Absolutely loved my stay at the Sunshine Hotel! Receptionists, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff were all super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Cannot beat the proximity to the beach with free access to lounge chairs and service from the hotel restaurant, plus having the pool as an option when you’re all beached out was perfect!

I would be more than happy to stay here again. Breakfast was nice, lovely staff, room spacious and clean. We had the mountain and pool view. Off-site parking is about 5 mins walk from the hotel. This is on a vacant lot at the back of the hotel. We felt safe and the food in the restaurant is reasonably priced and top quality.

We absolutely had the best time. From the moment we checked in with management Dimitri we felt so at home. The views and room incredible. The bar hotel eating amazing for friends to gather. Janis, Aphrodite and Stephanous were so great and spoiled us at the beach. We were there for a wonderful wedding in Greece and between events it was so relaxing being at Hotel Sunshine . Sad to say good bye. Looking forward to coming back. Finally Kumasi is amazing shopping food. Loved swimming and the beach chairs at the hotel!!

Overall great spot, great breakfast, great accommodations. 2 negatives: Assumption that parking behind the hotel was easily located (not, no signage, with one way streets, frustrating as every miss was another cycle around town) Overly aggressive concierge; baggage assistance was not required as we travel light but despite declining, insisted resulting in a comedy of errors which ended up just delaying our departure and frustrating us and ultimately leaving a negative memory to an otherwise positive stay.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Very welcoming staff, good breakfast, and good restaurant with discount for guests. Reasonably priced, it is next to Kamari beach and offers sunbeds which are convenient and comfy. Pool is lovely, never full, clean and respectful environment. The last day they offered us to use all common installations (including pool, shower and beach sunbeds) with no extra cost. There is parking available next to the hotel if you rent a car here. Totally recommended.

Face à la mer si vous recherchez un hôtel pour passer de belles vacances à Kamari loin de la foule des touristes, bord de mer avec matelas de plage et serviette à disposition. N’hésitez pas pour réserver cet hôtel. Chambre propre petit déjeuner au top , parking à côté gratuit et la cerise sur le gâteau le personnel est au top du top !!!!! Bravo à tous Merci

Absolutely loved our holiday here couldn't fault the experience. Front desk staff so knowledgeable and helpful, housekeeping amazing and breakfast looking over the sea perfect. 5 mins to the bus stop quick and easy into Fira and great restaurants on the door step.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunshine Hotel. It was very clean, the staff was OUTSTANDING, the food was great and the location was perfect. Kamari was our favorite side of the island. The beachfront location, variety of restaurants/bars, shops and close access to the bus were ideal. I hope to return for another visit and Sunshine will be my first choice for accommodations. Do not hesitate to consider this lovely boutique hotel. Demitris and his staff are top notch!!!!

We stayed at this property from 2nd Sep till 5th Sep in a double room 106. The manager and the receptionist lady at the front desk are just brilliant. Always ready to help and share any local information. The hotel is situated in a brilliant location just opposite to a beautiful beach. The hotel provides free sun beds and towels for the beach. Breakfast is okay. The room in which we stayed is slightly small in area as compared to what we saw in the photos. Overall good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were nice, the hotel was beautiful, and the owner and staff were incredibly kind and fun. We loved having the beach with beds for hotel guests, as well as the hotel bar and restaraunts a few seconds walk away. The location is perfect: quiet, but very close to all the shopping and restaraunts down the boardwalk. Highly recommend this place and will hopefully be back again soon!

From the very start at check in with Eva on reception everything & everyone about Sunshine Hotel was fantastic! All the hotel staff from our room cleaner, kitchen & bar staff, beach & restaurant staff were extremely friendly, helpful & courteous Our room 402 was overlooking the pool with great views of the mountain behind, it was spacious & also had a balcony, fridge, large tv(didn’t use) Breakfast was quite basic, a mixture of toast, cereals, fresh fruit & some cooked option, all very tasty but maybe not for everyone. Situated on a long pedestrianised sea front which is mainly dominated by hotel restaurants that overlook the sea, anyone can use so you’re spoilt for choice! Kamari is a laid back resort, ideal for couples wanting a more relaxed holiday, it does have some lively bars however if you prefer! If you’re thinking of staying in Kalamari I would highly recommend Sunshine Hotel for your stay 😁

The best things about my stay here was that the hotel was right on the beach strand, the staff were super friendly, and the breakfast was delightful. The room I had was a bit outdated, but had the necessities. I loved that there were plenty of retail and restaurants nearby.

