Un très bon accueil, l'hôtel est situé auprès du centre ville, on doit stationner dans la rue. L'hôtel est propre et l'équipement de la chambre correspond au prix. Le seul bémol du séjour se situe pour le petit déjeuner qui n'offre pas de thé.

The property was extremely clean and we were able to check in early. Parking on the street was easy to find, the location is perfect for exploring on foot and there was a simple breakfast at 8am to start the day. Excellent value for the price!

No cuenta con estacionamiento, hay que buscar donde estacionarse

Esta cerca de la plaza, no tiene estacionamiento pero las calles son tranquilas. El clima tiraba agua.

Petit hôtel très bien placé, propre et service soigné. Facilité de stationnement dans la rue, récéption 24/7 très pratique.

En general todo muy bien, la limpieza de la habitación y su baño es de verdad sobresaliente. Uno de los detalles que creo que deberían mejorar es la parte del estacionamiento, ya que no cuentan con uno propio y te tienes que estacionar en alguna calle alrededor del hotel. Lo compensa su muy buena ubicación céntrica y se puede llegar a pie perfectamente a todos los sitios de interés (15 mins lo mas lejano que seria la calzada de los frailes y el ex convento de San Bernardino de Siena)

Todo bien solo que no hay baños más que el de la habitación no hay estacionamiento y ruido

Beautiful building that looks well maintained. Unfortunately, the drains smell like sewage, so the room ends up smelling like that as well. There is AC and hot water. Beds were OK. Walls are paper thin, so if you enjoy sleeping in silence, bring earplugs. They charged my credit card and said I didn't pay, so had to pay again - they credited me back, but I lost on the conversion on my credit card and had to pay foreign transaction fee, which is an annoyance to have to pay double the fee. Breakfast was as described, continental, bread, butter, jam, fruits, coffee and juice. Convenient location. Decent price, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

This place was very clean

Cuando llegamos había varias cucarachas de diferentes tamaños unas vivas y otras muertas. El agua de lavabo de manos de la habitación se sale por la base de las llaves y se moja todo el mueble del baño. La televisión no la pudimos ver porque no se ven los canales. Al parecer el internet no funciona en la televisión. En general bien, aunque no nos sirvieron nuestra fruta. Nadie nos atendió, nadie nos despidió, solo dejaron que nos sirviéramos solos nuestro desayuno. El ventilador de la habitación 206, está muy flojo pareciera que se va a caer mejor lo apagué.

El personal muy amable, atentos en todo momento, Perla nos asesoró para visitar zonas turísticas, excelente atención de su parte. El hotel muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de la plaza principal. No me gustó los huéspedes ruidosos, a pesar de estar en el reglamento, había niños gritando a las 6:30 am en los pasillos y nadie les decía nada. Igual eran las 10:00pm y tambien gritaban. En las mañanas el personal hacía mucho ruido instalando todo para el desayuno. La limpieza de la habitación puede mejorar, sólo sacudían por encimita, el lavamanos con fuga de agua, se mojaba todo el tocador y todo lo que dejaras ahí. Al ser "hotel boutique" tenía más expectativas.

Clean, nicely maintained, friendly staff, close to everything. Nice continental breakfast of fruit, coffee, toast. Beds are hard.

Hotel bien situé pas loin du centre ville. Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Par contre petit déjeuner à revoir complètement. Seulement du café, du pain de mie, un seul choix de confiture en dose individuelle et de piètre qualité, pas de vrai jus de fruit, enfin bref, vraiment pas top.

The hotel was clean & comfortable, close to town center & bus station. My only complaint is the street noise.

My husband and I stayed in room 1, felt like we were in a motocross race Could hear every car, motorcycle, dirt bike go by all night. Got really loud from 5-7 am. Bed is as hard as a rock other than that it was clean and provided needed essentials. Front desk was pleasant to deal with and location is great.

Nice hotel however on a busy street and very noisy.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was loud with lots of very noisy traffic right outside our window and because of that I might not return. No other negative points.

