Lovely hotel in a great location, 1min from the train station and 5 min walk to the main square. Staff were very friendly, however they did seem to be understaffed in the bars and reception. Swimming pool is small so gets busy very quickly and there are only around 4 sun beds and 6 chairs.

Excellent hotel in the middle of Montpellier. Near the train station and walkable to all the sights. Nice restaurant. Very quiet and comfortable given the central location. The staff are very nice and professional. Call ahead if you need to park your car. They have a private parking lot that’s extra. It’s a bit complicated to figure out how to access it but it’s no problem once you do. A very pleasant stay in a beautiful city.

Highly recommended. The staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. Lovely, freshly modernized room in a building loaded with historical charm. Our room faced the courtyard and pool and was very quiet, despite the hotel's location in a busy part of town. Excellent breakfast. Hotel parking has spacious spots for cars. Getting there is tricky, but hotel staff provide detailed written instructions and will walk you through each step of the process when you call them. Just don't count on using your car in town....

This hotel was beautiful and well situated to explore the city. However, parking was extremely difficult and poorly explained ahead of time. In fact, gaining access to the parking garage and understanding how to obtain a ticket etc. was very stressful. We parked the car elsewhere and walked to the hotel to speak with reception. The staff were very, very helpful and took walked us through the process on how to park the car. Thank you.

We do a lot of trip research and this has never happened to us before, but it was so awful we left and booked and 5 star hotel on the other side of town. The lobby bathrooms we dated and filthy. There was urine all over the floor in the mens rooms and when we came back 3 hours later when the the room was to be available there was still urine all over the floor. The bottoms of the leather chairs in the bar were worn to the point of being ripped. The room did not line up with the photos we had seen and it was like and ugly functional business hotel box with frayed phone cords and no amenities not a hotel for tourist. no mini bar and the rooms super modern feel were totally incongruous with the historic building. The staff were all lovely and professional. Fine for business travel, but don't book it for your vacation.

Just a 4 minute walk from the Montpellier Sant Roch station and a 2 mile walk to public transport, Place de la comédie, shopping, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies etc. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. My special thanks to Daniel who provides service always with a smile and made us feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall an excellent place to stay while in Montpellier

Thank you to the Oceania staff. Outstanding service from start to finish from all staff. Room spotlessly clean really comfortable well air conditioned, relaxing pool area, quiet outside lunch spot, beautiful period decor with modern room. We had a great stay in this hotel. Nice place, friendly staff, close to the center with a swimming pool. Very pleasant when it’s hot. Unfortunately a part of the hotel was on renovation and the restaurant was closed so I guess the hotel is even better when the renovation will be finished.

bel hôtel avec un jardin et une piscine agréable en plein centre ville. à deux pas de la gare St roch et de la place de la comédie.personnel tres sympathique et professionnel. la chambre est confortable, au calme, la douche est spacieuse, mais attention glissante.il manque de quoi poset les serviettes, il y a un petit sèche serviette qui fait pour une seule serviette.la cafetière est appréciable avec deux capsules remises tous les jours. le petit déjeuner a été décevant notamment pour le prix; une seule variété de pain blanc, les gâteaux ne sont pas maison ni le jus de fruit (industriel: tropicana). le fromage était bon avec un choix local.dans l'ensemble il est de meilleur qualité a Belaoria ou même à l'ibis. c'est dommage pour un hôtel de cet catégorie.alors qu'au bar ils font des oranges préssées.
