Excellent service as soon as u walk staff all really helpful hotel itself is big nice and lobby area huge plenty of seating swimming pool are great size 3 large swimming pool. Pleanty to do in the hotel. pravite beach

Internet not great Pool arena was Amazon, but problems with sunbeds, because they allow people to lay Towels from early morning.

Excellent stay with all-inclusive. Just what we wanted and just as on the pictures. The only think I want to comment is that the pool was not heated. It was cold in January although the temperature was between 25 and 30c. The pool temperature was probably around 20.

Gode store værelser og mange faciliteter, dog lidt slidt hist og her. Stort og overdådigt mad- og drinkudvalg til alle måltider. 3 store og lækre udendørs swimmingpools med mange liggestole. Godt indendørs pool og træningscenter.

We had a lovely stay in Riu Agadir. Only 30 mins from the airport and right on the beach. Wonderful staff, large and clean grounds. Excellent choice of foods, many made fresh to order, large and well equipped gym, indoor pool. The only negative is the towel policy- sunbeds are reserved with towels before 8am then unoccupied until lunchtime.

The resort is real nice and the people working there and a nice evening lounge with music in lobby area. However , “The Spa” place on the hotel is horrible; the staff argue, do not understand own price list, forget the appointments with their customers. Also inside gift shop refuse to take visa card and do not seem to want to sell. It is stronger advice to get new partners . I give 4 stars to hotel but less than 2 stars to their on site spa and lobby shop, so total Max 3 stars. hotel but less than 2 to in

Spacious room, great pools and fantastic facilities for young children (pool, playground, indoor playing area and even a painting area). We were unfortunately not impressed by the food but at least there was a wide variety and you could also find something nice. The Moroccan restaurant was the best of the options.

Very beautiful property. Only negative was that they filled the outside pools with cold water so nobody could swim in them. The outside pools looked good but it was all for show which was a shame.

Walking around the area you can see there's loads of hotels but this one was definitely the best choice! The staff worked hard to maintain cleanliness at all times. The pools were very nice but unfortunately too cold to go in. Beach is extremely close with loads of activities to do. Within the hotel there is a lot of activities to do with the animation team working hard to provide entertainment - they were especially good during the evening shows. Only downfall of the hotel is probably the food - it's not the tastiest but there's mass amounts with plenty of choice.

Food very bland and trays empty, rooms had cockroaches and ants, some staff very poor won’t even smile, will never want to stay here again and would t recommend to anyone

Hotel complex was big and inclusive and had everything you would expect from a beach holiday. Plenty of different sports to suite all tastes and four decent restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff made every effort to please and accommodate you from getting you a parasol and setting it up to getting you a toothpick! Private sandy beach and hotel rooms big and cleaned every day. Really enjoyed our 10 days in Agadir 2023 holiday and would certainly go again.

Shower drainage wasn’t working properly. room wasent clean. there was no air condition in the room only a fan which was making a noise. When I arrived at the hotel was not directed where the room is i had to locate the room myself would not recommend this resort

Le personnel sont vraiment accueillant, aimable et à l'écoute, mais il est urgent de rénover l'hôtel car sur notre chambre sentait l'humidité.

Resort très beau, avec beaucoup d'opportunités pour se détendre et bien profiter de sa période de vacances. Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Les chambres sont grandes et bien tenues, la seule chose à reprocher : la présence des fourmis partout dans la chambre

I have enjoyed a few days in the resort, and left with mixed emotions. Staff- the only issue/ unpleasant experience was upon checking in. My flight landed early, arriving at the reception at 1pm I enquired about slightly early check in that wasn't available, however I was advised they would email me once the room was ready. At 2:45 I walked over to ask again as the email never arrived and room was indeed available. I was given keys, but not given a hotel bracelet which I was later questioned by security about. The rest of the staff were all lovely however and always with a smile on their faces. Room- rooms are large and comfortable. Daily cleaning, complimentary water, however very overpowering cleaning products. There is no kettle in the room. Also the 2 single beds making a double is substandard for a 4 star property. The hotel grounds are large and well kept, security at each entrance. Sunbeds- obviously all with towels on from before 9am which is something the hotel isn't dealing with at all- disappointing. Food- the beach side restaurant for breakfast and lunch is lovely, varied selection of foods, including local tagines (they are always eaten first so you have to be quick), the main dinner restaurant feels quite formal, I did not enjoy the food either despite it being similar to lunch. Also, for seatings after the dinner rush (after 9pm) you walk into a cleaning service with little selection of food left.

