Overall a solid good experience, but with some small tweaks it could be much better. Hotel is relatively new, clean and well-kept, nice fitness facilities, with beautiful pools and overview over an amazing beach (that is incredibly long, easy to get to Morro Jable via the beach) and never too busy. Service is always friendly too and the food included with breakfast and dinner is fresh and very varied. The slight improvements are around: 1) air con in the winter is off. If your property is south/west facing the sun heats it up in the afternoon, which means the room, even with the balcony doors wide open, was still stuffy at night. 2) bed mattress was excessively soft. 3) charging for small amenities (e.g. €1.50 to get a fresh beach towel - just add this to the cost of the room) and excessive pricing of water (you are not allowed to bring in water to the restaurant, leading to a minimum purchase of €3.90 for a small water bottle every time you dine). and 4) the empty retail spots in the hotel - it would be good to use them for some purpose rather than leaving them empty.

Room was good, staff seemed to be short in bars, the gym is old and has very limited equipment. We didn’t use the spa. The breakfast buffet is low quality, nothing seemed to taste of anything. Dinner buffet was average, the special Spanish night was better quality, but cost extra.

Psychoterror am Hauptpool. Dort wird mehrmals in der Stunde ohrenbeteubendes Vogelgeschrei, wahrscheinlich zur Möwenabwehr, aus einem Lautsprecher auf der Poolinsel erzeugt. Das hält man nur mit Kopfhöhrern aus oder weicht auf den unteren Pool aus. Das muss abgestellt werden. Am unteren Pool werden dadurch die Liegen knapp und der typisch Deutsche Liegenreservierungswahn beginnt.

Really lovely relaxing stay. Beautiful hotel with great facilities - multiple pools, beach access, bars. We enjoyed the spa and saunas - lovely way to spend a relaxing afternoon. Food at the hotel was great. Bags of choice and lovely fresh seafood and fish along with a good variety of veggie and meat options. A la carte restaurant pizzas also really worth checking out. Room was a great size with lovely view and a sun terrace with loungers (superior double) if feeling antisocial! Only thing i would change was sun terrace night light can't be switched off. It didn't disturb us but it would be a fantastic view of the stars if it could be switched off... Hotel is separate from any others so not much choice of alternative dining or activities without at least a 10 - 20 minute walk (which can be along the beach in some directions). A great place for some sun and relaxation.

Apart from the weather I had a great time staying here and would definitely be back or even recommend to others. The best part of this stay was the Spa for me. The room clean and spacious. Love the few days I stayed there. Nice , big and beautiful hotel. The selection of food was great and I must say the beef I had for dinner was so good.

Beautiful hotel, BUT it was soulless... drinks were stupidly expensive, meant to be a spa & shops, but full of empty units the one clothes shop open very over priced shirts 100 euros for a shirt we saw in town for 20! The spa was closed while we visited... how can you be a spa resort but only open the spa 2 or 3x week! No music no entertainment and the cambana/bali beds that attracted us in the photos were 70euros to hire!! Built on the side of a cliff so lots of stairs or rambles finding lifts to get to different floors! Its like 7 levels down & 3 lifts to find the pool amd the only open bar in the day! Main bar shut at 10pm!! What hotel bar shuts at 10pm at an adult only resort! Soulless lifeless staff looked like the manager had shot their dog... all the guests looked misrible too... were going to stay a week.. checked out after one night! Over priced, NOT A SPA... Good points spotless clean and the beds were comfortable, beautiful view if you pay extra for a sea view.

The hotel was great. Modern, clean, staff were keen. What is slightly bizarre is how quiet it is, it's like out was half empty. The only disappointment was the gym. Whilst modern it lacked equipment. Given the vast amount of public space, they are missing a trick here. Breakfast was very good each day. The road leading to the hotel is not great and there's very little public parking but plenty on the road.

