Stayed overnight on a weekend trip to Yufuin. This accommodation is a gem of a place. The staff are very attentive and are present from check in to check out, whether arriving early to drop off your bags, in the restaurants or for the hot baths. They have private and public baths. The public baths are open all day 6am to 2 am, the private mornings and evenings just past midnight. You can book the private bath for your own party for 50 minutes. I had it all to myself. The breakfast and dinner are traditional Japanese and are delicious. Overall a great stay, highly recommended.

Enjoyed our 2-night stay. Hospitality was excellent - all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was first class, private outdoor onsens were wonderful. We also had good fun playing ping pong in the game room, and the massage chairs were an added bonus. Great location too. We appreciate all the attention to details that made our stay memorable. Thank you to all the hard working staff!

Excellent hotel in Yufuin! Location is mins walk away from Kinrin Lake so you can enjoy the excellent morning view. Hotel room is clean and comfortable, and the private onsens are really great for relaxing. Dinner and breakfast are really must try in my opinion. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful too.

The check-in process was very smooth from the moment we were greeted as our car pulled into the property. We were able to do some pre-check in as we arrived in the morning and allowed to park our cars there as we explored the town and shops. Upon check-in we were provided small gifts (including beautiful small drawstring bags for all the ladies). The room that our party stayed in was on the top floor. we were greeted with a large spacious tatami room with a super high celling. It was one main room with a Kotatsu table (table with a cover & heater underneath to keep those legs/toes warm). But with the table moved to the side of the room (still able to be used) there was plenty of space for 4 beds. Note that you have to set the beds yourself. Meals and the private family baths (which we booked ahead of time, for a 1 hour time slot) were in a separate building with a short walk outside (warm jackets for the Yukata were provided in the room). There was a short March the evening we were there so we enjoyed the onsen with snow gently coming down on us which was AMAZING. Family bath was a good size. There was actually a indoor bath and outdoor bath in the same "private area". Dinner and breakfast were in different buildings but both were beautifully and deliciously laid out meals. The morning breakfast we also had a beautiful snowy morning view which enhanced the whole experience. Short walk down to shopping street and town, also a coin laundry across the street! Great location!

2泊しました。お正月で忙しいと思われますが、スタッフの方々笑顔で親切でした。特にお料理は、夕食、朝食共に手の込んだもので大変美味しかったです。量も適量で男の方でも満足だと思われます。 お風呂は大風呂と家族風呂 3つの露天風呂があり飽きません。露天風呂は予約ですが、毎日2回使えました。 由布院駅から歩いて１５分かからないと思いますが、静かで落ち着いて過ごせます。

It’s clean and feel warmly welcomed during the stay. The deco is not fancy but you can feel the hotel is preparing food with their all hearts. The private hot spring is so good. Truly recommend it.

스태프 분들이 아주아주 친절하십니다. 숙소 외관과 내부 인테리어가 정말 예뻐서 사진도 많이 찍었어요. 대중탕과 프라이빗 온천이 있고, 온천물도 좋았습니다. 어메니티는 거의 다 일회용이라 청결하고 세심하다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 플로럴 빌리지와 가까워서 관광하기 좋습니다. 방도 깨끗했고, 무료로 유카타를 빌려줍니다. 체크인 시간 전에 가도 짐을 맡아주십니다. 저녁도 맛있었습니다.

All the facilities in this hotel were very clean, operational, and fantastic to use. In particular, the staff in this hotel were absolutely amazing. They were the most friendly and welcoming people that we have ever met, especially the staff in the restaurants. The food served was very fresh and delicious as well. My room was very spacious and clean. There were superb private onsens in the hotel. It was very easy to communicate with the hotel staff in English. Would absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Yufuin.

유후인역에서 택시로 5~10분거리에 위치해 있으며, 긴린호수까지 도보 7~10분정도로 주변 산책을 다녀오기에 적절합니다. 한국어 가능한 직원은 식사 도와주시는 한분 가능하셨는데 그외에는 다 영어 가능하셔서 불편함 없었고, 다들 너무너무 친절하셨습니다. 트윈다다미룸이라 코타츠도 이용할 수 있어서 좋았고, 방도 넓고 쾌적했고 무엇보다 주변이 조용해서 잠도 잘 잤습니다. 유후인에서 온천 숙박은 처음 경험 해봤는데 개인 온탕 뷰도 좋았고 이용시간 미리 정해두어서 맞춰서 내려가기만 하면 되니 편했습니다. 연박 할 수 있는 시간이 되면 온천을 더 하고 싶었어요. 체크인할 때 기프트로 복조리?랑 귀여운 손톱깎기를 받았는데 이것도 섬세하다고 느꼈습니다. 다음 유후인에 방문하게 된다면 또 가보고 싶은 곳 입니다. :)

