The place was quiet; the staff was friendly; the hotel and rooms were beautiful and in beautiful shape. We loved that they had a pool, hot tub, and what looked like a very nice breakfast although we did not have time to enjoy them. Wonderful place!

Very comfortable beds, convenient kitchen in room, good breakfast options, loved having the availability of coin op laundry bbq area. Pool area was very noisy and uncomfortably warm/humid, with signs that the floor surrounding pool needed to be deep cleaned — but our 7y old child sure enjoyed it.

A little trouble checking in- their computer programs were not working correctly but friendly staff. Great rooms for the price- it was a last minute stay and it was perfect rooms and price. Lots of parking and no people “just walking around”.

Updated, clean hotel. Quiet, but make sure you get an odd numbered room to be on the opposite side of the building from the highway. Fitness room had weights which was awesome. A little far from amenities like Starbucks and a grocery store.

The room was clean and plenty of towels blankets and pillows. The parking lot was well lit and were able to park within view of the door. The lobby was decorative for Christmas. The staff was very nice. I saw them making the breakfast that morning it was good plenty made for all. There were several families in the eating area of all ages and they all were enjoying breakfast. We would definitely stay again .

Big hotel in a great spot. If you like a firm bed this is the place for you. Room was very spacious, but bed was a bit too firm for my liking. For as big as the hotel is, pool area is small, and breakfast area gets crowded quickly.

Overall the hotel staff were friendly and the room met our needs. There was a dirty towel on our balcony when we arrived but the rest of the room seemed clean. The smell of marijuana was overwhelming at times but that is due to guests not the hotel. The beds were comfortable and we didn't hear a lot of noise from the hallways.

The room was so spacious and comfortable; we definitely will stay again with kids. The pool was not overwhelming and fun for our little family (2 kids 5&7). The pool floor might be in need of some TLC. But not enough to change my opinion of the stay. The bathroom drains were slow, and inlet them know when we left. They manually took note of the problem, which I haven’t experienced before and thanked me. Breakfast and the area was also very nice.

We stayed here over New Years 2022. The facility was extremely clean. Rooms were very nice and well maintained- everything looked very new. Apartment sized refrigerator in the room was a real plus for all of the WI cheese we purchased. Check in and check out was a breeze. Breakfast in the morning was waffles, microwave breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, etc and good coffee. We didn't use the pool or the gym. Overall a very nice place to stay with quick access to the interstate. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Madison.

My wife and I were very impressed with this property. Well maintained, safe and quiet. Bed was very comfortable, room was large with a couch and big TV. Loved the little kitchenette with all the appliances, and a Fridge that made it's own ice, very nice!! We would definitely stay here again.

First room was nice. Great amenities room looked nice. Honestly could use a new paint job but I’m not here judging that. Unfortunately we had a jungle gym and wildebeests above us. We did just walk to see what the issue was. We did not knock but a very large pile of wet towels in the hallway along with candy wrappers and a loud tv. We came to the hotel after a long morning of volleyball tournament to nap… that didn’t happen.. we left because it was so annoying we went and bought a noise machine to see if that would help. NOPE, I understand quiet time is 11 but not everyone using a hotel parties it up. We went and talked to the hotel. The staff on were great! But it wasn’t a shock and they knew exactly who we were talking about. come to find out it’s 5 children, at least explains to the constant pounding. She did say because I booked through a third party nothing could be done. She did look and see if we could move rooms which we needed up doing as well. Nothing like switching rooms at 9 o’clock at night. We’re you have to pack all your stuff and move, but we needed sleep. More volleyball early today.

When I checked in, you can clearly see i use a cane, it was myself and a friend two different rooms. She gave my friend the handicap accessible room and me a regular room. Rooms were nice, bldg was very quiet. Everyone was nice. That was the only hiccup.

Nice accommodations would stay here again. However, the night I stayed, there were a bunch of children running around making noise. I would have liked to see staff quiet the guests down during the usual sleeping times or asked the parents / guardians to attend to the children more closely.

The staff was prompt and easy to reach! However, when we arrived there was no shampoo. We asked for shampoo, and some of the bottles they brought us were used. The area around the hotel is not good. It’s a 15 minute drive from downtown Madison and there are no restaurants nearby. It’s in a very dead area.

Overall, I like this hotel for stay. The breakfast is good, convenient. Breakfast place is clean and neat. Staffs are making sure the equipments, tables and chairs, even trashcans clean. In the room, there is dishwasher, electric stove , microwave and refrigerator. Check-in is smooth. The only thing the customer must remember to bring with you is the toiletries. The hotel only provides 2 small soap for hand wash and shower. And ONE tiny bottle of shampoo&conditioner, 2 IN 1. (Well, the receptionist tells that you can request more if you need. )