Está bien el hotel, sin grandes lujos y perfectamente ubicado a dos calles de la iglesia. Una recomendación es que cambiaría los cristales de las ventanas porque el ruido de afuera se escucha como si estuvieses en la misma calle.

Muy limpio y ordenado la ubicación está de maravilla pues todo está relativamente cerca. Lo único malo es que las habitaciones tienen muros de tablaroca y se escuchan todos los ruidos de vecinos de habitación así como del personal del hotel

La propiedad es chica y parece ser tranquila, las cosas negativas que tiene el lugar es que el desayuno es un poco limitado y por la ubicación de la habitación se escucha todo el ruido tanto de la recepción como del lugar donde se sirve el desayuno.

Está muy bien ubicado. Lamentablemente me sucedieron eventos que no son agradables. 1. El 30 de enero me mandan un correo que hay una situación con mi reserva. 2. llamo y Carlos creo es el encargado y me pide PAGAR una noche para GARANTIZAR la estancia le digo que si, sin problema y cuando me pide la tarjeta me dice que por ser DÉBITO tengo que pagar EL TOTAL. Le reitero que se cobre y en ese momento me dice que "No hay inconveniente". "Que me esperan*. 3. No dejaron las toallas al segundo día y sali a buscarlas y las tome de otro cuarto. 4.Al entregar la habitación se nos dijo que "la revisarían a ver si todo estaba bien" Conclusión: Quien contrata a este tipo de personas que le llaman a uno 2 veces una el 30 de enero y otra el día que estaba llegando a la 1: pm 2 de febrero en la Central recibo otra llamada. Primero me quieren cobrar lo cual acepte aún cuando la reserva dice muy claro que se paga llegando. Y esto fue por las fechas festivas que hay en Valladolid. Pero no es motivo para CONDICIONARME y VER SI NO PAGO ME HUBIESEN QUITADO LA Reserva por lo que pude ver. Dónde está entonces la seriedad y el Compromiso que ellos como empresa tienen al GARANTIZAR una Reservación que cuando ellos decidan pueden cancelar arruinando así los planes que uno ya hizo??. Que hubiera pasado si en ese momento que me cobraron vía telefónica no hubiera tenido dinero por cualquier motivo??. Que negocio manipula así lo que anuncian y se dice ESTABLECIMIENTO CONFIABLE???... NO RECOMENDADO!

Es un lugar tranquilo y con muy fácil accesibilidad, excelente limpieza y atención por parte del personal.

Check times aren't normal nor expected, if you try to check in after 6 pm you will just need to find another place and forgo the money you already paid

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa, la chica de recepción fue muy amable y nos dio consejos sobre actividades en valladolid, es un hotel pequeño muy cerca del centro, cuentan con un lindo espacio para desayuno continental (fruta, pan tostado, mermelada, mantequilla, agua del día, leche y café) , ofrecen café y agua purificada fuera de horario, la habitación es amplia y encantadora, muy cómoda para disfrutar de varios días en la ciudad, zona tranquila y segura, sin duda regresaremos.

This is a good place for short stay. It is quite clean. The breakfast needs improvement. It was practically toast and coffee.

They need a better continental breakfast.

Excellent accommodations. Pillow selection was wonderful. Continental breakfast limited to fruit and toast but very good. Tv only in Spanish and subtitles were also in Spanish.

Location is excellent. The style and decour are beautiful and the service top notch. The breakfast is sad: only fruit and white bread with jam or butter.

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in Valladolid. For sure will be back. The continental Breakfast is a Bomb!!

Breakfast was super basic. Other than that just loved the location and my room.

El hotel es muy bonito, quizá solo falta cambiar los colchones aunque va en relación al precio.. El unico tema fue con el desayuno, lo empiezan a servir hasta las 8am, no puedes considerarlo si tienes planes de salir temprano, pedimos apoyo con eso y no nos quieron servir más temprano "por politica".
