Staff were great, the sea view was lovely. Bed was comfy. Shower was hesitant to work properly at start but after 5 mins it was good to go, probably only our room. Has great restaurants attached at the bottom for easy access to them and the spa was also a great bonus. Thank you guys

Außer das Frühstück + Personal in der Küche und Service.. hat uns nichts gefallen, viele Sachen alt und nicht funktionstüchtig.. ich könnte viel schreiben, doch die wichtigsten Sachen werde ich als Strichpunkte auflisten. Wellness kannst du es dort nicht nennen, man wird immer rausgeschickt, sobald einer einen Termin bei Hamam bucht. Es ist sau klein und die kleine Sauna ist meistens ausgestellt, sobald du da bist und fragst, schaltet man sie an. Natürlich dauert das ganze bis es schön warm/heiss wird. Die ganze Truppe dort ist am rauchen und es ist im Keller, überall sind Rauchwolken und es stinkt, es fühlt sich nicht sauber an. Falls man es entspannt machen möchte, ist es nichts. Draußen ist es sehr Laut ganzen Tag über bis nachts. In meinem Zimmer wurde die Tassen nicht gewechselt.. immer wieder fehlte etwas. Das Wasser in der Dusche war nicht kräftig bei unserem ersten Zimmer, bei dem anderen Zimmer war es aber besser. Was ich gut fand ist, man hat am letzten Tag versucht, uns mit einem Zimmertausch entgegen zu kommen .. haben einen besseren bzw. Den teureren Zimmer gehabt, da war der Aufenthalt natürlich angenehmer mit Whirlpool. Trotzdem ist es für mich kein Hotel, was ich empfehlen könnte. Es sei denn, man möchte am Strand in der Nähe sein und Spa nicht benutzen. Der einzige gute Mitarbeiter war der Batuhan. Er ist echt korrekt, aber die restlichen Mitarbeiterinnen kannst su vergesse

Non of the equipment in the gym was working all old and out of order there were parties at the pool so we couldn’t use the pool very disappointing, I always use Expedia but not sure any more

Her sey cok iyiydi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri baya bi fazla zeytin peynir cesitleri olsun her istediginizi bulabiliyorsunuz. Spa merkezini kullanmadık ama masaj çeşitlerini gordugumuzde baya sasırdık her turlu masaj var. Deniz manzaralı odada kaldık manzarası cok iyiydi ama tek sorun odanın biraz küçük olmasıydı biz odada pek durmadığımız için dert etmedik ancak uzun süre odada kalacak olanlar için sorun olabilir. Barı var havuz basında oturulacak rahat yerler var ki çok da guzel bence gayet güzel bi mekan bir daha gelirsek tercih edebiliriz

Stayed for 3 nights. Booked the deluxe room with sea view and got at a regular room with a view of the see. I ask for a room change room and was given another room with a better view but the room needed renovation. I eventually pay a little more and upgraded to the primary deluxe. The room was very nice with a jacuzzi, after trying to operate the jacuzzi got broken down. Maintenance came and took 45 min to fix the jacuzzi. Was a bit of disappointment as just upgraded and really love the room, I thought everything works. Breakfast couldav been a little bit more options!! The hotel seem to be having a big renovations as there where drilling noise from my room, banging, builders were up and down the corridor, room were fully open with debris on the floor outside. Very good location next to beach, loads of shops and restaurants around. I was disappointed because the gym was close literally no equipments. The spa in the hotel was really nice and sauna.

First of all the fun food the toilet was not working. Secondly the pillows were so big it was not comfortable. I should’ve put at least two more pillows which are smaller. Certainly the curtains are white. You will wake up at 6 o’clock because it’s so bright the fridge was not working in the middle of the summer we couldn’t even have a cold water and it’s very overpriced. I would never book this hotel again. Although they said this is a parking do you have equipped street but you have to park away from the hotel for the girl. I think the management is not good. I hope this comment will make them think again

The hotelpictures are NOT all from the hotel. The pool is situated with the breakfast area and covered. The roof is removed after 10:00 So you swim when other guest sit and have breakfast. NOT Okay. And the pictures lie!

The hotel is lovely and so are the amenities like the spa, pool area, breakfast and location. The only negative was the renovations of the bistro a floor below us and quarrelling guests next door that had daily drunken brawls.

