Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Suites

Hot tub was not functional /under repair and it was not mentioned in the hotels.com website

Tracey is a very nice person customer service is great

This hotel is run down. Carpet has duct tape on it. Mold in the shower. I will never stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this hotel. Because we like the location and the square footage of the room. But, the issues there have changed our plans for the next visit in June. The carpet is bubbled and pulling up in the rooms and hallways on every floor. A tripping hazard. Curtains have rips in them. The TV's are old and blurry. Also, the couch and chair along with the mattress in the room are old as dirt. This hotel has not had any updates. Two of the four treadmills were out of service and the hot tub was emptied for service. The other guests were also very noisy. Dogs barking, kids running in the hallways. No order.

Breakfast was excellent. AC was cool.
