Check in was easy. Room was clean, especially for a pet friendly room. No smells either. Breakfast was quite minimal. We were disappointed. Pool was cold. Paint peeling under the water on the floor of pool. Ambient temp of pool area as cold or colder than outside (in March). Kids were not happy. Decent place to sleep but don’t expect much more.

We stayed because there was a “continental breakfast” the continental breakfast was waffles, cereal, toast, or an oatmeal cream pie. The pool room was so cold we wore coats, and the pool was so cold the kids could hardly stand to be in it. Might be a good budget place to stay for adults without kids, but I wouldn’t stay as a family with kids again.

The staff was really nice when we checked in. Unfortunatley was a little disappointed the pool was not working as the pump was down. The bath tubs didnt have a plug so i couldn't take a bath to cool off as it was almost 100 degrees out. The facility was clean though. Breakfast was ok not a lot of variety.

When its labeled as a "heated pool" it should be WARM...Family vacationed thru York and kids were BEYOND excited for the heated pool since it was 20° outside...got in there and the pool was FREEZING!! kind of an extreme let down...could of stayed elsewhere and saved $ if we had known the pool was a waste

Pictures online look better then it is. Did the job for the one night but room smelled like mildew and while clean, it has a lot of chipping and tears. Bottom of the pool is cracked. But the staff was nice, got us a pack n play as requested.

Some ppl were out in the parking lot having a party drinking and I saw a man peeing in the grass!!! The bathroom ceiling is peeling, you only get one bar of soap, the dust in the room was very visible. Dust on the headboard, lamps, the AC filter was sooo DIRTY! Very old inside and very cheaply taken care of. The front lobby has had a makeover but that’s all.

There was so much trash outside. The pool was closed. The staff was snotty when we asked about the breakfast that was “open” but only had 3 slices of bread, hard things of oatmeal and some dry cereal, we got enough waffle batter after asking twice to make one thing of waffles. Our curtains had mysterious white splatter on them along with the chair (we agreed to say it was paint) and when we got into bed our flat sheet had stains that made the sheet look wet on them. Our shampoo/conditioner bottle was half used, the bar of soap was opened and used, so luckily we packed what we needed and left the soap stuck to the shower wall. All around a gross stay, I wanted to have a nice night since my friend had such a bad week but we made the best of this but we’ll never chance another days inn because that was just gross.

The hotel itself was ok. Bed comfortable enough and air conditioning worked. Lobby had an unpleasant odor as we walked in. Parking was atrocious, small lot with many large trucks. Room was ok, hair in the bathtub, dog found a candy wrapper near the bedframe. Air freshener on top of the closet was suspect. 2 sets of towels for 2 queen beds. I've seen worse for this price point, but also better.

Older property that someone has slapped some paint on the walls. Walls looked like someone had touched them with dirty hands all over and the carpet was dirty. Shower was disgusting, it had a shower mat that hadn't been removed and cleaned in a very long time. The shower head was coated in lime and sprayed every direction. The towels were supposed to be white, but were stained to the point that I questioned if they were even clean. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean and unstained, but one one bed when I pulled back the comforter the blanket underneath had something spilled on it that was dried. Gentleman who checked us in was nice, pretty sure he was the owner. I feel bad as I'm sure covid and the lack of available employees has really taken a toll on his business.

The worst customer service ever. Rude night manager sat behind a tall counter and monitor, did not address us when entering and appeared distracted by something other than her one job. Gave us a room directly across the doorway to the breakfast area (6am start). I politely asked for a room further away from the early noise - she glared at me, looked away, made another key card and tossed it up on the counter. She pointed down the hallway in the opposite direction. Never uttered a word. Room was ice-cold, a single light switch operated nearly every light in the room and there were dead crickets in the bathroom (probably on the carpet where you wouldn’t see them), what looked like bloody boogers wiped on the walls and only one cup and one washcloth. It was late and we had paid a non-refundable fee so we stayed. We didn’t eat the free continental breakfast - only thing we trusted was the prepackaged yogurts. We drive through the I80 corridor a lot and this will go on the NEVER AGAIN list.

I always check out the bathtub thoroughly before I put my handicap son in the bathtub. It was disgusting and smelled horrible under the mat in the tub. But the worst part was when I went to the front desk to tell them about they said we have ordered new mats and acted like it was no big deal!!

Comfortable, no frills hotel. Breakfast was incredibly limited- packaged muffins, waffles, yogurt. The jelly was so old you couldnt put a knife in it. Also just 1 soap bar in the room so had to share hand soap in the shower. Comfortable bed and pillows tbough. Dated rooms but overall an ok stay.

Check in was easy, and the bed was pretty comfortable. Those are really the only positives. The pool was ice cold, so couldn't be used. Lower level room had window to the parking lot that doesn't lock. TV doesn't work at all. The floor felt sticky- I had to walk around with my shoes on the entire time. Very thin walls. I could hear my neighbors constantly, and the people above me kept dropping something on the floor while I was trying to sleep. I likely would not stay here again.

It was an okay stay. The only thing was my room smell like cigarette smoke and I went and told them so I would not get charged for it and he accused me of smoking in there because he wasn't there when I checked it. He told me the maids clean every room and it shouldn't have smelled like cigarette smoking unless I had done it.

Disgusting- cockroaches, black mold on shower curtain, owners/staff rude & abrasive. Made excuses & final statement was "what do you want me to do about it?!" Wouldn\'t even give creamer when asked & rude when asked for towels. Never have advertised discount for stay.

This was my 2nd time staying here. So, clearly I was happy with the hotel. I bring my dog and it’s a great location for walking my dog in the fields behind the hotel. One block down is a McDonald’s and gas station. Very quiet place. Bed was okay, but I slept good. Shower and toilet a bit tight. Not much for breakfast, but plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The shower head was so low I had to go into a back bend to get my hair washed. Breakfast was good but minimal. The room we stayed in over all for the 5 of us and one dog had excellent space. Property was easy to get to and appreciated that it was so close to stores and restaurants

Hotel common areas were not clean, breakfast room had trash over flowing from the morning that was still there the next morning. Breakfast was pitiful, one piece of white bread in the case, no hot water for tea, no creamer or sweetener in sight. They did have hard boiled eggs which was appreciated.wwhithard boiled eggs which was appreciated.

The curb appeal was not what was advertised, but was better when entering the business. Our satellite tv did not work the second night, even after the night person tried to help and the continental breakfast was very poor, food was out and not many options, most customers left disappointed.