Het is een heel groot hotel waar je welkom wordt geheten met Champagne heel luxe ze nemen de tijd voor je.(Maar als het druk is moet je lang wachten met inchecken)Het ontbijt is erg goed.Wel hele grote zaal.Erg aardig personeel.Bedden liggen redelijk goed.Mooi uitzicht op zee en zwembad.Grote zwembad was erg koud, kleinere was warmer.Ligt aan het strand. Alleen jammer dat er geen restaurants in de buurt zijn. Diner kost 30 euro p.p. zonder drinken en het is in buffetvorm en heel druk. Maar goed hotel!

Das Hotel liegt separat und ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einem eigenen Zugang zu einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt. Im Hotel gibt es zwei Pools mit ausreichend Liegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und geräumig und die Zimmer mit Meerblick bieten einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind in Buffet-Form und es ist eigentlich alles zu finden, was man braucht. Wir haben allerdings nur mit Frühstück gebucht, da wir abends eher essen gegangen sind. Sport und Aktivitäten sind ebenfalls möglich. Es gibt allerdings keine Animation in dem Hotel, was wir ausdrücklich toll gefunden haben. Das Personal war vom Empfang, über die Poolbars und beim Essen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereich. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super emplacement, accès direct à une très belle plage, plusieurs piscine mais pas très chaudes (même celle chauffée). Nous étions dans une suite deluxe à l’étage la vue sur l’océan et la plage était magnifique. Petit bémol sur la litrie et surtout les oreillers inconfortables. Le ménage pourrait-être améliorer afin d’être à la hauteur du lieu.

A cleaning lady was really weird and put one of our bags in the bidet, including putting the sink plug random places and the drinking glasses on the shower grate. We told the reception and they fixed it immediately by replacing the cleaning lady. The reception staff was excellent, breakfast was good, but the restaurant was hilariously terrible and expensive!

Beautiful, modern hotel, very clean, very light and bright rooms. Super quiet, no loud music, we slept very well. The food is average, we were half board but if you have a car I would recommend only breakfast at the hotel and eat out in playa Jandia. I think you need a car if staying here as it´s not really walking distance to amenities. Some of the reception staff are a bit frosty, not very welcoming, but everything else is really nice.

Nach einer Beschwerde wegen mehrfach mangelhaft ausgeführter Zimmerreinigung ging es ein paar Tage gut, ließ wieder nach. Wahrscheinlich zurück zu führen auf die einzelne Reinigungskraft, wurde aber sehr schnell zu reagiert. Das Buffet morgens und abends reichhaltig, einige Speisen unterirdisch, das meiste aber okay bis teils sehr gut. Nettes Personal insgesamt, sehr schöner Pool mit viel Platz, Bar und Liegen für die Gäste. Praktischer Zugang zum Strand. Getränkepreise standard für ein Hotel dieser Art und Klassifizierung, Weine definitiv zu teuer und teils nicht gut.

Our stay at the Royal Palm was excellent. We found the staff to be pleasant and helpful without exception - in fact they were happy . Surely the sign of a good employer . The breakfast and also dinner in the hotel was splendid; the staff diligently supplying the well stocked counters and excellent coffee for the tables . The hotel was clean in all parts we saw and the two tiered pools also immaculate. The beach in front of the hotel is so nice the fact is one doesn't have to leave the hotel at all to be completely satisfied. The two things of complaint would be the absolutely bonkers bird/dinosaur squawks piped through the pool speakers . How anyone thinks a relaxing holiday was made better by this beggars belief. Also the tennis court net was broken whilst still charging guests for its use. The latter was though acknowledged and refunded as soon as it was flagged up . I did not get a chance to report the bird noise.

Great hotel, with fabulous buffet and friendly staff. Wonderful superior sea view room. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler as we had a heat wave and it did get rather hot. On the whole we had the fabulous time. Plenty of sun loungers available when we went in mid September with no reservations permitted. The beach is absolutely stunning. Wish there were hotel loungers at the beach but as it is a public beach there are none, but you can certainly enjoy the beach and sea regardless. Would recommend.

