는 베네치아 써야겠네요

수영장도 좋았고 아쿠아 플래닛이 가까워서 좋았어요. 극성수기라 그런지 사람이 너무 많아서 엘리베이터 이용하는데 시간이 오래 걸리는 건 좀 아쉬웠습니다

편하고 좋았습니다. 전객실 오션뷰라 좋았고, 인피니티 풀도 사용하기 편했습니다. 다만 주차 장소가 부족하진 않은데 저녁 9시 반 넘으면 주차장소 찾기가 쉽지는 않았습니다.

The room descriptions on Wotif’s website are not clear and there was a lot of confusion. The “infinity pool” that is located on the 3rd floor (while my room was on 22nd) was a complete waste of time. The “free drinks” have one option - a cheap and ridiculously sweet sparkling wine that is not drinkable.

PROS: Every room has a balcony and a view of the ocean. Full size fridge and stove. The hotel manager (or captain) was so nice and spoke very good English. She is also very funny and cute. I hung my shirt out to dry on the balcony and overnight it flew off. She helped me track it down. CONS: Aside from the rooms, the rest of the property is very hot. Although there is a washing machine in each room, there is NO DRYER. Make sure you have time to air dry your clothes. Our room was very run down and not kept up well. A ton of dust and hair under the beds. The towels smell like mildew and the walls were in really bad shape. Our room was 8 floors above the pool and you can hear every screaming child from your room even with the sliding door shut--Just bad architectural design not the management's fault. Don’t plan on an afternoon nap in this hotel.

식사는 좋았습니다. 위치가 좋아서 벽에 통창이 있었다면 정말 더 좋았을 것 같습니다. 그런데 손님이 너어무 많은데 이미 예매를 하고 갔음에도 셀프체크인 링크를 받지 못하여(링크 안 보냈으니 줄 서라고 하심) 현장 예약하는 사람들과 함께 대기해야 했고 45분 정도를 로비에서 기다렸습니다. 방이 전체적으로는 깔끔했지만 난방+조명 리모콘이 자주 오작동했고 침대 옆 테이블 뒤쪽이나 화장실이 꽤 더러웠습니다.

숙소에 3박하는 동안 매일 수건을 다르게 가져다 놓아 주시는데 첫 날은 패이스 수건이 하나도 없고 타월만 있고, 다음 날은 타월은 없고 페이스 수건도 부족하고 매번 전화로 요청해야 가져다 줍니다. 미안하다는 말도 없고. 수건과 샤워가운은 다 구멍나고 헤져서 너덜너덜합니다. 컵도 인원수에 맞게 주지 않아 요청해서 받았지만 커피포트와 컵은 사용하지 마세요. 컵에 끓인 물을 부었더니 계속 이물질이 뜨올라서 먹을 수 없었습니다. 전화로 클레임을 하면 수건도 새수건으로 가져다 줍니다. 구멍난 수건 쓰지 마시고 클레임 해서 새수건 받으세요. 호텔에 슬리퍼가 없어요. 로비에서 구입해야 하는 시스템 입니다. 슬리퍼 꼭 챙기세요. 경치는 좋았어요. 대신 주변에 아무 것도 없어서 저녁에 산책하려면 휴대폰 플래시를 키고 다녀야 합니다.

Staff was nice and accommodating. No place to eat other than coffee cafes and bar food. Breakfast buffet closes at 9:30 a.m. and the food was not that good. Pillows smelled and when we got new ones they smelled too, as if they were not washed in a while. Elevators were the worst. 10-minute wait when crowded. Recommend other hotels in the area.

A hotel built for a world exhibition 10 years ago, but the facility has not aged well. Mold on shower seals stands out. The architect tossed glossy features, concepts the didn’t age well such as the shower with a clear glass wall shared with the bedroom. (?) Elevators were a major time wasting exercise. The management needed to go less fancy and more tasteful.

체크인도 빠르게 해주시고 룸도 업그레이드 해줘서 넓게 편히 쉬었습니다만 천장에 달린 온풍기에서 소음이 좀 나서 그게 좀 아쉬웠으나 주변에 오동도나 낭만포차거리등 도보로 다니기에도 좋은 접근성 이었으며 조식도 깔끔하게 종류도 많았고 맛도 좋았습니다.

