This is an excellent hotel. The locality is excellent some lovely restaurants and vibrant bars. I had some concerns regarding the safety but I was pleasantly surprised. The obvious measures to prevent theft and mugging is more than sufficient. The spa was a relaxing experience. If you can make it to the Yoga session in Saturday morning, I would recommend it

Very nice pool are. Nice spacious rooms. Trendy street nearby in Santa Teresa but don’t want outside at dark, kind of standard in Rio though.

Staff was fantastic, great suggestions for what to do. Was a little disappointed with my room. I thought I’d paid for a balcony but got a patio instead so not much of a view. Beautiful property, food is excellent, I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great alternative to the beach. Lots of character and charm.