Odaya ilk girdiğimizde terlik ve ketil yoktu kat görevlisinden rica ettik getirdiler beklediğimizden küçük ve temiz değildi oda. Klimayı açmasak donardık. Çok gürültülü yan oda ve koridorlardan olduğu gibi tüm ses odaya geliyordu. Kahvaltısı güzeldi ve çok erken başlıyordum dinlenme için iyi bir yer değildi

Wir kamen in der Nacht an und da ging’s schon los. Klein angefangen, im Zimmer hat erstmal nichts funktioniert, weil die vergessen haben, die Sicherungen im Schaltkasten einzuschalten, warum die auch aus war, keine Ahnung. Nächsten Anruf getätigt weil weder Seife noch Shampoo befüllt war. Anschließend am nächsten Tag, war gerade dabei meinem kleinen Sohn die Haare zu Föhnen, da gab es ein Lichtbogen und es kam zum Kurzschluss mit einem Knall, da keine Kabel richtig isoliert war. Keiner konnte uns weiterhelfen obwohl wir mehrfach danach gebeten haben. Fernseher war dann auch tot, auch wenn wir ihn nie gebraucht haben aber es geht ums Prinzip. Bieten einen Transfer zum Flughafen für 35€ an obwohl alle anderen Taxis über der App ca. 20€ verlangen. Zum Zimmer selbst, das Zimmer im 1. Stock mit dem größten Balkon ist ein Witz, man sieht zwar das mehr aber viel mach das Vordach von Restaurant darunter und am Wochenende Laute Musik bis in die Nacht. Sofa ist im Zimmer voller Flecken, alles andere als Sauber. Zudem konnte von unten jeder in unser Zimmer hochschauen, weil am Balkon ein Glas ausgetauscht ist, das kein Milchglas ist. Alles in einem empfehle ich dieses Hotel nicht. Zudem wird das Hotel zu 90% von unerfahrenen Jungen Leuten geführt. Das einzig positive, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen in der Gegend.

Kısa tek gecelik bir konaklama yapmamız gerekiyordu ama çıkarken keşke daha çok günümüz olsaydı dedik. Off season geldik yolumuz Antalya’dan geçiyordu bu otelde konakladık. Oda büyüklüğü 3x5 metre yani 15m2 civarı biraz küçük ama hem otelin konumu çok güzeldi hem sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe hep kaliteli güzel taze malzemelerdendi hem de bu artıların yanında otelin fiyatı çok iyiydi. Yaklaşık 3m2 de balkonu vardı. Banyo temiz ve mimari açıdan da şık. Spa ve havuz da vardı vaktimiz yetmedi kullanmadık. Tavsiye ederim. Bir daha gelirsek yine burayı tercih ederiz çok memnun kaldık.

처음 방문을 열었을때 담배연기 냄새로 찌들어 있어서 체인지 요청을 할려다가 그냥 넘어감. 2박을 했는데 담배 찌든 냄새는 계속됨. 특별한 환기가 필요하다고 생각됨.다른조건은 만족 특히 1층엔 한국음식점이 있어서 좋았슴.

Ok hotell givet ett relativt lågt pris. Hotellet påstår sig ha rökfria rum men det stämmer inte. Första rummet helt inrökt, vi bytte. Andra rummet inte lika illaliktande så vi fick acceptera det. Bra städning på rummet, men kattbajs i korridoren två gånger på en vecka. Låg standard på frukosten, men i paritet med hotellets prisnivå. Bra läge i Konyaalti, nära till den fina strandpromenaden och restauranger.

Yaklaşık 3m2 de balkonu vardı. Banyo temiz ve mimari açıdan da şık. Spa ve havuz da vardı vaktimiz yetmedi kullanmadık. Tavsiye ederim. Bir daha gelirsek yine burayı tercih ederiz çok memnun kaldık.

Stayed for 3 nights. Booked the deluxe room with sea view and got at a regular room with a view of the see. I ask for a room change room and was given another room with a better view but the room needed renovation. I eventually pay a little more and upgraded to the primary deluxe. The room was very nice with a jacuzzi, after trying to operate the jacuzzi got broken down. Maintenance came and took 45 min to fix the jacuzzi. Was a bit of disappointment as just upgraded and really love the room, I thought everything works. Breakfast couldav been a little bit more options!! The hotel seem to be having a big renovations as there where drilling noise from my room, banging, builders were up and down the corridor, room were fully open with debris on the floor outside. Very good location next to beach, loads of shops and restaurants around. I was disappointed because the gym was close literally no equipments. The spa in the hotel was really nice and sauna.

