Very nasty pool area the floor had visible mold everywhere. The hot tub was falling apart the slide was out of order. They called it a waterpark and charged 12.90 a piece for any friends or family to go swimming. The room was very outdated.

This hotel offers a great pool experience for the littles. I really like the foam floor in the entire pool area to add safety and comfort. Unfortunately the big slide was out of order and so was the hot tub after our first evening there. There were also no blobs under the hanging rope bridge like the photos. Was a bit of a disappointment, but we certainly still made the most of our time, and the kids loved the play structure in the kiddie pool. Almost all of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, and enjoyed interacting with our kids. There were a couple of options for the breakfast which were stocked every morning. Cute little community and not a far drive to Fargo for all our needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and our kids are already asking when we can go back.

Hotel was incredibly loud. A school group was staying directly above us and regardless of multiple calls to the front reception the noise continued. I'm not talkong about "happy laughter" loud- im talking about furniture throwing - wrestling loud (at 10pm). I finally had to go up to the room myself and pound on their door, and then sit in their hallway and chaperone them just so my 5 year old and 7 year old could have some peace and quiet in the room below so they could get to sleep. The hot tub jets were not in working order, and the pool area for the kids no longer has the little floating wood slices to hop across, so not as described.

We never had hot water. We went to the front desk and they said that they would turn the hot water heater up, if they did, it didn’t help. There was an odd smell in the room. No one came to clean, unless you put something on the door. At one point, they were out of clean towels, and we were told to use the water park towels. When we spoke to the manager about the hot water, she was very rude. She stated that she stayed there before and had hot water. She kept making comments under her breath about our frustrations with the water, and even told my husband that he “would get more flies with honey.” Breakfast ended at 9am, to which she dumped everything out including a large container of coffee, instead of leaving it for people to have throughout the day she dumped it. I would never stay there again, and am disappointed that I spent that much money on such a poor place.

First, it was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is showing its age. The room itself was fine although the bed was a bit hard and not firm but I could feel the coils hard. The part that was disappointing was the waterpark, the main feature. There was rust on the play equipment, the concrete pillars showed decay. The pool floor itself had areas where the concrete had worn away (they had placed some sort of material over the holes). Did this affect my 4yo from having fun no. Did anyone die or get sick no. We did eat at the Mexican restaurant attached. My husband who is not a picky eater and never complains thought his food was awful (he has a steak burrito) the steak was grey (I instantly thought of the scene from Bridesmaids when I saw the grey steak). I had a chicken quesadilla which was gross as they used canned chicken and did not drain the chicken so the quesadilla was runny. The food lacked seasoning. Did we complain no. Should we have maybe but chalked it up to a bad meal.

Sheets were dirty, blood or p**p stains on the wall in the bathroom, only 2 towels provided, someone’s food was still in the microwave in our room, the bathrooms by the front counter were dirty and smelled bad, the showers in the pool area were all rusted and grimy, the coffee at breakfast was extremely watered down and the breakfast was simply no good. The online photos looked decent but in person was not! The manager Mona was nice to my face but asked Expedia service why I didn’t mention anything the day we got there; first of all, we got there very late the night before after driving hours before hand and I did ask for another blanket because of the stains.

Motel was conveniently located just outside Fargo city limits. Our beds were the most comfortable mattresses I have ever experienced in a hotel. The guy working was so friendly and helpful! Our rooms were clean and very peaceful and quiet! Will definitely stay here again!

My kids loved the waterpark! It was great to have that right at the hotel for family fun. The arcade was also a nice touch. The only real complaint I have is that it could have been a bit cleaner in our bathroom and we were only provided 2 towels so I had to ask for more, then the room was never cleaned so we had the same 5 towels for 5 days and stinky trash. The building is also very dated, but we didn’t mind. The staff were very friendly as well. We would stay here again.

