Beautiful character boutique hotel in the middle of the Quantocks. The Hotel was very welcoming both in decor and staff. From the receptionist to the hotel staff in the dining room, everyone was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. The Hotel was positioned in it's own lovely garden with tables outside to sit in very peaceful surroundings. Would definitely visit again.

Nice , clean, spacious room, big comfy bed, friendly staff, although you can be left waiting in reception for key on occasions. Nice buffet breakfast( eggs etc extra) . Dinner Excellent although long wait for main couse on one night. Excellent setting , lovely walks direct from hotel.nice decor, we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely stay. Lots of wildlife and birds on the doorstep. The garden is really nice. Good breakfast with nice fresh fruit and delicious bread. Cake was good too.