환경, 스태프, 식사, 룸컨디션 모두 정말 좋았습니다. 침대방이 아닌데도 매트가 정말 좋아서 잘 잤어요. 많이 힘든 한해였는데 유후인에서 정말 힐링했네요. 조만간 가족들 모두 모시고 오고 싶습니다.

2인실 방크기가 너무작고 방상태가 너무 별로입니다.에어컨 소리도 너무커서 힘들었어요. 다만 직원분들은 너무 친절하시고 조식은 너무 훌륭했어요.

All the facilities in this hotel were very clean, operational, and fantastic to use. In particular, the staff in this hotel were absolutely amazing. They were the most friendly and welcoming people that we have ever met, especially the staff in the restaurants. The food served was very fresh and delicious as well. My room was very spacious and clean. There were superb private onsens in the hotel. It was very easy to communicate with the hotel staff in English. Would absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Yufuin.

The check-in process was very smooth from the moment we were greeted as our car pulled into the property. We were able to do some pre-check in as we arrived in the morning and allowed to park our cars there as we explored the town and shops. Upon check-in we were provided small gifts (including beautiful small drawstring bags for all the ladies). The room that our party stayed in was on the top floor. we were greeted with a large spacious tatami room with a super high celling. It was one main room with a Kotatsu table (table with a cover & heater underneath to keep those legs/toes warm). But with the table moved to the side of the room (still able to be used) there was plenty of space for 4 beds. Note that you have to set the beds yourself. Meals and the private family baths (which we booked ahead of time, for a 1 hour time slot) were in a separate building with a short walk outside (warm jackets for the Yukata were provided in the room). There was a short March the evening we were there so we enjoyed the onsen with snow gently coming down on us which was AMAZING. Family bath was a good size. There was actually a indoor bath and outdoor bath in the same "private area". Dinner and breakfast were in different buildings but both were beautifully and deliciously laid out meals. The morning breakfast we also had a beautiful snowy morning view which enhanced the whole experience. Short walk down to shopping street and town, also a coin laundry across the street! Great location!

숙소의 직원들 모두 너무 친절했어요. 그리고 일본 여행에서 처음 료칸에서 숙박하며 온천을 즐겼는데 이후 또 기회가 생긴다면 재차 방문하고 싶을 정도로 만족감을 느꼈습니다. 그리고 제공된 아침식사도 맛있었어요!! 정말이지 다른 사람들에게도 꼭 추천하고 싶은 숙소이며 서비스였습니다!

從一到旅館，就有備受禮遇尊崇的感覺，親切溫柔服務態度，專屬戶外溫泉，美好的風景享受著精緻早餐，太棒的享受！ 可是最令人感動的事，是已經退房離開，走了已經有一段距離，忽然被後面的聲音喊住，回頭一看驚訝了一下，原來我忘記了我的拐杖，服務人員一路跑步追我們，為了送回我拐杖，其實他們可以選擇讓我們自己發現，再回頭去取的，然而他們卻選擇最辛苦的方式，即時送回我們的遺忘物品，那一刻內心真的充滿感激與感動，如果再來由布院，我想這裏將是我的不二選擇！

Enjoyed our 2-night stay. Hospitality was excellent - all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was first class, private outdoor onsens were wonderful. We also had good fun playing ping pong in the game room, and the massage chairs were an added bonus. Great location too. We appreciate all the attention to details that made our stay memorable. Thank you to all the hard working staff!

Excellent hotel in Yufuin! Location is mins walk away from Kinrin Lake so you can enjoy the excellent morning view. Hotel room is clean and comfortable, and the private onsens are really great for relaxing. Dinner and breakfast are really must try in my opinion. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful too.