The kids absolutely loved the water park with some relatively minor repairs / maintainance / updating it could be even better. There were a few features not working but the big attractions all worked and kept the kids (and us) entertained for hours. There is nothing particularly great about the hotel rooms but they were decently clean and had sufficient bedding. The only real complaint we would have is our room was directly under the main stairway and so wasnt the most quiet but the location was nice and close to the breakfast area and the pool so sort of a tradeoff. The room could use better blackout curtains as the hallway lights kept it fairly bright in the room all night. Definitely will consider staying again in the future.

The lock on the room was busted. Exchanged keys 4 times and finally the maintenance person switched out the battery but it still didn't work and he said he couldn't replace it because they didn't have anymore. We got switched to another room and move all of our stuff. The new room was mostly clean. There was a few drink bottles on the floor but looked OK otherwise. There was no remote for the TV which would have been a bigger problem if we needed to watch it but we were at the pool most of the time. The kids loved the pool. The staff was great.

Last minute booking for us and given the how few rooms were left in the area it was over priced for the night. Rooms are not very sound proof. Beds were firm and pillows on the firm side as well. We didnt use the splash water park but looked great for smaller kids. Breakfast was ok but not fresh hot eggs are sausage.

We had a wonderful stay here. The improvements made since our last stay are welcomed. Breakfast in lobby and open counter at check in. Also more seating everywhere throughout us wonderful. One noted item is we changed our air conditioning in the room. It was comfortable however after showers the room was sticky. No ventilation in the bathroom so keep your air circulating in the sleeping area to keep the humidity down.

Would not stay here again. They do have a water park but very ran down the restaurant is no longer open. Beds are horrible. And very noisy at night kids running around which could have just been rude guests or not very well insulated walls

The slide was broke down other parts of the pool are broken. Air conditioner in the room didn't work. Staff was nice though no one helped fix the air conditioner after me asking several times also kids had bites all over them after the second night staying there not sure what they were bites from possibly bed bugs. It just wasn't a great experience

I have stayed here often and enjoyed our stay. I’m disappointed that there is no help for them. It seems like one or two people are running everything. Overall it was good. I’m also sad the bar and restaurant are gone. But it was clean and staff are friendly.

My kids had a blast at the water park. However, the area needs some updates and a good cleaning/painting job. You could tell the place had been really nice at one point. The rooms were nice, and when I opened the door to my room, it smelled very clean. The breakfast was okay, nothing too crazy. They had eggs that you could warm up, bagels and toast options, oatmeal, yogurt, and two types of cereal. Overall I would come here again. It was about 30 min from Fargo, it was nice to be away from the city hustle and bustle.

I like that it had restaurant, bar connected. It has laundry, it was in walking distance of the truckstop where I Ieft my semi/trailer unit for the night to get better accommodations during the blizzard storm

We had 4 people in our room. Never had enough towels. Hit tub and slides not working. Tile in the pool area is loose and coming up. Breakfast terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to others. I expect better for the money we paid. Almost $600 fir 2 nights.

Not so great things: For the 3rd time in a row of staying here, the hot tub was once again broken and out of order. Also, the wall above the heater in our room was all bubbled with the paint scraped off. The alarm clock was broken. Their was a long black hair on our bathroom sink and counter. Only two towels were in our bathroom. The freezer in the mini fridge was completely full and blocked with ice, so it coukdnt be used. The restaurant attached to the property is closed down. Great things: The water pressure in the shower was phenomenal. Great Breakfast with waffles, omelets, and etc. The staff were all males suring our stay and were great! Very friendly and helpful.

Property appears as though it hasn’t been updated since it was built in the 80’s?? Very dated. HORRIBLE breakfast options. Egg omelet stored in zip locked baggies that you’re supposed to microwave. Bread also stored in zip lock bags. I will say it seemed clean. But overall very dated and sub par in general. They are definitely basing everything on their “Waterpark”. For $172 on a Thursday night, OUTRAGEOUS. They have you in a tight spot with no other options. Drive the extra 45 minutes and stay in Fargo.