Wir haben die Präsidentensuite gebucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr gross und bietet einen grandiosen Blick auf das Meer. Leider hat der Whirlpool nicht richtig funktioniert und die Terrasse wurde kein einziges Mal gereinigt. d.h. der ganze Sand war ständig im Zimmer. Das Zimmer verfügt über ein großzügiges Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wanne sowie über ein Wohnzimmer. Jeden Tag haben wir eine Flasche Wasser gratis bekommen. Leider war die Dusche undicht und das Wasser lief ins Badezimmer. Trotz Meldung wurde es bis zu unserer Abreise nicht repariert. Wir sind nicht heikel aber bei diesem Preis erwarte ich mehr. Ansonsten ist das Hotel einfach traumhaft gelegen und das Buffet bietet eine sehr große Auswahl an Speisen. Wer Ruhe sucht, der ist hier richtig.

The hotel itself is in a prime location, with beautiful views and really clean. We upgraded our room and it was spacious and very comfortable. The real highlight was amazing food, I really recommend to go for a half board. What surprised me were some employees at the reception, seemed to be confused and not very professional, a lady called Berta was truly unpleasant, I have never experienced such a behavior at the hotel reception though I am a really frequent traveller. The rest of the staff were amazing, very friendly and always smiling and helpful.

Mein Zimmer war direkt bei der Anlieferung. Morgens um 6 war ich hellwach. Zudem ist alles auf dem Flur hörbar. Türen knallen, Gäste reden etc. Ich bin dort hingefahren um Ruhe zu haben. Habe beim Check-In direkt nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt. Natürlich hab ich ein Zimmer bekommen mit Lärm und Sonne für 2 Stunden. Den Rest der Zeit war es einfach nur schattig. Insgesamt war ich nicht zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Check in was so long! We had to wait 30min just to take our hotel card because of long queue… If you want to change your beach towel it costs €1.50.. check out was long as well. Swimming pool is minimum 1.7m which I think it’s too deep. Also the water in the swimming pool was cold on our first day.

Das Hotel ist gut und empfehlenswert. Das Essen ist qualitativ sehr gut und die Auswahl ist groß. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Enttäuschend war der Service am Check In. Allgemein wurde auf die Wünsche keinerlei eingegangen. Das Personal wirkte desinteressiert und inkompetent. Zimmerputzservice war nicht aufmerksam, der Boden wurde nicht täglich und auch nicht gut gereinigt.

das personal in der rezeption war sehr freundlich und unser zimmerwunsch wurde erfüllt.das hotel ist relativ neu und die zimmer hell eingerichtet. das buffet für frühstück und abendessen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. man konnte im speisesaal oder im freien unter dach platz nehmen.zum strand musste man über einige stufen hinunter gehen. die gesamte anlage ist sehr schön.

Das Hotel ca. 75 Minuten vom Airport entfernt, direkt an der Küste gelegen, ist absolut empfehlenswert. Nur für Erwachsene. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Verpflegung mit einem Top Buffet - es hat aber auch ein à la Carte Restaurant auf eigene Rechnung. Pool Landschaft sehr schön, Beach schmal aber wunderschön. Hier kann man sich wirklich sehr gut erholen. Da es sehr weit unten an der Küste gelegen ist, braucht man fast einen Mietwagen wenn man aus der Anlage gehen möchte. Ein kleinerer Ort ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Taxi und Bus auch vorhanden, der Bus braucht einfach sehr lange ist aber billig.

Das Hotel ist im großen und ganzen Super, sowohl der Außen als auch der Innenbereich. Es ist auch als Sauber und die Reinigungskräfte sind auch super nett. Der ausschlaggebende Punkt sind die anfallenden Extrakosten - man muss für jeden kleinen Firlefanz Geld zahlen seit es das Handtuch wechseln für 1,50€ oder das Trinken beim Abendessen wo eine kleine Cola 0,33L 4,20 € kostet. 25Minuten Massage waren 76€ soweit ich mich recht in sinne. Das ganze zieht das Hotel leider wirklich runter. Jedoch war der Ausblick auf unseren Zimmer TOP. Einen Mietwagen empfehle ich trotzdem jedem, der nicht nur im Hotel bleiben möchte, weil es sich eben im Süden befindet und etwas abgeschottet von allen klassischen Touristen Aktivitäten liegt.