We had a really lovely stay. Requested sea view room and it did not disappoint. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Pool side was really nice and not over crowded even tho hotel was fully booked. Had restaurants, shops and the beach at our doorstep. Would definitely come back

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The sea view was astonishing. Staff were respectful and helpful. I must say that the hotel Manager was extraordinarily helpful. I had an official document to send and he went above and beyond to help, support and even type it for me on his personal computer. This was impressive. I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Santorini. Thanks again Sunshine hotel!

Overall great spot, great breakfast, great accommodations. 2 negatives: Assumption that parking behind the hotel was easily located (not, no signage, with one way streets, frustrating as every miss was another cycle around town) Overly aggressive concierge; baggage assistance was not required as we travel light but despite declining, insisted resulting in a comedy of errors which ended up just delaying our departure and frustrating us and ultimately leaving a negative memory to an otherwise positive stay.

The hotel manager and staff were amazing, i can't say enough good things about them, every member of the staff gave us the five star treatment and were so friendly. The hotel is very nice and is in a great location, right on thr black volcanic beach of Kamari, which was my favorite part of Santorini overall. Kamari doesn't have the stunning caldera viiews but has a chill, relaxing beach vibe which is what my girlfriend and i prefered as a location to stay in. Oia is a 30 minute drive from Kamari early in the morning before the cruise ships and tour busses, later in the day its about sn hour drove and Oia becomes a nightmare.

Absolutely loved our holiday here couldn't fault the experience. Front desk staff so knowledgeable and helpful, housekeeping amazing and breakfast looking over the sea perfect. 5 mins to the bus stop quick and easy into Fira and great restaurants on the door step.

We LOVED that we were right on the beach, walking out of the hotel to lounge in the sun was exactly what we wanted in our trip. Very relaxing with tons of shops and food options near by.

Hotel maravilhoso! Limpeza impecável, equipe muito atenciosa e simpática e café da manhã delicioso! Escolhemos o quarto com vista para a piscina que era super espaço, ótimo! A localização do hotel é ótima, de frente para uma praia linda com diversas opções de restaurantes! O café da manhã você pode tomar com vista para o mar. Para se locomover você pode alugar um carro ou tem também ponto de ônibus próximo. Super recomendamos!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή και βολική τοποθεσία, μπροστά απο την παραλια και δίπλα υπάρχουν εστιατόρια,καφέ κτλ.. επίσης το δωμάτιο ηταν όμορφο και πολύ καθαρό. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικο και όλοι όσοι εργαζονται εκεί είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και φιλικοί! Ήταν μια όμορφη εμπειρία.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα☺️

We stayed at this property from 2nd Sep till 5th Sep in a double room 106. The manager and the receptionist lady at the front desk are just brilliant. Always ready to help and share any local information. The hotel is situated in a brilliant location just opposite to a beautiful beach. The hotel provides free sun beds and towels for the beach. Breakfast is okay. The room in which we stayed is slightly small in area as compared to what we saw in the photos. Overall good experience.

From the very start at check in with Eva on reception everything & everyone about Sunshine Hotel was fantastic! All the hotel staff from our room cleaner, kitchen & bar staff, beach & restaurant staff were extremely friendly, helpful & courteous Our room 402 was overlooking the pool with great views of the mountain behind, it was spacious & also had a balcony, fridge, large tv(didn’t use) Breakfast was quite basic, a mixture of toast, cereals, fresh fruit & some cooked option, all very tasty but maybe not for everyone. Situated on a long pedestrianised sea front which is mainly dominated by hotel restaurants that overlook the sea, anyone can use so you’re spoilt for choice! Kamari is a laid back resort, ideal for couples wanting a more relaxed holiday, it does have some lively bars however if you prefer! If you’re thinking of staying in Kalamari I would highly recommend Sunshine Hotel for your stay 😁

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Very welcoming staff, good breakfast, and good restaurant with discount for guests. Reasonably priced, it is next to Kamari beach and offers sunbeds which are convenient and comfy. Pool is lovely, never full, clean and respectful environment. The last day they offered us to use all common installations (including pool, shower and beach sunbeds) with no extra cost. There is parking available next to the hotel if you rent a car here. Totally recommended.
