Easy check in and room was available early which was great. Small car park, squeezed between hotel art and hotel europe, but we did manage to get a space. Amazing views over the old town of Sarajevo and great location to explore. Be aware this hotel does NOT have a pool, even thlugh the description says it does. They allow you access to the pool and spa in the hotel next door if you ask for a pass. We had a suit room which was a decent size with a living room and bedroom. It had a large bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle (with water jets!) But the shower was dirty with some black mould around the edges. Breakfast was disappointing, quite basic and the cooked food was luke warm at best.

very nice hotel and a great location in the old town very close to lots of mosques and everything is halal in the area also easy access to public transport. the decore was a little dated and there was no pool as stated in the hotel info

Great location in the center of the old town. The pool and the gym are actually in the adjacent hotel Europa. I used the gym - it was basic but had everything I needed for upper and lower body workout. The safe in the room didn't work but it wasn't a biggie. My 14-year old son and I slept in a room with two beds. The beds were more on the small side but probably Ok for most people. The pillow was huge, too big for me, and I forgot to ask for smaller ones, so my sleep there wasn't the best. The breakfast was Ok except the coffee that sucked (how come they couldn't make Turkish coffee?). I liked having free parking right next to the hotel.

Buena ubicación, el desayuno podría estar mejor. Al hotel le hace falta una renovación. De todos todos modos fue una buena estadía. Vale destacar que tiene parking gratuito en las instalaciones, eso es muy conveniente

Da vi ankom hotellet, kunne ikke resepsjonisten finne bestillingen min. Jeg viste min kvittering fra dere, men den stod på norsk. Han tok noen telefoner og så ble vi sjekket inn. Det manglet håndkler og glass på rommet, men dette fikk vi da vi spurte etter det. Hotellet var midt i sentrum med gangavstand til alt! Gratis parkering var også et pluss.

There were roaches in my room. Nothing else mattered to me. Room was spacious. The view from the room was great. Staff was friendly. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good though overcrowded when there were groups. Pool at Europe hotel a bit chilly

The good: Location was great, had parking and the room was confortable and quiet. The BAD: No service at all: The minibar was not working, the shower sewer was clogged and nobody came to fix them during our stay. We asked for 2 additional pillows - got them the next morning. Breakfast was terrible - first day we got there and all the free tables were dirty/with plates and remains of food -nobody was cleaning them - The coffee machine did not work the 2 days- readymade coffee from a thermos was cold - the the offering was minimal and of poor quality (see photos at 8AM). The hotel says they have a pool and spa - well they do not - Guests can use the pool/spa of the hotel across the street but that is not the same. We complained a lot but they said they did not have service because it was a weekend ¿? Don't recommend

Good thing about this hotel is its location, as it’s very close to the city center and within walking distance of sightseeing spots. Unfortunately, the shower drain was always clogged and water would accumulate while showering. Bathroom was not in a good contiditon. I don’t really think it was worth the money, but for 2 days it was ok. Breakfast was ok.

Das Zimmer war dreckig und das Personal unfreundlich. Das Hotel hat die Buchung gefunden, aber wollte, dass ich im Hotel bezahle, obwohl ich schon über Hotels.com bezahlt habe. Ich werde dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen.

O hotel é muito bom, bem pertinho de restaurantes, mercadinhos, ponto de ônibus e de tram, além de ser perto de varias atrações turísticas também. Confortável, limpo, tem frigobar e cofre. Café da manhã bom. Vale a pena se hospedar nele!

Habitación Grande y espaciosa con una sala, cama cómoda Y limpia, un poco fría para mi gusto pero me dijeron que todavía no era época de prender la calefacción, pero en general todo muy bien, excelente atención en recepción, y a unos pasos del casco antiguo.

Excellent location. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Great breakfast. Only downside was reception lady. Really seemed like me checking in was a hassle for her as she sighed when I asked to have my passport back rather than leaving it with her.

The property is well situated, with most major attractions, museums and landmarks, within easy walking distance. Staff are friendly and willing to offer assistance and/or information if required. The top floor rooms (one of which i stayed in) offer splendid views of the nearby mountain side. Interior room decor is slightly dated, but this is a very minor niggle. I would recommend this Hotel when staying in Sarajevo!

The most valuable assets of Hotel Art are staff from cleaners, kitchen staff and especially reception staff. They are all very nice and friendly and that made us feel like at home. Very polite and very professional were Edi, Alda, Jelena and others. We would highly recommend Hotel Art for few days stay in Sarajevo

We were only staying for one night but the facilties were just fine! Nice large room, staff super helpful, breakfast adequate. Location ideal for getting around. We used the bus to and from airport, bus stop a short walk away.