It was a great stay. Hotel is very clean. Our room was perfect with an amazing view. Its really nice that you can walk to the beach from the hotel. I would stay here again if I come to Fuerteventura again. We did hire a car so that made it great. If you are only going with a cab. The location is too far away from the shops and other places. But with the car just like 10 minutes.

We came for a honeymoon week, the hotel provided a surprise bottle and some decorations for my new Wife, it was perfect - thank you. The hotel location is on the best most beautiful section of beach, the numerous facilities that we tried were top notch - gym, sauna. Everything is in good condition and well maintained (outstanding). So good to see. Showers available for families travelling to the airport were really good too. These touches make all the difference. Some advice for the hotel - please answer e mails (I wrote at least 4 times and got no response), be clear about men wearing trousers in the evening in the restaurant up front, I bought a number of pairs of trousers only to find that most men were wearing jeans - a shame, it would be nice to dress up. The hot food could do with being hotter. Saying that we would stay here again in a heartbeat, we loved it!

Wenn man ein All-In möchte, dann ist das ok. Die Anlage ist groß und weitläufig. Direkter Anschluss zum Meer. Fitnessraum super! Essensraum groß und bei Stoßzeiten total überlaufen. Kein fester Platz, ständiges Platzgesuche und richtig laut! Abendessen empfehle ich auswärts, also ohne All-In oder Halbpension.

Hotel molto bello posizionato su una spiaggia meravigliosa! Camere grandi, bella vista. Avevamo optato per la mezza pensione ma la cena a buffet per molti giorni risulta ripetitiva.

Room was good, staff seemed to be short in bars, the gym is old and has very limited equipment. We didn’t use the spa. The breakfast buffet is low quality, nothing seemed to taste of anything. Dinner buffet was average, the special Spanish night was better quality, but cost extra.

Great hotel, amazing room with a fantastic seaview. Good quality half board buffet. Excellent pools and pool bars. Great staff. The one let down was the tired old rule of long trousera for men in the restaurant. This really has to change, totally outdated. I understand why the rule was originally put in place (to keep up dress standards). The truth is now though that mamy men were in there wearing ill fitting, untidy jeans and even tracksuit bottoms with old trainers or flip flops. Whilst otherswith tailored dress shorts were truned away. You just need to police the people trying to enter in swim shorts and sports shorts and untidy shorts correctly. It spoiled my niggt the first night and meant i had to spend €50 on a pair of average jeans that I'll probably never wear again.

Beautiful hotel, clean and spacious room,quiet atmosphere around the pool if you want to relax and enjoy the sea view.Staff was very helpful and friendly. We booked half bored,food was delicious only I have to mention that for breakfast you can get coffee, tea,juice, water even glass of champagne but for dinner you have to pay for the drinks (wine, beer, champagne) which was fine but glass of water should be free

Wir hatten einen tollen Meerblick. Das einzige was nicht so toll war,war das der Speisesaal sehr laut war. aber man konnte zum Glück in den Wintergarten und da war die Lautstärke in Ordnung.

Apart from the weather I had a great time staying here and would definitely be back or even recommend to others. The best part of this stay was the Spa for me. The room clean and spacious. Love the few days I stayed there. Nice , big and beautiful hotel. The selection of food was great and I must say the beef I had for dinner was so good.

Nach einer Beschwerde wegen mehrfach mangelhaft ausgeführter Zimmerreinigung ging es ein paar Tage gut, ließ wieder nach. Wahrscheinlich zurück zu führen auf die einzelne Reinigungskraft, wurde aber sehr schnell zu reagiert. Das Buffet morgens und abends reichhaltig, einige Speisen unterirdisch, das meiste aber okay bis teils sehr gut. Nettes Personal insgesamt, sehr schöner Pool mit viel Platz, Bar und Liegen für die Gäste. Praktischer Zugang zum Strand. Getränkepreise standard für ein Hotel dieser Art und Klassifizierung, Weine definitiv zu teuer und teils nicht gut.
