Chose this hotel to be close to Haneda airport for a morning flight. Not much other reason to be in the neighborhood. There are two Keikyu Ex Inns near Haneda.This is NOT the one at Innovation City. It is a 10-15 minute walk,not easy if you have luggage. Get off the monorail or Keikyu line train at Tenkūbashi Station. The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport runs hourly in the morning until 10 a.m. No shuttle from the airport to the hotel.Breakfast served 0500 to 0930, not bad hot meal. typical cramped Japanese business hotel room--the sink actually overhangs the tub/shower. Automated check-in and check-out machines. Pick up bath amenities (razor, toothbrush) in the lobby before going to your room.

Hotel was in good condition cleaned. And best part is shutle service to airport. But could be better service there. I arrived 15-20 minnearlier than 3.00 pm checkin time. There was no body in reception all automatic kiosks. And I tried to checkin with it. Not accepted then some body come from back room and said not check in time. So wait until exact 3.00 pm. That was sooo cold. I mean service cold lounge and dining area was so hot and airless. Smell bitter cooking air. Gave us breakfast to option plate western and eastern type but was not so good.

Hotel was in good condition cleaned. And best part is shutle service to airport. But could be better service there. I arrived 15-20 minnearlier than 3.00 pm checkin time. There was no body in reception all automatic kiosks. And I tried to checkin with it. Not accepted then some body come from back room and said not check in time. So wait until exact 3.00 pm. That was sooo cold. I mean service cold lounge and dining area was so hot and airless. Smell bitter cooking air. Gave us breakfast to option plate western and eastern type but was not so good.

Breakfast is free and from 5am daily, but is basic.

This was better than I expected it to be! It's just like a business/airport hotel, but it was really nice! The smoking room was huge and well ventilated. Laundry was easy to use! They offered late check out since our flight was delayed. Room was clean! My only complaint would be I wish the TV was a little further from the wall. I wanted to plug my laptop into it to watch a show but couldn't. Other than that, it was a very clean, inexpensive hotel close to the airport to stay at the night before our flight. Oh, I do wish the shuttle service to the airport went past 10am. Our flight didn't leave until 4pm(delayed to 7pm) and it would've been cool to take the shuttle there.

The only option was a self checkin. Property was clean, but I thought I had booked a room with 2 beds; when I questioned this I was simply told “no” and that there was nothing else available. That was disappointing. It's a close train ride to the airport but we opted to take a taxi as the shuttle only ran for a few hours in the morning and late afternoon (not when we needed it).

Even though it is right next to the airport, which we wanted for convenience, it wasn’t that loud. Never heard a plane take off. I booked the wrong size room, the staff helped me change the room, (small fee). Very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed our stay!

Located right by Haneda, which makes for easy access. No real complaints, the room was clean and spacious enough; free airport shuttle is definitely a plus. The included breakfast is a set menu without a lot of options though, but I still happy with my stay.

L’hôtel est top pour le prix ! Mais attention les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisée (une fois dans le lit j’entendais bien les ronflements de mon voisin). Sinon chambre bien agencée et confortable et le must : petit déjeuner compris et navette gratuite pour l’aéroport ! Très pratique !

I booked the room for 2 Adults and 1 12-year-old kid. The manager in the hotel said they didn’t care the third person therefore they didn’t prepare the third towels etc. and when I asked him to switch to a 2 beds room as I mentioned in my booking and they wanted to charge more money. I told them 2 beds was the requirement and they asked me to complain to Expedia and they didn’t care. I was shocked. This is not expected in Japan.

We spent our last night in Tokyo here, so we had the convenience of being near Haneda for our early check-in for the following morning. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Tenkubashi Station on the Keikyu Line. At the station the exit for the hotel is clearly signposted, so it was easy to find the way out of the station. The hotel check-in is done at the self-service screen and all was straightforward, we had prepaid for our stay. Our room was on the 9th floor overlooking Haneda, it really is that close! There was very little noise from the airport, so we weren't disturbed by the noise of traffic or planes. The room was bigger than expected, and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary pyjamas and slippers are provided, as well as basic toiletries. My tip for dinner is to jump on the train at Tenkubashi Station and travel one stop to Haneda T3. There are numerous restaurants to choose from landside in Departures. We ate at Diversity Diner, a very good vegan option. The hotel provides an excellent complimentary shuttle bus transfer to all Haneda terminals, which leaves every 20 mins. It took aprox 15 mins to get to T2, which is the second stop.

Chose this hotel to be close to Haneda airport for a morning flight. Not much other reason to be in the neighborhood. There are two Keikyu Ex Inns near Haneda.This is NOT the one at Innovation City. It is a 10-15 minute walk,not easy if you have luggage. Get off the monorail or Keikyu line train at Tenkūbashi Station. The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport runs hourly in the morning until 10 a.m. No shuttle from the airport to the hotel.Breakfast served 0500 to 0930, not bad hot meal. typical cramped Japanese business hotel room--the sink actually overhangs the tub/shower. Automated check-in and check-out machines. Pick up bath amenities (razor, toothbrush) in the lobby before going to your room.

Rooms were very clean and appropriately stocked. Hours for airport shuttle and restaurant were less than ideal. Easy location to HICITY and the train station or monorail. Would stay here again for sure.

It’s so hard to find and there’s another hotel sharing the similar name. I spent almost an hour in this area to find the hotel. A lot of road construction blocked the walkways outside so Google navigation did not work.

The location is perfect if you have an early morning flight. Shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. Hotel is close to the train/merto for an easy ride into downtown Tokyo.

Such a great stay! Close proximity to the airport, an incredible Shinto shrine, and a Family Mart for quick bites and other needs. Also a quick and beautiful walk to the train and monorail stations. We will definitely be coming back sometime!

I enjoyed my stay. Self Check in and check out was seamless . The room was clean and had a mini fridge. They had an ice machine, laundry machine, toiletries and refreshments available near the lobby . The daily breakfast had an option of western ( 2 thick slices of bread, eggs, ham, soup ) or Japanese ( rice , soup, fish and a choice of yogurt , fruit or poached egg) . It is the same daily. For drinks , you could have water , tea or coffee . Overall, not bad for the price.

First hotel we ever stayed at in Japan. Totally went above and beyond expectations. Breakfast in the AM was also a lot of fun. If you are coming from the airport, fairly easy to take the train (if it is not super late), though it can be a bit intimidating if it is your very first time.

早朝便でのフライトのため、前泊利用。天空橋の駅から徒歩数分で到着。後から気付いたのですが、空港への往復無料バス有り。尚、周囲にコンビニがあれば最高。特に朝食が無料で付いており、正直期待以上の品＆味でした。

We booked this room to make sure that we could take us to the airport in time as we had an early flight. The hotel offers free shuttle bus directly to the airport. The breakfast that was included was the worst in a long time. No buffet or choices, just served on a plate with few eatable things. After the quick breakfast we went down to the bus pickup that was located in the bottom floor. We were 10 minutes early, but there were already a queue that filled the room. So we and several others that came after us could not fit in the small bus that picked up the passengers. So instead of a smooth transport to the airport we had to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus. So the whole idea of booking this hotel to avoid stress went to total opposite. I would rather stayed another night in Tokyo and take the train early morning with a decent breakfast.