높은 층 구석방으로 배정되어서 좋았습니다. 고층엘레베이터 따로 있음. 오동도랑 엑스포랑 아주 가까웠어요. 오동도는 걸어감. 1층엔 편의점이 있고, 바다뷰도 좋았고요. 근데 침대가 작았습니다. 퀸보다 작은 더블 사이즈인거 같아요. 제가 갔을 땐 동절기라 수영장은 운영하지 않았습니다. 호텔조식은 호텔보단 구내식당 같은 분위기. 그리고 호텔 웨딩이 있어서 그런지 주말엔 조식마감이 더 빠름.

Overrated and overpriced hotel. The room has a full kitchen that you are not allowed to use even tho it is described in the description. They don't speak English, and the gym is pretty poor for a hotel that advertised as four stars. If you want to use the pool, you have to pay extra. So you’d better choose another hotel in Yeosu.

전체적으로 호텔은 좋은 편이었으나 워낙 많은 고객들이 짧은 시가네 체크인 하게 만들어 그로인한 오랜 기다림, 프런트에 작원들이 지쳐 다른 서비스에 대처하거나 답변이 너무 형식적이며 호텔에서 느끼는 서비스의 기본은 전혀 되어 있지 않은 스쳐지나가는 숙박지 같은 기분이 들었으며 룸서비스 몸이 불편 할 경우 전혀 보호나 케어 받을 수 없는 서비스였다. 고객이 물음에 대해서 로보트적인 형식적인 원칙 답변이 전부이며 추가 질문에 대해서는 모른다는 답변 뿐이었음.

체크인도 빠르게 해주시고 룸도 업그레이드 해줘서 넓게 편히 쉬었습니다만 천장에 달린 온풍기에서 소음이 좀 나서 그게 좀 아쉬웠으나 주변에 오동도나 낭만포차거리등 도보로 다니기에도 좋은 접근성 이었으며 조식도 깔끔하게 종류도 많았고 맛도 좋았습니다.

높은 층 구석방으로 배정되어서 좋았습니다. 고층엘레베이터 따로 있음. 오동도랑 엑스포랑 아주 가까웠어요. 오동도는 걸어감. 1층엔 편의점이 있고, 바다뷰도 좋았고요. 근데 침대가 작았습니다. 퀸보다 작은 더블 사이즈인거 같아요. 제가 갔을 땐 동절기라 수영장은 운영하지 않았습니다. 호텔조식은 호텔보단 구내식당 같은 분위기. 그리고 호텔 웨딩이 있어서 그런지 주말엔 조식마감이 더 빠름.

오션뷰 정말 완벽 그 자체입니다. :) 내부 시설도 깔끔하고 여수EXPO역과 가까워 EXPO 부지 구경을 비롯해 오동도, 돌산 케이블카도 가깝습니다. 또한 가성비 또한 훌륭한 편! :) 다음에 여수 갈 일 있으면 또 묵고싶어요.

여수 엑스포 공원 주변을 이용하기 위하여 찾은 숙소로 안성마춤. 숙소에서 보는 야경이 멋있음. 여름에는 수영장 이용객 때문에 야간에는 다소 시끄럽기도 함. 숙소 내부는 정갈하고 편안하게 쉴수 있도록 되어 있음. 여수의 관광지를 쉽게 가깝게 찾아가는데 좋음.

Staff was nice and accommodating. No place to eat other than coffee cafes and bar food. Breakfast buffet closes at 9:30 a.m. and the food was not that good. Pillows smelled and when we got new ones they smelled too, as if they were not washed in a while. Elevators were the worst. 10-minute wait when crowded. Recommend other hotels in the area.

제래시장 같았던 Check In, 21층 객실이용했는데 엘레베이터 타기 너무 힘들었고, 가격이 좀 있어서 기대했던 조식 하지만....차갑게 굳어나온 크로아상과 기타 빵들이 너무 인상깊었습니다.
