The dining room and bar were great, lots of options and friendly English and German staff. Special note that the sauna and spa areas here are supposing large and class, not just a normal fitness center so it’s great for recovery from travel.

Pro: Eines der besten Hotels in Pforzheim (leider auch einfach möglich da keine echten Alternativen). Also ist man immer wieder hier und erfreut sich immer wieder an dem Barkeeper und den guten Weinen. Das Personal ist nett und akkurat. Das Publikum ist ebenso sehr angenehm. Die Einkaufsstraße schnell zu erreichen. Betten soweit gut. Contra: Gebäude, Inneneinrichtung, TV-Anlage langsam nicht mehr den Preisen gerecht, Garage zu eng. Nächtliche Lautstärke im Innenhof jetzt besser als im 1HJ von 2024 aber noch hohes Risiko von Lieferverkehr möglich. Zumindest wird nachts aktuell im Hof nicht mehr telefoniert.

Dit hotel ligt midden in centrum. Qua ligging om stad te bezoeken prima. Wij waren op doorreis. Parking ligt onderin. Vanuit de ondergrondse parking was het helemaal niet duidelijk waar de ingang/receptie zich bevond. 15 min zoeken later eindelijk receptie gevonden. Ligt aan de zijkant niet zuchtbaar vanop straat.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt enttäuschend. Ich war 2 Nächte dort und habe für zwei Personen jeweils ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Die Zimmer wurden von Hotel geändert in jeweils ein Zimmer mit nur einem Bett. Das reicht sicher für die Personen, war aber viel kleiner. Es waren winzige Zimmer die zwar wertig eingereicht sind, aber im Stand von 1980. Das Personal scheint der Auffassung zu sein, dass sie das beste Hotel haben und strahlen einige Arroganz aus. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Das ist ein Problem mindestens dann, wenn man ein Zimmer gegenüber dem Fahrstuhl hat oder auch wie bei mir. Gegenüber war ein Materiallager das ab 6 Uhr morgens häufig genutzt wurde. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt oder oder das Bett gemacht. Die Matratze des Bettes war durchgelegen. Insgesamt war es aber zumindest sauber. Dort wird man mich nicht wieder sehen.

Les murs sont fins, on entend les personnes parler dans la chambre voisine, le parking extérieur est éclairé toute la nuit et les rideaux ne filtrent pas la lumière, ajoutez à cela le bruit des ascenseurs, cela n'a pas été facile de dormir ! Le restaurant est joli, mais bien trop cher pour les plats proposés.

Zimmer erst ab 16.00h verfügbar gewesen beim Check Inn. Sehr weite Wege zum Zimmer da Hotel recht groß. Sehr hochpreisige Zimmer und Restaurant mehr als überdurchschnittlich teuer. Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, keine schalldichten Fenster, meine zwei Übernachtungen waren einfach kaum auszuhalten und absolut unerholt. Autobahnflair und unerträglicher Lärm die ganze Nacht. Essen ist vom feinsten - Frühstück super auswahlreich und lecker. Auch das Abendessen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Service und Freundlichkeit top. Ich komme nur noch wegen den tollen Seminarräumen und dem Essen falls finanziell machbar. Zimmer laut, hellhörig, Putzteam nicht zu überhören ganz früh, Laut, Rezeption Massenabfertigung aber der ganz ganz tolle Wellnessbereich ist doch sehr stark zu empfehlen!

We had a great stay. The breakfast was great and had a great layout. The only issue was the water in shower. Once you got the temperature to the right setting it would jump to scalding hot and then cold and finally back to your temperature.

Vorab, mir ist völlig klar, dass die offizielle Check-in Zeit im Parkhotel bei 15:00 liegt. Trotzdem wäre ich froh gewesen, mein Zimmer schon etwas früher belegen zu können, so wie es weltweit üblich ist. Ich übernachte jährlch in etwa 50 verschiedenen Hotels und ein so striktes Beharren auf der Check-in Zeit erlebt man ganz, ganz selten, höchstens noch in den USA. Etwas Flexibilität wäre hier schön gewesen. Ansonsten ist diese große Hotel ok, aber auch nicht mehr ...Ausstattung im internationalen Vergleich gut, aber nicht herausragend. so gibt es z.B. keinen Shampoo und Conditioner im Bad; auch das ist heutzutage Standard.

VIP Vorteil gab es in keiner Form. Ich hatte einen verstopften Abfluss in der Dusche, das Wasser hat teilweise mein Bad überflutet. Der Abfluss im Waschbecken war auch komplett verstopft. Ich habe darauf hingewiesen. Als Antwort kam nur " das tut uns leid, wir werden dem Hausmeister MORGEN Bescheid geben". "Morgen" war aber mein Abreise Tag. Mir wurde weder ein Frühstück angeboten, noch irgendwelche persönlichen Annehmlichkeiten. Es schien das Personal überhaupt nicht zu interessieren.

One of the nicet hotels in which I have stayed. The facilities, rooms, and amenities are excellent. Parking is safe and on-site. The hotel is centrally located to most everything in the retail, business, and government district of the city. I will definitely stay here again.

Dit hotel ligt midden in centrum. Qua ligging om stad te bezoeken prima. Wij waren op doorreis. Parking ligt onderin. Vanuit de ondergrondse parking was het helemaal niet duidelijk waar de ingang/receptie zich bevond. 15 min zoeken later eindelijk receptie gevonden. Ligt aan de zijkant niet zuchtbaar vanop straat.

Les murs sont fins, on entend les personnes parler dans la chambre voisine, le parking extérieur est éclairé toute la nuit et les rideaux ne filtrent pas la lumière, ajoutez à cela le bruit des ascenseurs, cela n'a pas été facile de dormir ! Le restaurant est joli, mais bien trop cher pour les plats proposés.

Zimmer erst ab 16.00h verfügbar gewesen beim Check Inn. Sehr weite Wege zum Zimmer da Hotel recht groß. Sehr hochpreisige Zimmer und Restaurant mehr als überdurchschnittlich teuer. Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, keine schalldichten Fenster, meine zwei Übernachtungen waren einfach kaum auszuhalten und absolut unerholt. Autobahnflair und unerträglicher Lärm die ganze Nacht. Essen ist vom feinsten - Frühstück super auswahlreich und lecker. Auch das Abendessen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Service und Freundlichkeit top. Ich komme nur noch wegen den tollen Seminarräumen und dem Essen falls finanziell machbar. Zimmer laut, hellhörig, Putzteam nicht zu überhören ganz früh, Laut, Rezeption Massenabfertigung aber der ganz ganz tolle Wellnessbereich ist doch sehr stark zu empfehlen!