First of all the fun food the toilet was not working. Secondly the pillows were so big it was not comfortable. I should’ve put at least two more pillows which are smaller. Certainly the curtains are white. You will wake up at 6 o’clock because it’s so bright the fridge was not working in the middle of the summer we couldn’t even have a cold water and it’s very overpriced. I would never book this hotel again. Although they said this is a parking do you have equipped street but you have to park away from the hotel for the girl. I think the management is not good. I hope this comment will make them think again

Bu otelde gecen sene de bir kez kalmistim. Gecen sene rezervasyonum suit ve deniz manzarali oda iken bu sene 3 kisilik biri balkonlu 2 oda tuttuk. Gecen yil da oldugu gibi temizlik kahvalti Konyaaltinda bir planlamaniz var ise konumu gayet yeterli. Fakat bu yil 3 kisilik olarak tuttugumuz odalarin aslinda 1 adet cift kisilik yatak ile sunuldugunu odaya cikinca anladik. Balkon dedikleri alanlarda ise bir kisi ancak ayakta durabilir. Ek yatak talep etsek odada yatak koyulabilecek yer bile yoktu. Bu yuzden iki yanindaki otelden bir oda daha tutmak zorunda kaldik. Rezervasyon yapilirken dikkat edilmeli. Restaurant calisanlari temizlik gorevlileri gayet sicak kanli iyi niyetli sevimli insanlar. Recepsiyondaki arkadaslardan gecen yil da cok hoslanmamistim bu yil da tutumlari biraz rahatsiz edici geldi.

We booked a room here using Expedia and upon arrival, we noticed that the place was a complete dump and looked nothing like the photos that were uploaded. We left almost immediately after arriving. I talked to the front desk (Adnan, I believe) and he said he would issue a refund after subtracting the cost of the first night, which we didn’t stay. The day after he refused to do so. I took several photos of the property, which I’m happy to share—I anticipated something like this might happen. This feels like a typical scam, and it’s unacceptable.

Had an amazing stay with the family, you could see from the balcony that other resorts were like a ghost town at this time of the year but this one although quite had a decent amount of guests. Very friendly staff, allowed us to check in an hour earlier too. One recommendation would be to put a microwave in at the main eating area as the food althou not cold i prefer my meals piping hot.Also the late night snack area needs to have more variety.

Kısa tek gecelik bir konaklama yapmamız gerekiyordu ama çıkarken keşke daha çok günümüz olsaydı dedik. Off season geldik yolumuz Antalya’dan geçiyordu bu otelde konakladık. Oda büyüklüğü 3x5 metre yani 15m2 civarı biraz küçük ama hem otelin konumu çok güzeldi hem sabah kahvaltısı açık büfe hep kaliteli güzel taze malzemelerdendi hem de bu artıların yanında otelin fiyatı çok iyiydi. Yaklaşık 3m2 de balkonu vardı. Banyo temiz ve mimari açıdan da şık. Spa ve havuz da vardı vaktimiz yetmedi kullanmadık. Tavsiye ederim. Bir daha gelirsek yine burayı tercih ederiz çok memnun kaldık.

Her sey cok iyiydi. Kahvaltı çeşitleri baya bi fazla zeytin peynir cesitleri olsun her istediginizi bulabiliyorsunuz. Spa merkezini kullanmadık ama masaj çeşitlerini gordugumuzde baya sasırdık her turlu masaj var. Deniz manzaralı odada kaldık manzarası cok iyiydi ama tek sorun odanın biraz küçük olmasıydı biz odada pek durmadığımız için dert etmedik ancak uzun süre odada kalacak olanlar için sorun olabilir. Ok hotell givet ett relativt lågt pris. Hotellet påstår sig ha rökfria rum men det stämmer inte. Första rummet helt inrökt, vi bytte. Andra rummet inte lika illaliktande så vi fick acceptera det. Bra städning på rummet, men kattbajs i korridoren två gånger på en vecka. Låg standard på frukosten, men i paritet med hotellets prisnivå. Bra läge i Konyaalti, nära till den fina strandpromenaden och restauranger.

Bin positiv überrascht. Das Hotel direkt an Konyaaltis meilenweitem Strand. Zimmern sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Im Bad befindet sich alles was man brauch. Rasierer, Zahnpasta und Co. Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. Das Frühstück mit sehr gutem Auswahl und mit viel Liebe zubereitet.

This could be a lovely hotel but definitely needs lots more attention to detail. The music in the restaurant is so loud you can't hear yourselves think. We paid for a deluxe room with sea view but after two nights requested to be moved to the back of the hotel for a bit of peace and quiet! The music goes on until midnight, even when restaurant is empty. Housekeeping was a bit strange - they missed us completely a couple of times and, when they did service the room, didn't leave towels, replenish coffee, etc. Would try and avoid if possible.