유후인역에서 택시로 5~10분거리에 위치해 있으며, 긴린호수까지 도보 7~10분정도로 주변 산책을 다녀오기에 적절합니다. 한국어 가능한 직원은 식사 도와주시는 한분 가능하셨는데 그외에는 다 영어 가능하셔서 불편함 없었고, 다들 너무너무 친절하셨습니다. 트윈다다미룸이라 코타츠도 이용할 수 있어서 좋았고, 방도 넓고 쾌적했고 무엇보다 주변이 조용해서 잠도 잘 잤습니다. 유후인에서 온천 숙박은 처음 경험 해봤는데 개인 온탕 뷰도 좋았고 이용시간 미리 정해두어서 맞춰서 내려가기만 하면 되니 편했습니다. 연박 할 수 있는 시간이 되면 온천을 더 하고 싶었어요. 체크인할 때 기프트로 복조리?랑 귀여운 손톱깎기를 받았는데 이것도 섬세하다고 느꼈습니다. 다음 유후인에 방문하게 된다면 또 가보고 싶은 곳 입니다. :)

受付の方が親切でした！大規模ではないので、温泉も少人数でリラックスできました。中心街からは少し離れていましたが、食べ過ぎがちな旅行では、良いウォーキングの距離で良かったです。

The ryokan is a distance away from the station and some section of path to it is unlit, becareful when coming in winter where the sun sets earlier. Most stores also closes by 5:30pm so take note. That said, the staff are really friendly and accomodating, one of the staff, Sato, reached out to guide me on what to do and set the private onsen timings weeks before, great service throughout. The breakfast is also really good! I really enjoyed my stay!

2泊しました。お正月で忙しいと思われますが、スタッフの方々笑顔で親切でした。特にお料理は、夕食、朝食共に手の込んだもので大変美味しかったです。量も適量で男の方でも満足だと思われます。 お風呂は大風呂と家族風呂 3つの露天風呂があり飽きません。露天風呂は予約ですが、毎日2回使えました。 由布院駅から歩いて１５分かからないと思いますが、静かで落ち着いて過ごせます。

Stayed overnight on a weekend trip to Yufuin. This accommodation is a gem of a place. The staff are very attentive and are present from check in to check out, whether arriving early to drop off your bags, in the restaurants or for the hot baths. They have private and public baths. The public baths are open all day 6am to 2 am, the private mornings and evenings just past midnight. You can book the private bath for your own party for 50 minutes. I had it all to myself. The breakfast and dinner are traditional Japanese and are delicious. Overall a great stay, highly recommended.

I could have booked any other accommodation with an onsen but I’m so glad I chose Yadoya for its exceptional service and delectable kaiseki meals. The private outdoor onsens were beautiful with the backdrop of autumn foliage on Mt Yufu. Parking was plentiful. Our stay here was easily the highlight of our 2 week Kyushu roadtrip.
I could have booked any other accommodation with an onsen but I’m so glad I chose Yadoya for its exceptional service and delectable kaiseki meals. The private outdoor onsens were beautiful with the backdrop of autumn foliage on Mt Yufu. Parking was plentiful. Our stay here was easily the highlight of our 2 week Kyushu roadtrip.

위치가 일단 너무 좋았어요 친절함, 기프트, 전세탕, 청결 모든게 완벽했다...! 첫 일본 여행의 추억을 잘 만들고 갑니다. 야와라기탕이 유명한데 밤에 봐서 그런지 의외로 고에몬탕이 너무 너무 예뻤어요...! 조식은 좀 별로였지만 필수 선택사항이라 아쉽습니다.

We stay 2 days. This is the first time having onsen experience, the staff were wonderful and speak excellent English. Both dinner and breakfast are incredible. We really appreciated the warm welcome and excellent service.

The property is set in a perfect location of Yufuin, only a few minutes walk to the main streets/ Yufuin Floral village. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, and the property is charming and traditional. The private onsen was a nice touch! The only downside to the hotel is that it’s a little dated and the walls are paper thin. I would recommend ear plugs if a light sleeper! Also, we did not realise that everything in Yufuin closes at 5pm - only 3 restaurants were open in the whole town and one of them was fully booked up so there’s really not much choice. We decided to not book half board as we wanted to try different foods but very nearly got caught out as did not realise everywhere shut…. Just something for travellers to be aware of…

Excellent service and friendly staff. We loved the private family hot bath and breakfast was awesome too! We will definitely go back if we have a chance to. Thumbs up!

In general the stay was great and the private onsens were also pretty good. But my issue is the sink in my room had an awfully bad smell especially when the water is running. Kind of like an extremely fishy smell which makes me doubt the cleanliness of the water supply