Wir waren 11 Tage im Riu Tikida Dunas. Die Eingangshalle und die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind veraltet und in die Jahre gekommen. Waschbecken und Wasserhahn sind unmöglich. Zimmer wurden über die Jahre sehr vernachlässigt, einfach alles etwas lieblos und ohne Farben gestaltet. Das Essen ist gut und abwechslungsreich, aber die Brotecke eine Katastrophe. Alles wird sehr unhigienisch gestaltet. Jeder fasst Brot und Brötchen an. Kein System. Es gibt viele Menschen die eine Weizenunverträglichkeit haben. Dann sollten auch andere Brotsorten vorhanden sein. Zum Beispiel Dinkelbrot oder Vollkornbrot!!!!‘ Man kann nicht nur viel Geld von den Gästen verlangen!!!!!!‘ Also im Riu Tikida Dunas sollten dringend Veränderungen vorgenommen werden. Lieber dann in Agadir ein Fünf Sterne Hotel buchen

Room was noisy from the nearby nightclub. Food was okay.

We arrived before check in but we're allowed to have lunch and use the rest of their facilities until then. The room was lovely. Great sea view and of the pools from our balcony. The bathroom was ok. It looked like they had two attempts to fit the shower riser. The shower hose was like a chrome coloured rubber and it never quite pointed to where you wanted. Beds were made and fresh towels daily and always very clean. The animation team were all very friendly and enthusiastic. However,.the evening entertainment was a bit samey. There was a wide variety of food, all very tasty. Enough to cater for me, a meat eater and my wife, a (more or less vegan.....she likes eggs). The beach was very clean and great for enjoying waves. Not much else near by but the taxi's are cheap and you can barter them down a little to get elsewhere. We had a late flight but as with check in we were able to continue to use the facilities until we left for the airport. Thanks for a lovely stay

A lovely resort with well kept communal amenities both inside and out and a tastefully decorated and comfortable lounge area. Sadly this quality and standard was not replicated in the bedrooms. We stayed in a double standard room which was dated and tired and in need of upgrading and/or refurbishment. The very heavy dusty curtains were hanging off the rail and didn't close fully and the net curtain underneath was stained and torn. We had to ask for our bed linen to be changed on check in - soiled in places. The patio door didn’t close properly and therefore the air conditioning unit was unable to work effectively. Some of the bathroom fittings were broken, and the bathroom drain was smelly. Despite reporting these on the Riu App and then to sympathetic reception staff, not much could be done to remedy the issues during our stay. A real shame about the rooms as everything else was as anticipated.

The room was nice as we had a sea view. Was very quiet. Good choice of food. Entertainment needs improving

Fabulous hotel! All staff (especially animation team) and facilities excellent - the icing on the cake would be a stocked mini-bar in room plus kettle to make hot drinks on a morning.

The stay was ok, but the hotel is not worth 4 stars. The buildings are very outdated and the rooms are very old-fashioned. Some of the mirrors and fixtures in the bathroom were broken. The armchairs and chairs in the lobby were worn out. Overall, the hotel was far too expensive for its condition. In general, everything was clean and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The pool area and proximity to the sea were great.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with family. The only thing I feel they can improve is the attitude of the front desk staff as they act if the sun shines out of their a**. The person co-ordinating guest baggage when you first arrive needs to be sacked as he was rude and didn’t assist with taking our luggage to our room even though it was late and we had to young children with us. The restaurant staff including the chefs are brilliant always friendly, attentive and happy to help with any dietery requirements. Everyone on-site including even the maintenance and service staff were resepectful and acknowledged you when walking around the grounds of the hotel. The private beach section could have been kept cleaner by the hotel cleaning team. Security team always on guard and attentive. Good hotel and may use again except the next time I will take a very heavy bag possibly with free weights and get the rude luggage coordinator to carry it around on his shoulders! Front desk staff get a life and chill and be open, honest and respond to guest queries faster!

