The room was very tired and worn down. Needs a refurbishment. The mattress was poor and uneven. Needs to be replaced. Could not sleep due to cleaning occurring outside my room, despite it being a premium room

The room was excellent. Great size and amenities! Amazing service. All the staff was so hospitable and went out of the way to assist. The wait staff knew the menu and assisted with food orders! The food at each restaurant was excellent.
