The air conditioner in our room was not working, we reported it to the reception, but they did nothing, it was a very bad experience, those who will go should think twice, we slept freezing.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the facility needs better supplies. The towels are very old and faded, no hair dryer in the room and front desk did not have one, we were asked to wait till the morning to get one! Temperature control does not work. The room size is good. The shower drain is slow. The place has good potential but little things needs to be looked after. Not much in the area but would be a good place to stay if you have a car. They offer a free parking.

Liked that is was relatively close to main sites in Izmir. Calm helpful staff much appreciated with their kindness and key knowledge of the area. Close to Basmane railway station also a good thing.