Great hotel in a brilliant location. Lovely and modern with a great layout and super close proximity to the beach which held beautiful sunsets. Staff were lovely and always happy to help, special mention to the security guard at the front entrance who saved us when our pickup didn’t arrive for the airport on our last day, honestly don’t know what we would have done without him. Buffet restaurant was great for breakfast and lunch but we felt dinner let it down sadly. All inclusive drinks weren’t the best but think that’s typical of most all inclusive hotels and at this price you cannot argue. Both the restaurants which were also included free of extra charge were lovely so don’t miss out on those.

Good service clean hotel , very good family fun

The hotel was clean and friendly staff. Only that they do not provide any shampoos conditioners or. Body lotion which is normally provided in hotels all over the world. No clothes iron in rooms but you can get one with a deposit at reception. The food was very repeatative and felt that way even thoug even had 2 meals in different restaurants during our 4 nights stay. The staff in the main bar in the evening were rather disappointing. They need to learn to serve with a smile and treat everyone equally.

Stayed for 5 nights , the longest check in / waiting for our room for 3 hours .. staff not listening to our requests although we emailed before . Reception staff were very friendly but that it where it ends ,can’t say the same about bar staff and some of restaurant staff . The property gardens are beautiful and immaculate this is why we chose this hotel for the garden and swimming pools , the pools are very cold in October which we did not expect , the ocean was warmer though and so clean ! The food is ok very repetitive and not that many options comparing to other all inclusive hotels but we enjoyed it . I have emailed before twice to say it was a special anniversary and I thought at least they could put a message in the room or some cake but totally ignored which was disappointing… I think this is the conclusion : beautiful grounds but no attention to detail , we will not return

Hôtel très bien situé et doté de tous les équipements de son standing. Quelques petites améliorations pourraient être apporter sur l'insonorisation des chambres afin de rendre cet établissement optimum. Les restautants proposés de base restent plus que correct. Les deux autres sur réservations sont excellents. Le personnel est vraiment souriant, poli et au petit soin pour ses clients. Un MERCI tout particulier à Lassen. Merci également à Nourredine, Abdel Kader et Ali. Je recommande cet Hôtel👌✨️

Great location with proximity to the beach and bilinguals staff which made me feel very comfortable and welcome.

A mixed bag of a stay, hotel is overall clean and tidy albeit quite tired. Rooms have damaged tiles, wonky shower doors and bathroom leaks. Air conditioning appears to heat the room up rather than cool it down and is very noisy. Food and restaurant service is a disaster. There is no management of the meals. You simply walk into the restaurants and you have to hunt high and low for a table. God forbid you sit at a table larger than your party because the staff tell you off! Drink and food are all self service. Food is below average, often if the specialist restaurant is open the night before then the main restaurant seems to serve up the unused food the following night. It’s never hot, tepid and luke warm, swimming in oil and grease. Not surprising that my wife got food poisoning despite trying to make safer choices. Hotel reception didn’t really care when we reported the matter, they did call the Doctor out but only once we agreed to pay them directly. Other issues/minor annoyances - no drinks in room, no robes or slippers, sun bed reservations are annoying. Spa is an avoid too, they clearly don’t know what they are doing, had to refer to a paper guide in the room during the massage, they exposed my wife’s breasts and massaged them and then pulled her bathing suit down below her bottom and massaged her bottom. We laughed about it at the time but for others this could be traumatic and confusing. A strong avoid for us.

Point fort l’emplacement et le fait que ce soit un Très bel hôtel. Point faible Les repas sont identiques tous les jours pas assez variés et pas assez de spécialités ce qui est dommage quand on va au Maroc. Il faut réserver une semaine à l’avance pour manger dans les deux restaurants de l’hôtel car pas de place.

The hotel was nice and clean the service was good the only disappointment was the food very bland and tasteless more aless the same every day they need to keep kettles in room which most hotels do worldwide

Nous avons apprécié le cadre qui est magnifique. Cependant la qualité de la cuisine est médiocre produit froid, mal cuit et sans goût étonnant pour le Maroc. Le personnel est assez froid et peu disponible. Il a fallu passer 3 fois dans la même journée à l'accueil pour nous remplir le minibar qui devait être rempli tous les deux jours. Les animations ne sont pas très variés. Toutefois le personnel d'animation est adorable tout particulièrement le kids club.