Heruntergekommenes Hotel in super Lage. Das Personal beim Check in am ersten Tag war sehr nett, was man von den Menschen an den folgenden Tagen eher nicht sagen kann. Der Mensch, der das Frühstück betreut hat, hatte absolut keine Lust irgendetwas zu tun, außer einem Room Number statt Guten Morgen, sagte er z.B, als ich nach Joghurt fragte, hier ist Schokopudding. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, statt dessen gab es lauwarmen Nesskaffee aus einem großen Behälter. Auf Tee umsteigen? Fehlanzeige, lässt sich mit fast kaltem Wasser nicht aufbrühen. Auch getrocknete Spiegeleier sind nicht wirklich lecker und ... Die Dame an der Rezeption, liess sich auch nur sehr ungern beim Solitärspielen stören. Unser Zimmer? Der Putz fiel im Bad von der Decke, im Zimmer von den Wänden. Die Dusche hatte auch schon weit bessere Tage gesehen. Aber am kreativsten war die Haltrung des Spiegels, als ich versuchte mit ein Stück Seife von der Ablage zu nehmen, hatte ich großes Glück, dass mir der Spiegel nicht runterfiel. Die Seife war nämlich nicht zum Händewaschen gedacht, sondern mit zwei anderen Stücken, die Halterung des Spiegels. Mir würde noch einigs einfallen, aber ich will mich ja nicht aufregen..........

The gentleman that works evenings was particularly kind and friendly. The location couldn't be better. Parking was easy and the complimentary breakfast was great (that staff was excellent too). Would recommend!

The good: Location was great, had parking and the room was confortable and quiet. The BAD: No service at all: The minibar was not working, the shower sewer was clogged and nobody came to fix them during our stay. We asked for 2 additional pillows - got them the next morning. Breakfast was terrible - first day we got there and all the free tables were dirty/with plates and remains of food -nobody was cleaning them - The coffee machine did not work the 2 days- readymade coffee from a thermos was cold - the the offering was minimal and of poor quality (see photos at 8AM). The hotel says they have a pool and spa - well they do not - Guests can use the pool/spa of the hotel across the street but that is not the same. We complained a lot but they said they did not have service because it was a weekend ¿? Don't recommend

The gentleman that works evenings was particularly kind and friendly. The location couldn't be better. Parking was easy and the complimentary breakfast was great (that staff was excellent too). Would recommend!

Great location in the center of the old town. The pool and the gym are actually in the adjacent hotel Europa. I used the gym - it was basic but had everything I needed for upper and lower body workout. The safe in the room didn't work but it wasn't a biggie. My 14-year old son and I slept in a room with two beds. The beds were more on the small side but probably Ok for most people. The pillow was huge, too big for me, and I forgot to ask for smaller ones, so my sleep there wasn't the best. The breakfast was Ok except the coffee that sucked (how come they couldn't make Turkish coffee?). I liked having free parking right next to the hotel.

Great location, close to everything. Fantastic views. Good sound proofing in the rooms. Comfortable room. Kettle in room and mini fridge. Room was a bit dated and tired.

Clean room with plenty of space. Hot water and plenty of heat in the room. Great location to visit interesting sites and museums being in the heart of old town. Close to get your guide and tour Bosnia offices. Free breakfast buffet was nice.

Easy check in and room was available early which was great. Small car park, squeezed between hotel art and hotel europe, but we did manage to get a space. Amazing views over the old town of Sarajevo and great location to explore. Be aware this hotel does NOT have a pool, even thlugh the description says it does. They allow you access to the pool and spa in the hotel next door if you ask for a pass. We had a suit room which was a decent size with a living room and bedroom. It had a large bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle (with water jets!) But the shower was dirty with some black mould around the edges. Breakfast was disappointing, quite basic and the cooked food was luke warm at best.

Good thing about this hotel is its location, as it’s very close to the city center and within walking distance of sightseeing spots. Unfortunately, the shower drain was always clogged and water would accumulate while showering. Bathroom was not in a good contiditon. I don’t really think it was worth the money, but for 2 days it was ok. Breakfast was ok.

Excellent location. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Great breakfast. Only downside was reception lady. Really seemed like me checking in was a hassle for her as she sighed when I asked to have my passport back rather than leaving it with her.
